Had to reschedule our official measurements and she took care of that for us no problem. Followed up to make sure I had all the information I needed. Best thing was when we first went in is that she made sure we knew exactly what to look for in flooring even if we decided to go with another company. Was told that it may be three weeks for install but we got a call for scheduling the next day and a week and half later later the install was done. Installers were very good and courteous. Other than the white dust (this is to be expected if you are removing tile) from tile demolition everything was very clean upon their departure. The only thing that stunk (and I knew this when I signed the contract) is that they will yank your toilets out but not reinstall them. Thankfully my installer knew how to do this and was nice enough to show me what needed to be done and what to buy to do the job. They also put the toilets close to where I needed them so I didn't have to carry them through the house. Toilets are heavy so have someone help lift it into place. Ultimately re-installing the toilets cost me about $8 for two new wax rings at Home Depot.
