Bridger Brewing is AWESOME. I stopped in here just before closing after a strenuous hike and ate a personal size T-Rex pizza (based on the Yelp reviews, it seemed like a must) and had an IPA. I was in absolute heaven. Awesome pizza/brewery vibe with really good beers. The staff was super friendly and not at all annoyed that I was putting in an order close to closing time. We were visiting from out of town when we wanted pizza but had no idea which place was good and then we came across Bridger Brewing. Upon entering the establishment, we were promptly greeted and sat at a table and after looking over the menu for a few minutes, we landed on the bison pepperoni pizza and we were NOT disappointed. The pizza was thin, which I appreciate, so that it's not as heavy. The bison was not tough to chew, as I have had bison jerky in the past, which was good but not easy to chew. Overall, I highly recommend when eating here, do yourself a favor and order the bison pizza, it'll change your food life. read more

Came for a simple dinner with my college freshman. The Cesar salad was very good and freshly prepared. The pizzas were tasty (though very slightly overdone?). Was still good and glad we came. We found ourselves stuck in Bozeman and stumbled on Bridger Brewing - our luck! My wife and I each ordered a slice of pizza and a beer. Both slices were enormous and delicious (I had the pepperoni and she had the vegetarian). Our beers took the edge off of a stressful day of travel. I was also taken by how nice the atmosphere and building is. I'm used to breweries like this being industrial, at best, and Bridger feels like a quality restaurant. We'd go back for sure. read more

Would have given it a five star but the band that played on the night we were there was awful :) Couldn't understand a word they sang and the kept stomping on the floor which was unpleasant. We didn't have the best experience here, they were extremely busy at 5p.m. on a Wednesday. We waited forever to be seated, then saw a sign that we could grab a drink from the bar and head upstairs. The bar was so full an older lady that we had to reach behind to get our drinks/pay was very rude despite us saying "excuse me" and "so sorry" each time we even got near her. The beer was our least favorite of all the places we tried on our long vacation. The live music was fine, we didn't have any food so we cannot attest to that. Not the first time this has happened with this particular bartender. It's a common, unfortunate occurrence that will lead me to no longer visit this establishment. The gauge of how good pizza tastes is not when it it is fresh and hot, but rather after it has aged appropriately. We ordered a caprese, t-Rex and firebird pizza. They were excellent fresh. However the experience two days later was what solidified Bridger brewing as a legend among pizza makers. When packing for our hunting trip, we threw the leftover pizza box into the cooler. The jeep trail we traversed on the way into the bear hunting spot sloshed two day old cooler water all over the pizza. After stalking a bear unsuccessfully, we transitioned to a deer hunting spot with equal "success" and got more water on the box. During our transition from deer to antelope hunting (also unsuccessful), much to our delight, we realized that the new cooler water moistened crust added a new level of flavor and texture. Not only did the soggy two day old cooler water pizza satisfy, it provided essential energy for us to rally for an afternoon elk hunt. Despite a day of completely and utterly unsuccessful hunting, we couldn't be more pleased with ourselves and our new pizza tradition. Hopefully now we will be more successful during waterfowl season. read more

Bridger Brewing in the Bozeman location doesn't have burgers and other food items like the Three Forks location has but it does have pizza! The pizza is probably the best pizza I've had in a long time! The Three Forks location doe not have pizza. I can't rave enough about the pizza. Great selection and the crust is crispy and delicious! I love Bridger brewing. When I eat Bridger brewing Pizza, it is an out of body experience. Being a white male who has adverse reactions to most seasonings and sauces besides salt and mayo, a good pizza joint is hard to find. Now, Bridger brewing does not lack sauce or seasoning. Their pizza is the most exquisite eruption of flavor in my mouth. Bridger Brewing Pizza is not mayonnaise and salt, but it's the only pizza worth deviating from my bland tastes. Yum! Split a pizza with a friend. Half lamb pesto half wild mushroom. The crust was perfect and the pie came out hot and delicious. It went perfect with the brown ale. Sat down at the bar for a late lunch/early dinner. Summer Shandy, Bobcat Brown and Berliner Weiss were cold and delicious. Based on Yelp! suggestions (thank ya'll!), we ordered a few slices of pizza (T-Rex and Thai'd & True) which came out piping hot and were absolutely delicious with a perfect blend of melted cheeses, hand-tossed crust and seasoned toppings. Our main bartender was very friendly and attentive, however towards the end of our service, we were abruptly told by another bartender that there was a 3-beer limit per person (do what? we had a meal along with our 3 beers over 2 hours and were having a good time before the wet blanket draped over us). Triple threat - great unique flavorful food, awesome atmosphere and great beers. Went with my three teenage daughters and they loved the brewed root beers!! I got a flight of Equinox Saison, Lee Metcalf, Vigilante, and the Mctavish. I'm generally not a "light" guy but it was awesome. The others were great too. Lastly ordered the "Can't Get Enough of your Love" and it was easily my favorite. Peppery and chocolatey. For food, We started with the Pane with roasted garlic. Fan-static.
