    Classic Supreme (12-Inch)
    Kris K.

Our server was friendly but, the value isn't there. You pay a lot for a little. I was taken back when I saw our check and our 12 inch pizzas came out to $30 each. We ordered the Meatball Parm & the Supreme. The toppings were sparse & minced up which is different than I'm use to but, it still was good. The Supreme was the winner of the 2 pizzas.

The pizza was good. Tons of toppings and they get some stuff from local farms. The beet salad was also good! I liked that it was a lot of beets. The prices are a little high for serving size. We got 2 12 inch pizzas and a small salad it cost $75. We did not have any left overs with 2 adults and 2 kids. The crust was light and not greasy which ment you could eat more!

Back again and this pizza again was great. The server Andrew was on point that night. Making sure everything was perfect and he nailed it. Andrew your the man!!

    Garlic dipping sauce

Portions are way too small for the price. $60! For photo below. Ordered online based off of the menu and reviews. The garlic sauce... taste like sewage water. Do not recommend.

Everything was closed on the 4th of July and by some miracle, we found Red Tractor. Before telling you about the food, let me just tell you how awesome Will is. We got lucky to be in his section and the service was outstanding. Thank you for the stellar service and being so nice to my dog, Zoey! I haven't eaten pizza in several months and it was all worth the wait to end up with the amazing, delicious New York style pizza here! Cooked to absolute perfection!! This ranks pretty high on my list for some of the best pizza I've ever had!! Thank you for making the 4th even more special!!

    Bill Murray (16-Inch)

First Andrew our server was excellent. Pizza was great - had a Carnivore with Spicy sauce pizza and a Bill Murray Pizza. Spicy sauce was very good if you like a little spice but it wasn't spicy really by my standards. Actually, with both pizzas, it made a surprisingly nice balance otherwise the Bill Murray would have been very sweet due to the sliced dates. Yes, I said dates and it also has goat cheese on it. The map beer "ridge hippy Kolsch" was a welcomed seasonal local brewery choice suggested by Andrew. The live music added to the atmosphere. All and all, an interesting and pleasant place to grab a pizza in Bozeman, MT.

    Pesto Bread

Wow! Some of the best breadsticks and pizza we've had! The staff was super friendly and the food came out quick. If you want a casual easy dinner, this is the place! The pizza was cooked perfect and the crust is amazing! If you are a pesto lover, you have to get the pesto bread...UNREAL!!

Best pizza in Bozeman! Call and pick it up, or order in. Either way it's delicious pizza heaven. I think my favorite (for now) is the Venetian. Can't wait to go back!

The pizza was great and the service was excellent, even on the busiest weekend in Bozeman - MSU Family Weekend.

The wait is not that long.. we came here as walk in's 2x on our 1week stay that started in Bozeman, went down to Yellowstone, then to Idaho for UTV riding and then to Jackson Hole WY to go see the Teton National Park. It was nice to walk around the local shops while we waited and then afterwards to work off those delicious carbs. Thin crust pizzas clean, fresh, not heavy and seasonal ingredients. The crust is soooo good. Chewy and some char. We had: Montana Burger Royale My teen son dreams about this. Yes its 27.00 and he said its the BEST burger he's ever had. I would have to agree (and we live in Austin TX where there's great cow) -the burger meat melted in your mouth -the egg dripping as you break the yolk was perfection. The bacon so juicy, the brioche bun (that was the winning touch) We shared: Hot Honey Pizza- so good 9/10 Spicy Burrata- also great. 8/10 Mac n cheese- that was the only miss. Way under seasoned and the white sauce seemed to get sucked up by the pasta so the dish was super dry. 3/10 Frites and Fondue- fries were great. Thick cut with finely shaved pecorino. Could have used a heaping more of the shaved cheese. -the fondue was ok, seemed still under seasoned or just not creamy enough? I'd swap that for some roasted garlic with the truffle oil. 6/10 Local brews and ciders were great! 9/10 Huckleberry Cheesecake 9/10 save room for this bad boy. We split it between 4 people. Not too sweet. Tart and delightful! The world cup was on the TV so it was a hopping place even as it rained during a late June evening. Parking garage nearby is free for 2hrs so thats cool! Honorable mention for the Here Kitty Kitty tequila drink & Prairie Pot-Pie which just melted with each bite. I can't say enough good things about 1864. Additionally, our server Torren was wonderful. He paced us so well and we never felt rushed to order.

They did not reserve a booth and did nothing to recognize the occasion. We then had to wait over an hour for food. The appetizers were good - tartare and yellowtail - but the entrees were absolutely dreadful. (How do you screw up a hamburger?) We gave them another shot last night and waited 15 minutes to even get approached for a drink, and no one came over. So we left and went to Stockman's (excellent!) 1864 is great venue that is entirely wasted.

Special occasions, family dinners, and lunches. We came in on Tuesday and it was one of the worst and weirdest dining experiences we've ever had in Bozeman. We got there around 1:00, were seated immediately and waited 15 minutes for a server to welcome us in with water. We've worked as servers and it would have been fine but there were only two other tables besides ours. Our server was pushy and she was instantly irritated with us for some reason. We ordered calamari to start and three pizzas with some substitutions (after asking if they could do substitutions) that we were happy to pay extra for. We got the calamari after about a half hour, at about 1:45, and it was really tough. It had definitely been frozen, but was poorer quality than what we've had in the past. The usual lemon remoulade/aioli was also a let down from what they have served in the past. A little after 2:00, we asked about the status of our pizzas. The woman helping us snapped at my mom, "Go ask the chefs in the back! You can ask them how much longer it's gonna take!" I have worked in the service industry and my sister is a full-time industry worker in town. She seemed irritated at the cooks, and was being a bit sarcastic, still, we were shocked. We finally got our pizzas at 2:30, an hour and a half after we arrived. It seemed like the dough had changed and the pizza was definitely oilier than it had been before. The fennel sausage and prosciutto were lower quality than they've served in the past: greasy, saltier and less flavorful. Our server was, at best, odd and at worst snappy and rude. She didn't bring us enough napkins or plates or ever ask about refills. It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing dining experience. We're bummed about our spot!

Caesar salad was good, but pricing for portion was underwhelming. Pizzas were unique flavoring pairings which I did enjoy. One pizza had chili oil I believe that was much spicier than anticipated. When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

My server knew the special menu, regular menu and drinks very well. I ordered the bison patty melt and tots for the meal and the Bridger Hazy IPA for the drink. The bartender recommended the IPA and it was excellent. The homemade tots were great. A shredded potato in the middle, nice and creamy and crunchy exterior. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.
