First we waited 15 minutes for the table at the bar area, no one came and ask if we need any drinks but handed me a menu. After we seated, we waited for another 5-8 minutes (which is long to us) till our server came. The server and the helper was good but the wait in the beginning is kind of long for a "fine dining". They offered us a kids pasta (not on the menu but still kind of pricy) for our 3 kids and they taste ok. The buttery one was $12 and the Alfredo one was $17. Both with no meat at all. They served focaccia with butter (which is kind of weird for an Italian restaurant, I thought olive oil and vinegar is the usual for Italian restaurants). The focaccia baked a bit over and therefore it is super hard to chew. Beef tartare. It tastes ok. Dry-Aged Florence steak. We had pretty high expectations on it but it was a total disappointment. The seasoning was one on half of the steak, the other half has no taste at all. And it was burnt, we asked for medium but one side of it was completely burnt and we feel like we are eating beef jerky. It costs like $165. Our bill total with tip was $270 which is a total ripoff. Worst meal at vegas. read more

The first two courses of the meal were great - the service was great and the food was outstanding (octopus and garganelli). The second half of the meal is where things fell apart. The braised beef was overcooked and dry. The server tried to have the kitchen fix it but you can't uncook meat. When we finished this course the dishes sat on the table for 15-20 minutes; no one came and checked on us or cleared the dirty dishes. We were very excited at the start of the meal and left underwhelmed. read more

Great venue for Italian food. The patio is great this time of year (Sept). Service and Food was outstanding.

Food was amazing and unique! Fresh and generous portions! Great service polite waiters

Food was not great and menu selection was quite limited. 1.5 stars.

Food was wonderful - tasted great, good portions. Very satisfied. Our server J.R. was the best - great personality, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, made great meal suggestions, didn't rush us out and didn't care we weren't drinkers. He made it a great experience. Thank you J.R.! read more

First let me say, I have never written a review before in my life. I simply eat, drink and leave. If I like it I come back and If not I don't. I was never a food critic in any way but few years ago I met and married a beautiful woman from The Bologna area of Italy which is recognized around the world for its spectacular food. You can imagine how difficult it is to please a woman who grew up on great Italian food and traveled the world trying to find better. I grew up on cheese burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches. On a recent trip to Las Vegas we had the pleasure of visiting the brand new resort World and we were looking forward to eat at the new Italian restaurant Brezza . The executive chef Nicole Brisson met us near the reception desk and gave us a tour of the surroundings and restaurant. We were just customers and felt we were royalty. Our waiter Giulio was great and attentive and the service was terrific. The Chef Nicole came to introduce our choices and explain each dish like an artist proud of her creation. She had every right to as her dishes were from out of this world, We started with some appetizers, Heirloom Tomato, Charred Octopus, the Stone Fruit Panzanella and Warm Lambs Tongue. Then we tried the Citrus Bobo Chicken , the side Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes and just when we couldn't eat one more bite the pastry chef walked up with an entire display of his art work as well. Even though some had similar names to recognized desserts they were nothing like the existing treats on the market.! Simply said the service, meals and dessert were the most fantastic we ever had and my wife was so impressed that she asked me to have dinner again the day after. We came away feeling we had just left fine award winning restaurant somewhere in the rolling hills of Tuscany . The entire experience is to die for and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting or living in Vegas. You will not be disappointed and will come away feeling special for sure. Bob&Monica. read more

Celebrated anniversary before a Carrie Underwood show at what was listed as a "fine dining Italian" restaurant. Although the food was pretty and tasted good, the prices for small pieces of fish were ridiculous and the atmosphere, if you closed your eyes walking in and opened sitting at your table, you would think you were at a nice buffet with the decor and tables and chairs. Not a fine dining feel. Staff was nice overall but after enjoying many fine dining places, this does not quite compare. read more

I'll start by saying that they had wonderful service, chatting with the kind server while waiting for the food/eating was great! They all have a great sense of humor and it made the restaurant worth going back to. I had the Chicken Milanese Sandwich and a margarita! The food was amazing, will definitely be going back soon!! read more

Bad bad bad service.. made a 7:30 reservation and arrived at 7:30 only to be told that they need some time to get our table ready and to go sit at the bar.. went to the bar and did find a seat but no waiter.. went to bar where the three bar tenders where run like chickens with their heads cut off.. went to the end of the bar and stood there trying to get a drink.. bartender took the time to tell me I could not stand in the well part of the bar and told me to go stand behind someone at the bar to get a drink..then he proceeds to ignore me and everyone else along with the other two bartenders.. no eye contact and no service.. stood for 10 minutes before I got frustrated and went to sit down with my wife at a dirt table with old used glasses still sitting on it.. finally a waiter came by and I asked if he could get me a drink, his response was I will get with you later and walked off.. after 30 minutes of sitting I went back to the check in desk and asked how long it would be which they said they had no idea? I then ask if there was any way to get a drink as the bartenders are non responsive.. she said she would get a manager.. some guy came by carrying hot Prosecco and that he was sorry and would try to get us a drink order and walked away and did not ask what we wanted.. at this time we had had enough of their crappy service and decided to head back to the Encore where we walked to Sinatra's and they sat us at the bar and had a wonderful dinner.. I can not stand bad service which is what Brezza offered.. read more

Love this new restaurant! The food was delicious, great cocktails ...and the service was top notch. We dined at Brezza on a Saturday evening and it was hopping but our service did not suffer in the least. All was under control. We were very impressed with the variety of options on the menu. We will be back! read more

It's hard to find authentic Italian cuisine, but Brezza has done it... and done it well. Food and service were both top notch! As someone who usually orders steak, if it's on the menu; I took a chance and ordered the chicken, which was outstanding! The wine list is well equipped, and the Somm is readily available for recommendations. Definitely EAT HERE. read more

The Restaurant is very nicely decorated and set up. The food is not the usual American Italian food. It is more of traditional Italian food. The manager Alex, a real gentleman will go out if his way to make your experience a pleasant one. The service and atmosphere is also great. I recommend it to all Italian food lovers. read more

We made dinner reservations before a show at Resorts World theatre. We were seated promptly on the patio as requested. They offered a "Theatre Menu" for $75 PP which is a prix fixe sample of several menu items served family style for the whole table. Our group of four decided to go for it and we were glad we did. Everything was delicious. Service was great and ambience on the patio was really nice. Would definitely return. read more

15/10 ! The food was great and the staff was so nice and accommodating! All 7 of us absolutely loved our food which hardly happens. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone read more

Utterly disappointing. We did not even get to eat. A complete contradiction. The welcoming bar staff created an initial positive impression, but the soulless hostess should have given us an indication to what was to come. With a party including one 7ft tall man, 6ft 5 tall man and 6ft 2 tall man, they not only insisted we fit in a corner booth, but rejected all reasonable attempts to be reseated in an almost empty restaurant. Given we were attempting to eat at only 5pm, we found the complete lack of understanding from management to not match the anticipation or the brand. While we hope the restaurant provides a better experience to most, for this party it was the most appalling experience in Las Vegas. We were planning to host multiple dinners during CES at Brezza but will no longer give any patronage. read more

Not impressed at all......!!! I ordered a veal chop valdostana style ( it means it was supposed to have cheese and ham) instead they just brought me a grilled veal chop and nothing more, on top of it they sliced it and served to me MR, I mean, I didn't asked to have it sliced and I was never asked how I wanted to have cook, anyway not big deal a sent it back and have well cook, but why do you slice it......!!! Is going to get cold in half the time and I don't ask it for it.......!!!! My wife had squash ravioli, they were floating in butter sage oil.....!!! The only good plate was the side dish ..... in my opinion nothing really special.... Actually the opposite read more

Brunch with a vocalist and a couple of musicians was a pleasant surprise. The food was excellent. We had fish and steak. Both were excellent. Mimosas were great, also. The seats near the windows in the back have more light than the front. read more

Hate leaving bad reviews but for the price this place charges I expect utter amazing food. Our party of 8 ordered a variety of items from the menu. Ordered the tomahawk ribeye and a dry aged New York came out... when I asked the waiter where my ribeye was he said I ordered a New York. Our whole table even corrected him and said we all heard tomahawk ribeye. For 150 dollars plus for a tomahawk everyone was excited to see what it looked like. It never came. Waiter walked away. Moments later a manager walked up and offered a normal ribeye (not on the menu) on the fly if I still wanted it. 30 minutes later it came and was just as tough and tasteless as the New York steak they brought. I could've bought a normal steak at a local grocery and cooked it better. Or better yet walked across the street to dennys and got a better cook on a steak. FYI they charged us for the replacement steak. Salads were good, pasta was OK per others in the party and dessert was on point. Our waiter personally sucked and manager tried to fix the problem but was short. read more

where can i start - this place is just so wonderful let me start with t he service - they seem to know just what to do - impeccable - and might i mention the sommelier - this man knows his wine - sorry, didn't get his name but we loved everything he recommended - didn't try the liquor - just stuck with the wine - we loved it the apps were awesome - we had a charcuterie - just a cut above everything else we normally have - wonderful!!! the steak tartare was the best - fresh - and wonderfully seasoned little neck clams - could have made a meal on those alone we then skipped to the pastas - so different - but delicious may i recommend the cappellaci - not sure if i spelled it correctly - but it was so different and enjoyable - i had never had anything like this before - like a ravioli but with a creamy cauliflower - our friends had the bolognese and crab carbonara - which they loved - but i loved the cappellaci - tasted all 3 - just so good - out of this world before i go any further - please try the bread - divine!!!!! we all shared so it was easy to try so many things for our meat, we split the tomahawk - probably the best piece of meat we all have ever tried - so worth it the people at the next table had the filet - they raved about it - we didn't try that - but they said they loved it for the finish - the desert - not sure of the name - but it was a lemon pastry - absolutely fit for a king someone told us the chef is well known - nicolle please believe me - she is outstanding - we loved everything she prepared can't wait to go back next time we are in town we were just so lucky to be in town for this wonderful restaurant read more

Nikki and Matthew and others who served us were so amazing. The chef was lovely and friendly. We loved it and it exceeded our expectations.

We were extremely impressed with this restaurant. The pasta was outstanding! We had five different entrees and all were incredible. You can tell much thought and creativity went into each dish. The pasta was fresh and flavorful. The gnocchi was the best we've ever had - homemade fennel sausage and peso. I wouldn't have put these together, but they worked beautifully. The service was top notch. Very attentive and thoughtful. I think this will be one of the top restaurants in Vegas soon. Very glad we could experience it. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced. Waiter took the order and never returned. Waited over an hour for pastas and steak and finally left.

Very nice but i can't say it was amazing. They might want to add more descriptions on the menu and the wait staff should be a little more observant and proactive to address customer concerns. The heirloom salad was actually made from a chilled tomato jello mold, not in any description and not mentioned by the waiter when we ordered it. My wine glass was cloudy dirty when the waiter brought it to me. I ended up changing it before he poured the wine but it was pretty obvious dirty and he should have noticef. We took his advice and split the salad, pasta, and meat dishes. We ordered medium well for my wife's taste, and the waiter was extra clear what medium well means, right up front.. They serve the steak sliced but it was very well done, no sign of any pink or any juice. After such a clear definition up front, it's hard to believe the waiter didn't notice this was so over cooked before he served it. I expected a little more from this level of restaurant, this was below par compared to most every top Italian steakhouse. read more

Not a great restaurant. Pastas lacked flavor. The chicken still had the feet on it which disgusted me and my son who asked me to hide it so he didn't have to look at it. We ordered a nice bottle of wine from the sommelier but we had to pour it ourselves. read more

Service is really slow. Waitress seems to disappear. Kitchen can't keep up. And the place isn't full! Management needs to get the place organized. I will say the food is excellent, impressive.
