I came here with some friends and ordered some appetizers and drinks, they were all amazing! The vibe there was a little loud in front but the back room is cozy with a couple pool tables to hang out with. We spent a lot of time there and an employee named Lani (I believe it was) was absolutely amazing to us. She really made our night with her jokes and fun spirit! Their staff was super helpful with any questions and general chatting. They had a lot of good recommendations and were so welcoming to my group! This review is for feedback to help some of the bartenders. I have been to this bar frequently over the years. Recently, I was treated like an incompetent child. Weird condescending behavior. The bartenders felt like I had too much to drink. Which was completely understandable but instead of explaining that was the situation, both bartenders made odd gestures and pretended like they heard me when trying to order a drink. After the third or fourth attempt, one of them was finally straightforward. Keeping in mind I have Uber pick me up, but their judgment was completely good. The feedback is to be straightforward. This is the spot!! Being new to the area, my husband and I really wanted to find a friendly neighborhood bar that we can hang out at. This place has it all, decent beer, good pours, you can get some snacks if you get hungry and a bunch of different entertainment. You can play pool or pinball and if you are into it they have video poker too. The bartenders are always nice and get your drinks out quick. I'll start off by saying the staff here is lovely and very attentive! This is our local bar that we like to go to. They have an affordable and tasty happy hour menu as well as a non-happy hour menu. Everyday of the week they have drinks specials just look around for the boards they write on. The establishment is clean yay! The burgers are one of my favorite things from Brickyard. The front of Brickyard offers seating with lots of lighting and big windows, and the back is more of a dim lighting with pool tables, darts and video poker. Well, we told the bartender that we needed Tito's vodka because my best friend can't drink well vodka she's allergic. My girl ended up having a really bad reaction so we went up to the bartender and she said that she gave us Tito's, which is obviously not the truth. You could taste it first of all. So I'm leaving a review because my girl is highly allergic and that was not okay. And then so a couple hours later we went to another bar and we were watching them pour our drinks and the Tito's didn't give her a reaction and she's totally fine now, but we could taste that the vodka that was given to us was not Tito's.... And somebody who's allergic to other vodkas and asked for Tito's specifically and it's given other vodkas and has an allergic reaction to it could literally sue you so that's just our opinion they don't give you what you want when you're asking for it make sure you train your bartenders correct correctly. read more

Best thing about this place - happy hour until 7, the daily specials and the PRICES!! there service is great, they have lots of tvs for sports which is a plus. This bar is very clean and comfortable compared to most sports bars. Parking is so so- they have a small lot otherwise you can park on the street. The happy hour food menu is pretty darn amazing: good prices and a decent food selection to say the least. Go here if you want to be pressured into ordering a drink every 3 minutes because the two female bartenders here will literally ask you if you want another drink before you have finished the prior one. The owner and staff are so greedy and money hungry they're so objective is to make money they don't care about the value of your pleasure and entertainment during your visit. So annoying to be asked consistently if you would like another drink. And by the way you should be aware that they are engaged in an illegal practice: It's against the law in all 50 states to marry the bottles. So that vodka and cranberry you ordered... Most likely the vodka being poured comes from a big family size bottle of vodka that they poured into the 750 ml bottle. This place is so annoying not because of the friendly patrons but because the owner the manager and the bartenders are totally greedy and money hungry. Hubby is looking for a venue for a work luncheon. Hall Street Grill wanted a $400 minimum! They did McMenamin's last time. We left Princess behind (no minors) and headed here about 4pm. Its Happy Hour ( its every day till 7). Cheap yummy bar food. Call my cardiologist. We had onion rings, munchers (tater totish with chiles and cheese), a half order fish and chips ($4), and a chicken quesadilla which arrived with salsa and sour cream. Hubby had a $6 lynchburg lemonade. Yummy. I had diet coke ( driving). All the food was delicious, nothing was too greasy, hubby was happy because the onion rings didn't fall apart like they often do. While the menu isn't extensive enough for a big group (vegetarian choices a tad limited), our server was sweet and just perfect, the drink was good, and it has a chill vibe. Also it's bright and pleasant inside. I loved the 80's and 90's music that was playing. Made me happy. This is a great place to hang out for a bit. Patio in back. Parking a bit tricky but doable. Today though I've had such horrible service that I had to leave a review of the current bar tender Vanessa. She is on if the worst bar tenders I've ever had the displeasure of being served by. Driving through the Portland area to get an oil change on my rental I found this spot next to the Firestone. Rolled into here for some beers and ordered the beers on special. There were a couple regulars in there which was cool. The place was nicely spaced out and very clean. Good number of beers on tap. The highlight was definitely Alina the prettiest bartender I ever did see. Wow. So friendly, so helpful, and nice. That made the visit over the top and made my day. Thank you!!!! Came here to play pool. We enjoyed the burgers, and our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The Bloody Mary was too spicy and she quickly brought me something else at no extra cost. I really really like what they have done with this place. I did not enjoy it when it was Billy's. I went in once and was very disappointed. I am so thrilled they opened back up. They took the negative of the last places and made positives and turned this place around. While its' not your dark seedy bar of Monty's, it's not too slick and over superficial like the last inhabitant. The prices are fare and I feel like that really did a good job with the staff and it shouldn't matter where your clientele is coming from if you're getting money! I mean sure there is a limit to that but this place has an all around good feel. Great food and I hear entertainment, but I haven't seen any myself yet. I hope to be able to return during and evening. I have only be in here during the day. I have seen a few regulars from Monty's. I really enjoyed Monty's but time to let that stay in the past. Wanted to check this place out since they just recently opened. Definitley different from the bar I frequent at in Hillsboro. When you walk in it doesn't seem that big since you see just the bar. But if you walk towards the back, there are two pool tables and few more seating areas. They don't have a big kitchen so the food is mostly burgers and sandwiches. I had the BLT which was pretty good. Can't really mess up a BLT. What I like the most about this place is they heave drink specials everyday. The best one I think is on Fridays.. $4.00 Fireballs. Our bartender Amy was awesome! It was her first day so it was fun to tease her. But she was all smiles and did not mind. I will definitley be back.
