Was happy with our lunch stop. We shared the avocado fries. My burger was perfectly cooked and juicy! The mac & cheese was delicious. My sis and mom shared the salmon- they thought the berry sauce was okay, but the salmon was excellent and the sweet potato fries were some of the best we've ever had. My dad's beef dip sandwich was huge and (we all thought, because we all tried it) wonderful. The manager stopped by and chatted with us a couple times, and at the end of our meal offered a dessert on the house! We were on a road trip and Springfield was at dinner time. We wanted a place that was kid-friendly. Go figure that it was a brewery! All of the food was great and there were some reasonably healthy options. The kids' grilled cheese and fries passed their test as well. I had the Kolsch which arrived in a big pimpin' chalice. Bricktown knocks it out of the yard with amazing food! I went there with the wife and a couple of friends while we were in town as I was in the mood for a burger and they had decent reviews. They did not disappoint in the least. We started with the cheese curds which were amazing, and I'm not a huge cheese curd kind of guy but the batter was light and fluffy. A definite must try. The pretzel sticks were good but they came in a portion of three which didn't make sense at all. Typically, two people go out to eat, or four. So an appetizer of three doesn't make sense. If I had known I would have doubled the order. I had the cheeseburger with bacon and I added a fried egg on top. The bacon was almost candied and my senses were overjoyed with each bite. The burger rates just off the charts for yumminess. For dessert we split a brownie with ice cream, caramel drizzle and crushed Heath bar bits. First timer. Nachos were really good. Chips were thin and crispy. Prefect amount of pulled pork. Salsa was sweet. It could of used more heat. This dish was not worth $12.95. Fried chicken had amazing flavoring. Green bean and pepper were plain. Super creamy mashed potatoes. French onion soup was cheesy and flavorful. I did expect more soup for $5 worth. I received the soup in a small ramekin. Drunk onion burger was juicy. Burger came with French onion dipping broth which paired nicely with the burger. Fries were good along with House ranch. Light, thin and flavorful. Overall very good but some prices did not fit the items we ordered. Will definitely come back again. read more

Do I want to give it 4 or 5 stars? Folks, consider this 4 and a half. It's really good! I'm typically dead set against microbrewery beer but I think it actually helps that their 'house' beer is not produced on site, so somebody a bit more impartial can judge what is fit for consumption. Anyway, I enjoyed my beer. The cheese curds app is the pick here. It's hard to describe the texture, really, except they were addicting. I loved my fried shrimp. The chicken tenders were made with the same batter as the curds and shrimp, and it didn't really work as well on chicken. My wife had fish and chips, and although she loved it initially, she also thought that as her meal cooled, the breading didn't hold up. It was really odd, but certainly not enough to discourage me from recommending Bricktown. I liked the atmosphere and service, although the staff insistence of wearing 'drink local beer' tshirts when the house beer is actually made in Oklahoma made me roll my eyes. They were on a short wait when we arrived, but there were plenty of open seats at the bar, so that's where we went! The two ladies bartending were attentive and sweet. There is a casual sports bar atmosphere with lots of seating. They carry mostly local MO beers, which I love! I had the Bricktown Bluesberry Ale; it came with some fresh blueberries plopped in the glass! We had the boom boom shrimp appetizer. It was your standard spicy shrimp sauce (known other places as bang bang or something similar) on small fried shrimp. The only weird thing is they were served atop a pile of french fries. A little heavy for an appetizer; would prefer it on a bed of lettuce or a fresh veggie slaw. The grilled chicken sandwich was average. Could use a sauce. The SP fries were good! My husband loved the chicken fried chicken! Juicy, tender meat fried to a perfect crisp. The gravy was tasty, but had rather large onion chunks that could have gone without. Originally, we were headed to Colton's steakhouse, but after reading the reviews of dirty tables and rude staff we opted to come here instead. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with steamed broccoli. The broccoli was surprisingly good, although very small portion. The chicken was undersized for the bun, the bacon had more fat than meat and the chicken was over cooked. I ate a few bites and determined my dog might enjoy it more, which turned out to be true. My husband ordered the Brew Burger. He had no complaints with the burger, but the fries were cold. Since he hadn't eaten for over 24 hrs because of medical procedures he would have eaten anything. At no time did our server check in with us or ask about the meal. This speaks to the management and training. We won't be back with so many better choices. If there was a choice for 1/2 stars I would give them 2.5, but I rounded up to 3. read more

It's great that they have curbside pick up available, but the experience wasn't perfect. We ordered the Bricktown Combination, Bricktown Burger, and Watonga Cheddar Curds. The burger and pizza were phenomenal! The crust of the pizza was flaky and crispy without being overdone, with tasty toppings. The burger was made to specifications (no pink) and featured a tasty burger sauce. The disappointments came with the fried items. The fries appear sad and deflated. The flavor was there, but who wants a soggy fry? The cheese curds were the same, which was upsetting as they cost $9. I will say we enjoyed the homemade spicy ranch dipping sauce that accompanied the curds. We were driving through town on a long trip to Orlando from Kansas City and noted some good ratings on this place. It did not disappoint at all. It was a quick-in parking situation from the highway and they got us in right away. There was a server snafu at first but another server picked us up and we had no fewer than three managers visit our table to check on us. The food was exceptional. Really. The appetizers were good, ordering and enjoying the pretzel sticks and nachos. The entrees were very good. My picky in-laws raved about the meat loaf with the chili pepper glaze. First off, the portions are HUGE! Just had to say that first. While in Springfield, I wanted to check out the local brewery scene, so we started with Bricktown for dinner. We were seated in a booth by the windows and handed the menus and drink menu. After seeing a bunch of dishes come out of the kitchen we changed out minds for the 15th time. Everything looked absolutely amazing but was too big. We weren't that hungry but none of us could agree on anything to share. Lol. Between the 4 of use we got the fish and chips, Bricktown burger, Uber cheeseburger and the Hatch green chile burger. Not a single complaint out of anyone and all compliments. Mine was the uber cheeseburger with 4 slices of cheese on it and I got to pick my side. I went with the green beans. They were amazing and served with slices of red bell peppers. So good! I love the vibe of this place. TVs everywhere showing college football, NFL, baseball and more. The beer choices are great too with a ton of local craft beer selections. The is the first time we have been in Bricktown Brewery but definitely not the last. The service by Hannah was fantastic, the food was spectacular (yes, I tried a bite of everyone's) the cheddar curds were the best I've ever had! The dipping trio was fantastic as well!
