Great food! My husband loved the short rib ravioli! Service was great and there was no wait time.

This was my second time and my family's first visit here. Everyone really enjoyed their meals, atmosphere, and great service. We sat outside for lunch on a beautiful day after a bike ride. I enjoyed the fish tacos which were yummy with a small kick of spice. My son had the chicken sandwich with the picketed onions and thousand island dressing. The chicken was a very large piece and good quality. My husband enjoyed a panini and he said it was one of the best he has had. The server was very friendly and efficient especially going between her inside and outside tables. Good value for the food and will definitely be back again. read more

We've been here four times now and each time has been spectacular. The kitchen should be proud as it is clear they take some pride in their food. Drinks: A great pour and worth the money. Haven't had a bad one yet whether It's an old fashioned, gin and tonic, or a martini. Take your pick. Appetizers: the mussels were a hidden gem. Nicely done and the portion was enough to share with 5 of us. The lobster bisque was nice and didn't lack on the lobster meat or seasoning. Entrees: The chicken parm is delicious. The seasoning in the breading is great, the sauce is impressive, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Ask for a side salad because it was clearly fresh as well. The New York strip was phenomenal. Nicely seasoned, cooked to a perfect medium rare, and for the price, it's better than any surrounding place. The veggie risotto was also delicious. The ratio of the ingredients was satisfying and tasty. Service: Friendly, speedy, and attentive staff! Overall: 5 stars. Best restaurant in the area thus far. Popped in earlier tonight and wow. What an amazing experience. From the service, to the food and drinks and to top it off the atmosphere and the customers.... Everything was amazing. Brittany the bartender was absolutely amazing. She was on point and made sure every customer had exactly what they needed and more this was also while she was answering the phone for takeout and making drinks while simultaneously chatting with coworkers and making sure everyone was okay on the floor. Her brain was working a thousand miles and hour but she was so calm and made every customer feel like they were sitting alone at the bar getting personal service. The entire staff did an excellent job keeping everyone happy. And the food was pumping out of the kitchen so I can only imagine how hard the kitchen staff was working. With such a beautifully written menu and every plate looking just as beautiful as the description. I suggest anyone who reads this post to get down to this place asap. went there last Saturday night with my wife and son. Got there around 7 and the place was about 1/3 full. the good news we were seated right away. The bad. We ordered 3 drinks, 2 margaritas and the house sangria. It took about 40 minutes to get our drinks. Pretty sad when the place was pretty empty. the Margaritas were made from the cheapest margarita mix and the house sangria tasted like it was made with cherry cool-aid with some vodka. The food showed up after a hour after we ordered it and was just as bad as the drinks. Burned Fish tacos A burned and overcooked burger A scallop and Belly clam plate that had 4 small scallops and 6 belly clams that had no bellies. they were basically strips. 32 bucks for more or less fries and onion rings We decided to plow thru it as we did not want to want another hour for food and more or less everything was terrible from the drinks to the food. Our waitress was good as she looked like the only one who was doing anything there. There was 4-5 staff hanging around the entrance doing nothing. Terrible overall experience from start to end. I had been wanting to try Brickstone Kitchen for a while now. The location isn't very convenient but I was craving something new so I thought what the heck. This afternoon I called and placed a to-go order for a kafta burger. Let me tell you, this was one of the most unique and juiciest burgers I've ever had. Looking at the menu, you can tell it's very creative. They put their own unique spin on all their dishes and hell yeah that is the truth for this burger as well! The burger was seasoned so well and the cucumber yogurt dip they put with it (along with the pita bread) was fantastic. I loved the side salad. It reminded me very much of a fattoush salad. This is certainly a place I'll recommend to family and friends. I look forward to going back and dining in to get the full Brickstone Kitchen experience! read more

My family and I enjoyed an early lunch here with our party of 7. I'd compare it to a smaller version of Tavern in the Square in terms of the upscale bar fare and overall vibe. We started off with the fried Mac and cheese balls, which came as a quantity of 3 and we all shared. There were so many options to choose from for the main dish... we all opted for the sandwiches which came with a small side of fries. Everyone in my party was happy with their selections. This is a nice addition to central Mass and I'm glad we discovered it. I can imagine it getting busy on Fridays and Saturdays due to limited seating (4 high tops and maybe 10 tables/booths with a small bar area). Luckily, we beat the rush so everything was timely and well-prepared. read more

ust found this gem today after living in the area for 3 plus years!  I have to start with the staff .. they were all wonderful!  Sheila was our server and she had great suggestions and was so engaging.  Corey also came by a couple of times to see if we needed refills or anything else.  My husband and I felt very well cared for.   The menu is great and had a hard time choosing from all the wonderful plates.  I ordered the fish tacos and they were the best I have ever had here in Mass.  My husband got the pastrami sandwich on a pretzel bun - yum! Looking forward to this being our "go to" place in the future.  Everything is made from scratch and the deserts are awesome! The four stars are strictly for the food. My husband and I got the fish and chips, a side of angel hair pasta with marinara and two meatballs. We also had coffee as our drinks. I liked the fish and chips, it was $15.99, I think with a one really big piece of haddock, fries and onions rings. I would have liked to have the fries a little bit crispier. The pasta and meatballs were pretty good. The pasta al dente and meatballs perfectly cooked. Everything besides the fries was well made. Even their coffee was good. We visited on a Sunday evening. The staff was very nice and happy. Daughter ordered lobster chowder, steak tips and mashed potatoes Mother ordered spinach dip appetizer and Bolognese I ordered burger and fries Second daughter ordered tortellini The appetizer was dry, crumbly and mostly greens. No, thick, runny or melt cheese. It was more like dried out creamed spinach and comes with 50% carrots and 50% saltless pita chips. Verdict -blech Moms bolognese was average but wouldn't order again. Verdict- Meh Daughter 1- The waitress came out to tell us that they no longer had any soup, so that was a disappointment. steak tips ordered medium came out well done and gray, chewy and flavorless and bland. Liked the potatoes. Verdict-chef mistake, could have been good Daughter 2- tortellini was cold on the inside and said they tasted frozen still. Verdict- gross Myself- burger with mushrooms and onions and fries. Ordered medium well came out medium rare, with a soaking wet bun. The fries were frozen and had ZERO salt or seasoning. Verdict-chef mistake on the burger, could have been good. Fries? Awful. If you're going to be less than 1 mile from a place that serves the most phenomenal burgers and fries like five guys then you should just take this off your menu, don't serve frozen crap. Three stars instead of two because the wait staff was very nice. Obviously the chef has no idea how to cook meat and most of their ingredients or meals come frozen which is just a huge letdown. Do not recommend. For steak tips go to Longhorn, for pizza go to pizzeria Brunos, for burgers go to five guys. There was nothing here that would bring me back. read more

Overpriced for so-so food. I called in for a take-out, got home, found a little heel of a loaf of bread in a baggie and wondered if that little thing was a joke. Had dinner here at Brickstone tonight. The Worcester Foodies fb group had a few people claiming their lobster roll to be amazing. It is absolutely NOT amazing. I need to just give up trying to find a place in central MA and just make them at home. I'm always disappointed. Tonight's was no exception. Looked just ok. Could've been filled more. But the worst thing was the addition of DILL to it. $32. Whatever. No one does them right. I give up. Service was ok, when you're only drinking water, it'd be nice not to have to ask for a refill. Fries were hot. Lettuce was fresh. Cole slaw was no big deal. Roll was soft. read more

Recently visited Brick stone while in the area because of the positive reviews, and it did not disappoint! We knew the food must be good when there was a 30 minute wait at 5pm. First off, the staff and service was excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and kind. My husband had the tortellini, which he was very pleased with, and I had the fish tacos, which were the best I've had ever. The fish was substantial, fresh, deliciously battered, and the tacos were topped with a spicy salsa that gave it flavor and just enough heat. We ended the meal with pumpkin cheesecake, that although very good, I would've liked it a little sweeter. All in all, fantastic meal. I wish this place were closer to me so I could visit again! read more

Everything was perfect. We were sat and greeted right away. Our server was very sweet and prompt. I started with the side Mediterranean salad (which is huge) so my partner and I ended up splitting it. I had the haddock which was excellent, the bacon in the crumb was subtle but flavorful. My guy had a chicken pasta dish (can't remember the name) but it had spinach, ricotta and sausage. I had a bite and it was fantastic. He really enjoyed it. I don't drink but he had a couple of cocktails which he said we're good. Overall a great dining experience. We will be back! read more
