It had a big barn black on white rustic feel. Beautiful lighting throughout with a nice relaxing ambiance. Looks to be newly built, not sure. Food wasn't bad. Bottom of my hamburger bun was soggy. Probably from the grease from the burger. Fries were cooked exactly how I like them. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. Our waitress was awesome! Very attentive and super friendly. Bella that's her name. The one big down side that would keep us from going back. Would be how loud the singer was. She had a great voice, but we went with friends. We had to leave and go somewhere else after dinner just to talk because we couldn't hear a thing over the singing. read more

Met a couple friends here for drinks (and it turned into dinner). So, for starters - a decent amount of parking. GREAT space. Outdoor, upstairs, inside? Excellent layout. Service? My buddy arrived first, and chose outside (it was a nice day, and as the night went on they turned on the fire pits). Before I even got a chance to go inside and order a beer, our server popped out. Young dude, I didn't get his name, but he was phenomenal. Always checking in us, making sure we had a drink (even water), made solid food recommendations (prime rib sandwich was solid). The beers? I'd say 7/8 were really good. And the one that I don't like? Wasn't even bad! Basically - this is an excellent addition to the Central Ohio craft brewery scene, from food to beer - they're worth a visit, and I'll be back. read more

The food menu here is pretty limited, and the quality is okay at best. Nothing really stands out and the flavors are rather bland. The cocktails are good and creative, and the beer flights are good but I recommend this restaurant as more of a place to get a quick drink rather than a place for dinner. read more

The beer was great! I got two flights (so I got to taste eight of their beers) and I really enjoyed them all. The Christmas ale was especially good. Our server was very friendly. They had a weekend happy hour, which we love!! And the ambiance was super cool. It was just a good vibe and I can't wait to go back. read more

The indoor and outdoor space here is beautiful! We visited earlier in the day so it wasn't a full food menu but we had a nice hummus plate and tried a couple beers which all had good flavor. We look forward to returning to try out the full menu. read more

Such a beautiful place. Please do something about the food. I really want you to be successful. Beer is good but food needs work. If you have a food allergy, be aware that they are not at all careful. read more

Just a very cool place! Service is good, but when busy it can be slow. Waited 15 minutes for a drink. Food all 3 times I've been there has been really good. Not 5 star, but very cool atmosphere! One of the nicer outdoor/patio areas I've seen. read more

Great ambiance. Fantastic service and solid food. We had pizzas, salads, chicken sandwich and dessert. Everything was great but the beef barley soup was an absolute star. Can't wait to go back! read more

We had a very nice first visit. Restaurant is gorgeous, really well designed. Open, nice review of the kitchen. Menu had variety. Local craft beer was good and my buddy loved their Sazerac cocktail. Brussel sprouts were very good as well as Mushroom pie. Was not very busy for a Thursday night, not sure if that's just our current restaurant conditions or pricing. We will be back. read more

Went here for the grand opening and it was busy!! But so nice. The decor and food menu was great. They even had live music playing. It's going to be a happening place this summer! We got some beers and the mushroom pizza. Overall it was really good pizza! Would love to come by again and sit on their patio for a drink. read more

Beautiful space and clearly a lot of thought went into the design and atmosphere visually. The beer, to their credit, was very good. Unfortunately, once you sit down, the noise level becomes hard to ignore. The lack of music or sound absorption makes it feel more like eating in a high school cafeteria than a restaurant experience. The menu is not only extremely limited, it also feels oddly put together and somewhat random. Because of that, there really aren't good options for anyone with dietary restrictions or even mild preferences. For the price point, the value just didn't feel there. Wanted to like it more than I did because the place itself looks great. read more

An adorable new lil brewery. But holy smokes Columbus, let's chill out on the breweries, shall we?! Where is anything else at?! I will say this location is perfect for any big event or large party. It is a massive two story brewery. Perfect location. I feel like Shawnee Hills needed this. Cutest little town. Prices are average, pretty comparable to any local Columbus brewery. Sizzling hot patio, although they have large umbrellas. A mix or older, families and date nights. I went with my parents and it was an amazing night. Awesome for any occasion. I definitely want to try their food next time. Service was great, staff was kind. Inside looked extremely packed and way too crowded. Tables are WAY too close together. It was SO loud in there. Keep up the nice work, Bridge's End!! read more

Beautiful place - great beer and food! Great place to have dinner and drinks! Owners are always on site ensuring a great experience

We went on a Saturday night around 5:30 and did get seated right away. The food and drinks were just "meh." Ordered beers, but then were told most weren't available. Ended up ordering cocktails (sazarac and "She's a rainbow") that were ok, but weak and unbalanced. I had the prime rib sandwich that was bland....i don't understand how anything supposedly with horseradish sauce could be bland, but it was. Hubby said fried chicken was good. We both had 1/2 salad as our side, but the paper on the plate (why????) became soggy with dressing and ripped when eating the salad. There was a group of guys standing at the bar in everyone's way, and close enough to our table they could have shared in our meal. For the (over) priced nature of this restaurant, I would expect better everything. read more

Positives: It is a beautiful place, great professional servers, nice glassware and tasty beer. Negatives: The doctor's bedside manner as a restauranteur unapologetically defers the hard customer facing conversations to his attending bartenders-even when he's standing right there. He was not interested in feedback. Instead, we are faced with disappointment from another menu redo. Even Lindey's would be embarrassed to try this level of arrogance on the menu. True Specialists should know some basics especially at that now even higher price point. Give us food without all the obligatory seeds, nuts, spices and cheeses. Wings should be wings w maybe a choice of sauces, not just confit blue cheese and sesame. $11 hummus should not be served with burnt bread and pita should be available without a $4 up-charge. $12 soft pretzel? Ribs shouldn't have tajin and jerk rubs. Burgers should have cool options and maybe, dare say, just one really good patty instead of 2 4oz overcooked smashed burgers - and at $21 w bacon, give me some toppings control! A Fish Reuben - cheese on fish? There's a place for refined but the redo falls short of enticing me to order. Again, it's just a place to grab a drink en route to a different meal but with the appetizer add-on sadly declined. At the end of the day, you are a micro brewery with a menu that doesn't match. read more

I went here with 4 of my friends and we had a great time. The food was amazing, the server did forget about us a few times but I won't hold that against her because it was VERY busy. The building is beautiful and the patio is so nice. The beer flights and cocktails were really good. On a nice summer day I would recommend that you stop by here if you have the chance. read more

I want to be fair in the context of it being brand new: Fun vibe inside and outside; Parking is non-existent; surprised that Shawnee Hills allowed this design with so few dedicated parking places. Even with Hella's allowing parking, not enough parking; Beer selection was good...but expensive. Food was good. We sat at the bar and it was really unclear how to get someone's attention to order. The bar staff seem focused on the little printer that spits out drink orders for the tables. Will give it another try in a month or two. Seems confusing now. read more

This was our third visit. The first we came for drinks and an appetizer, it was great and service was great. Second we came with friends for dinner, another great experience. Last night we returned for happy hour, not as great an experience...only person working the bar and at 3pm, when they opened, the bar with about 16 seats was full all at once. So we waited. Then we Discovered they were out of two beers we wanted to try. Finally, we wanted to order some appetizers and were surprised the menu was so limited from our previous visits and prices super high! We ordered a pretzel, for $12, it was doughy and very small. We were told a new chef took over and revamped the menu to make it more upscale. It appears that was code for higher prices, smaller portions and less choices. They had a good thing going and we felt disappointed because we loved it so much previously. read more

Loved this bright, beautiful new addition to Shawnee Hills. Our server was great and I enjoyed trying a flight. Orange+Lemongrass was my favorite. I ordered the burrata SALAD from their salad menu and added salmon. I think this really needs to be on their appetizer menu and served with some bread. The plate was $24. Our server did offer to bring me something else but I didn't even know what to ask for. I would go back again and try something else: the pizza looked good. read more

25 min and waiting for our table....even with a reservation. This establishment needs to do better with their reservations. Many people waiting for tables. If you don't have the space, don't make the reservations. Deeply unhappy read more

My wife & I joined another couple for dinner & drinks last weekend. This was my second experience at Bridge's End, sitting at the bar on my previous visit. The atmosphere was nice, although the tables are a bit close together. The person seated behind me & I bumped chairs often (not a big deal). Drinks & food were good but regrettably, the service was absolutely dismal. Our server ("MH") kept disappearing for extended periods, as we waited to order another round of drinks, and then to order our food. I finally got up to find her, chatting by the kitchen with another employee. Hopefully our experience was an anomaly, & not the norm. I will try again, but will avoid sitting in MH's section. read more

Fantastic service, good is limited but what we had was good. Hubby had Prime Rib sandwich and for a change he couldn't eat his whole meal. I had the children's burger which was super juicy and tasty. My only downside, if you want to call it that. The kitchen was too busy to modify my burger by adding tomato and pickles. Not a huge change request so was a little disappointed. Otherwise great experience for a new local hang. Great job Bill and Karen. The place is beautiful. read more

The food was amazing, we were sat quickly and our server Nathan was incredible! We will be back!

The space is beautiful. However...the beer selection was terrible, they out of several beers. The food was subpar. Lacked any flavor. Someone needs to introduce the chef to some seasoning! And the service....awful. It's really unfortunate, because the atmosphere is awesome. read more

Excellent food and reasonably priced drinks. Great beer selection. Great service and ambiance!

The food was fine once we finally got it - nothing special but fine. The problem was in the service or lack thereof. He took our drink orders right away and then disappeared for 30 min. We finally had to chase him down to get them and take our dinner order. sits like he had not clue about what he was supposed to be doing. Had a similar experience the time before but discounted it as a really busy afternoon. They desperately need a restaurant manager to monitor what's going on. Otherwise I fear this place may not last once the bloom of newness has worn off. For our part, we won't be back. Twice was enough. I don't tolerate bad service and being ignored. read more

It is the early days, so I will give some grace and see if things improve. Wonderful new build with lots of interesting sitting spaces inside and out. Parking is terrible given the size of the facility. Not sure how that got past Shawnee Hills. The beer, a main selling point for a brewery, was "meh." Mostly lager, no IPAs. Much better beer at Shawnee Station, Nocterra and Ill Mannered... all 2 - 8 minutes away. Bartenders do NOT know how to fill a beer glass from a tap. We watched several glasses filled with the tap nozzle submerged into the beer in the glass. Our bartender touched the rim of each glass when showing us which beer was which on our flight boards (gross). Clearly a lot has been invested in this new establishment. Hoping they make it through the early start-up hiccups. Also, a pint will cost $10 compared to $5-$7 at the above mentioned establishments. We did not eat here for our first visit, but some prices seemed very high for this type of place ($28 charcuterie board, $16 wings, $30 salmon). A nit, no prices listed for flight boards (we were charged $14 for 4 samplers). read more
