In Bozeman for the night and our group was craving pizza. We chose Bridger because it was a short drive and seemed to have a decent selection of brews. We nailed it 100%!!! Our three pizzas (cheesesteak, nana Rose and Italian sausage) were scrumptious!!! The crust was to perfection and the toppings....so flavorful! The caprese salad was outstanding. As far as the beer, my Mad Mile was the perfect quencher to a long day of driving. I'm hoping another trip to Montana is in my near future so I can come back to this place!!! read more

Really good pizza and atmosphere the bar restaurant is connected to the Town n Country food store on the college campus. The pizza is about $5 for a slice but there big slices and they were voted the best in town so I guess they are. Lots of IPAs to choice from. read more

We visited to try the top rated Pepperoni pizza in Montana that features bison pepperoni. The pizza did not disappoint! Lots of dining space with a large bar. They do offer outside seating on a second story patio but it's drinks only. Fun feature, they have a lot of figurines that they hide throughout the restaurant so keep your eyes open for them. Our waitress told us there are over 50! 4 out of 5 is for the beer selection. They mostly feature IPAs, a lot of the ones we wanted were not on tap. The bobcat brown ale was excellent, it is a medium bodied beer with a light finish. Vigilante IPA which was very light for an IPA. The Mad Mile Cream Ale is also surprising light, the cucumber flavor is a surprising twist. None of the beers we had were bad, the selection was just limited if you aren't an IPA lover. We ordered two pizzas. The first, as mentioned, was the Pepperoni pizza. It was named Montana's pepperoni pizza and it definitely lived up to its billing. The cornmeal crust offered a great crunch that helped maintain a textured center, no soggy middles here! The second pizza we ordered was the wild mushroom with their homemade chicken sausage added. First bite comes off as VERY Smokey but as you eat the slice the smokiness fades (or you get used to it). Service was friendly. The brewery is attached to a local grocery store making it a fun place to stop in for a beer before you have to get back to real life. read more

Bridger Brewing is AWESOME. I stopped in here just before closing after a strenuous hike and ate a personal size T-Rex pizza (based on the Yelp reviews, it seemed like a must) and had an IPA. I was in absolute heaven. Awesome pizza/brewery vibe with really good beers. The staff was super friendly and not at all annoyed that I was putting in an order close to closing time. If I was a college student here, this would be a regular hang out spot. It's casual, laid back, but serves really good quality food and beer. Can't go wrong with that combo! read more

Upon entering the establishment, we were promptly greeted and sat at a table and after looking over the menu for a few minutes, we landed on the bison pepperoni pizza and we were NOT disappointed. The pizza was thin, which I appreciate, so that it's not as heavy. The bison was not tough to chew, as I have had bison jerky in the past, which was good but not easy to chew. There slices come closest to the big thin ones I got back in PA growing up. Can't go wrong with the bison pepperoni and a cesar salad.

Five star all the way. Service was excellent with good suggestions for beer complete with tasters before ordering. My wife and I split a small buffalo pepperoni deluxe pizza, which was perfect for the two of us. It was delicious, thin crust, very flavorful, and not over-cheesed. Definitely a return visit (or two) is required. Located on the MSU campus, it combines a college/sports bar with up-scale decor and taste. Family friendly as well. We went to the brewery for the first time with family. I have a wheat sensitivity but love beer and Ben went out of his way to find me a beer that I could enjoy. I mean above and beyond! We found ourselves stuck in Bozeman and stumbled on Bridger Brewing - our luck! My wife and I each ordered a slice of pizza and a beer. Both slices were enormous and delicious (I had the pepperoni and she had the vegetarian). Our beers took the edge off of a stressful day of travel. Would have given it a five star but the band that played on the night we were there was awful :) Couldn't understand a word they sang and the kept stomping on the floor which was unpleasant. The gauge of how good pizza tastes is not when it it is fresh and hot, but rather after it has aged appropriately. We ordered a caprese, t-Rex and firebird pizza. They were excellent fresh. However the experience two days later was what solidified Bridger brewing as a legend among pizza makers. When packing for our hunting trip, we threw the leftover pizza box into the cooler. The jeep trail we traversed on the way into the bear hunting spot sloshed two day old cooler water all over the pizza. After stalking a bear unsuccessfully, we transitioned to a deer hunting spot with equal "success" and got more water on the box. During our transition from deer to antelope hunting (also unsuccessful), much to our delight, we realized that the new cooler water moistened crust added a new level of flavor and texture. Not only did the soggy two day old cooler water pizza satisfy, it provided essential energy for us to rally for an afternoon elk hunt. Despite a day of completely and utterly unsuccessful hunting, we couldn't be more pleased with ourselves and our new pizza tradition. Hopefully now we will be more successful during waterfowl season. read more
