used to be my favorite pizza place in Bozeman but the most recent time I went (today) I tried to take my sister from out of town and we were given someone else's burnt trash pizza for $25 even after stating a serious allergy in the notes. when I called to complain they lied about a manager not being there to talk to me, when I called back to ask them to have the manager contact me when they got in all of a sudden they were right there and available. food was room temperature and inedible. Our family member who went to pick up the pizza (8-inch Eclipse--all meat) was early and led to believe a large pepperoni pizza was his order and NOT prepaid. So he paid again. The solution offered by Cosmic? We should drive 25 minutes back to pick up our original order (definitely cold by then...had to be!) The website has specials and great prices all over it. BUT when you order online from the website, the prices are inflated though you are still on their website. When I picked up my large three topping pizza I paid about $25 for, the coupons on top advertised that pizza for about $8 less. Their website prices on the homepage are even lower. AND they offer free delivery which would have been nice to know prior to picking up. I'll order again, but will call next time so I don't have to overpay. First off, the guys in here were really cool and helpful with our order. The service was great for us out of towners. Called back & was told I was never home and it was left at my house. I live in an apartment on 3rd floor, sitting 10 feet from my front door. Never received phone call. I will never order from this place again. Horrible customer service. They made me a small instead of the large I ordered. I was in hurry and was doing takeout so when I arrived there 30 minutes later, I agreed to pay for everything else and asked if they would just comp the small pizza (which wasn't enough to feed everyone), but they insisted I wait another 15 minutes for them to make the correct pizza, and they would give me the wrong pizza for free. Great pizza and garlic parm bread sticks! Surprised how reasonable the price was too. Ordered a build your own half and half pizza (1st half: mushrooms, spinach, jalapeños, roma tomatoes, ricotta-- 2nd half: black olives, green peppers, chicken, ham), an order of the garlic parm bread sticks, and two sodas for delivery to our motel. The guy who took my order on the phone was extremely nice and thorough. The pizza arrived in a reasonable 30 minutes. Delivery guy was friendly.
