Particularly, I work with Jose Bruschi, and his attention and knowledge about the product that he is selling and the process of selling is amazing.

He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and followed up even after the sale to ensure everything was going smoothly. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but Andres made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. His attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again, Andres!

I waited a long time to write this review about Brickell Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram, hoping these…read moreissues would be resolved. Unfortunately, this has been the worst car-buying experience I've ever had--and it is still ongoing. From the beginning, the process was plagued with misinformation. The original salesman repeatedly provided inaccurate details about both the vehicle and my trade-in, which ultimately required us to switch salesmen due to the false information. Because this was an out-of-state purchase, we hired a transportation carrier to pick up the vehicle. On the morning of pickup, the dealership canceled with the carrier, claiming no payment had been received--despite payment having been completed and documented. As a result, we were charged a cancellation and rescheduling fee. The sales representative confirmed (with documentation) that the dealership would reimburse this cost. That refund was never issued. I was later told directly by the salesman that a check had been mailed--another false statement. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was in non-working condition. The car would not turn on, and all fuses were broken. This was a 2025 vehicle with only 50 miles on it. The dealership refused to take any accountability, and the vehicle had to be towed to the nearest dealership for service. Now, over two months later, we still have not received our registration or permanent plates. Temporary plates were issued, but once they expired, no one from the dealership would respond or return calls to issue updated ones. As a result, we have been unable to legally drive our vehicle for days. I have extensive documentation, including call logs, emails, and confirmations, all showing repeated attempts to contact the dealership with zero response. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare--from dishonesty and poor communication to a complete lack of accountability. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership to do their due diligence and take their business elsewhere.

Salesman Jackie Babani and acquisition agent Jorge Carta at Brickell Motors have renewed my faith…read morethat good and honest people in the car sales business still exist. It should be noted that this was my 3rd vehicle purchase within about 12 years from this dealership. About 6 months ago I got a notice in the mail from Brickell Motors with a very attractive trade-in offer for my existing vehicle and I saw some great deals advertised on the internet for a new one I wanted. I came in for a service visit and met with Jackie in sales. That day we were just too far apart on the numbers and didn't reach a deal. The trade-in this dealership actually offered when I came here was much lower than the one they'd mailed to me - I was told that was due to "lawyer speak" and fine print in the ad they'd sent me. Also, the pricing I'd seen on the internet for the vehicle I wanted required that I lease it which I never do, and had a few other conditions that left me out. That said, even though we couldn't make the deal work that day, the one thing that struck me about Jackie was his honesty. When I was serious about buying again recently, I came here for an oil change and inspection and explained that while my vehicle was being serviced I wanted to see about buying a new vehicle while trading my existing one. I'd done my research on the price of the vehicle I wanted and knew what my trade was worth, I'd already been in contact with another GM dealer and had an appointment to see them the following day. Whichever of the 2 dealerships made me a better deal, would get the sale. Jorge Carta came to meet with me first, looked at my vehicle, took me to his office and put together a solid offer for the trade. He then took me to see Jackie the salesman who I knew from before. Unfortunately the vehicle I'd seen on the internet had been sold, but they had 2 similar ones in stock in the color I wanted, but with a few more options. We took a similar model for a test drive, and on the way back to the dealership, we stopped at one of Brickell Motors' storage lots to grab the one I was actually interested in. Their first offer wasn't terrible, but it was higher than where I needed to be financially, and the vehicle came with options like a heated steering wheel and seats which are unnecessary in South Florida. I asked Jackie if any other dealerships in the area had the exact model and features I wanted and he did look, but also thought he could make an agreeable deal for the one they had in stock. He met with his manager a second time, came back and made an offer that was solid and we shook on it. He filled it up with gas, had it cleaned and serviced, sent me to see the finance person to sign all the paperwork and I was out the door in my shiny new vehicle within about an hour after we agreed on the deal. Completely happy with this transaction for sure...

Here are the facts: I sold my vehicle to this company and made agreement that when they will receive Title letter from SETF they will gave me a profitable check that i was making on my sold car as per present market price and as per agreement. Title has been sent from SETF weeks ago and they saying they never received which is very easy to track. I received a confirmation that amount has been paid and documents has been sent to BLM. I contacted BLM company on multiple occasions to resolve the issue, but my concerns were not addressed satisfactorily and i never received my check from them. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. I recommend asking for everything in writing, carefully reviewing all agreements, and keeping records of all communications. During Trade-in a profit should be paid right at the moment do not agreed with them that will be paid later. I hope the company takes responsibility and resolves this matter fairly.

Aaron who works at the dealership and had reached out to me after seeing the last Yelp review I wrote on this and said he would handle. He asked me to take down the Yelp review and I really thought this would be taken care within a week or so. So I did, rookie mistake, don't take down the Yelp review until the transaction has been completed. Lie 1 I purchased a 2018 Porsche Cayman 3yrs ago. At that time, I also purchased a warranty. I asked if it was a CPO warranty and was told it was. It wasn't, it was a 3rd party warranty they sold at the dealership. Another Porsche dealership I do highly regard in my home town said, "I wish places like this would not lie to the public." Lie 2 I sold the Cayman in January 2026 and cancelled the remaining warranty for my refund, ran out in November 2026. I didn't realize if you have a claim, they subtract that from the warranty amount you paid. Ok, learned something new, which leaves me with a balance of $101 to be refunded by the DEALERSHIP. For the last 6 weeks, Aaron has been in contact off and on staying that a check would be send to me. They sent me a text with the tracking number from FedEX, Aaron saying it would be sent over night. 4 days later I checked FedEX tracking number and all the dealership had done was enter the tracking number and never sent the check. Lie 3 Do they they even have a check for me? I'm also writing a Yelp review to their parent company Murgado In Miami, Florida. The #1 core value is, dedicated to serving our customers with honesty, integrity and professionalism. I will ask them to reach out to me so I can explain my stance and send texts I received. Obviously Motor Werks Honda does not practice this. And to think I mentioned to Aaron that I was looking to buy another Porsche. Never again, I'm done.

: "Highway Robbery in a Suit -- A Warning About Brickell Motors"…read more There is no greater stupidity than willful ignorance--seeing the deception, feeling the consequences, and still pretending it's all normal. That's exactly what Brickell Motors preys on: customers who don't question the fine print. Let me be crystal clear: this dealership is engaging in deceptive, unethical, and potentially illegal practices, hiding behind a polished showroom full of six-figure vehicles to justify predatory fees. They push charges that have no legal basis, then falsely claim they are mandated by Florida law -- a blatant lie. Here's what I was quoted for a $38,000 vehicle: * PermaPlate (paint protection for your license plate?) - $799 * BLM Certification (meaningless internal prep fee) - $1,895 * Government fees - $1,030 (not itemized, suspiciously inflated) * Doc/Processing fee - $1,145 * Sales tax - $1,709 (the only legitimate fee) Grand total? Nearly $45,000 for a $38,000 car. That's a $7,000 markup for nothing of value. When I challenged these fees, I was told, arrogantly, "That's how high-end dealers operate." Sorry, but deception is not a luxury feature. The young salesman, Harvey, had the nerve to boast that "plenty of stupid people don't even check the final numbers and still buy." He even tried to play the hero by offering a $500 discount--like it was some grand favor. Newsflash: your entire fee structure is a scam. From sales to management, the culture at Brickell Motors reeks of arrogance, indifference, and a complete lack of professionalism. They are not there to understand your needs or work with integrity. They are there to extract every dollar they can from unsuspecting buyers. Let me tell you how this ended: I bought the exact same car from an authorized, reputable dealer, with zero junk fees and a two-year certified warranty included--the way it should be. Final advice: Don't be one of the "stupid" customers they brag about. Do your homework. Call their bluff. Walk away. And above all, don't feed the wolves running this showroom.
