I hate to write negative review. However, what happened in this restaurant made me so mad. That I had to say something. service was the worst I seen for a long time. server throwing the bread basket on the table. the other server was smelling like spoiled garlic. couldn't understand what server telling us. i thought we were in another planet. After informing the manager, he was indifferent. like he didn't care. they charged for the drinks that we didn't drink because of servers behaviors. no apology or nothing. read more

We went for dinner last night and we were really excited about our Florentine steak, squid ink pasta and gnocchi. But none of our food ever came. We sat down at 8:30 and, as of 9:45, no food arrived. Feedback for Brezza is to get your kitchen in order and get food out on time. For $100+ per person for dinner, I just expect a lot more. read more

Awful! Worst place I've eaten at in a long time. We had the Tomahawk steak at $165. We asked for medium and it was rare on the inside while the outside was burnt to a char. Bitter! We wanted a pasta with chicken so they gave us spaghetti with red sauce and 2 chicken leg quarters on the side, absolutely flavorless! $40. We had some blossom flower tempura with shrimp, just tasted funky. A few sodas. Ordered a Moscow mule, but had to send it back. Terrible again! Sooo bitter and tasteless. Total bill $328! Awful! Awful! Awful! Never going back read more

I had gnocchi, NY strip, charred octopus, seared scallops and mash potatoes. All of them were good! Service was good too.

This was a very beautiful place to have drinks if you want to dine they have a couple of options but if you do not eat meat the options are few but take your beautiful for drinks before dinner your in the game staff should be more enthusiastic, I understand we're on the strip but locals like to be treated nice too lol all Fun but go check it out for yourselves again always my opinion try for yourself. read more

The food here is amazing! Nico was the best! She gave us so many great recommendations and every dish was a hit! Great atmosphere and service! Definitely recommend if you are looking for yummy Italian food in Vegas! Thanks Nico!!! read more

Had the misfortune of trying this overpriced restaurant in Resorts. Both my business guest and I ordered the $47 pork chop. It came sliced but was 50% fat. That was not the worst of it. When I got home and my guest got back to his hotel, we also came down with a 6 hour bout of explosive diarrhea from the food poisoning. They obviously have a major problem in the kitchen. I wrote the manager about our experience to warn him he had a food handling problem. I never got a response. I am in the restaurant business, and believe me you do not want go to place like this. read more

Amazing food! Everything we got was a 10. GET THE BOBO CHICKEN. All the cocktails tried were perfectly crafted as well. Highly recommend and will come back read more

Pretty disappointing experience if we're being honest. Everything was kind of "just ok". Didn't live up to the hype of noted publications or Las Vegas "places to eat" recommendations. The service was sub par and food from the starters to the mains was just ok. Wasn't exactly busy and it took over 30mins to even get cocktails/drinks after being seated. Had higher expectations for this place. read more

Fish of the day was overcooked. Sformato was overpowered by clove/ cinnamon and was more sweet than savory. Service was very good.

On 5/2/23 at around 5:30 my queen & I were enjoying ourselves at Area 15 in clothing fit for the afternoon 80° weather that day. We called Brezza just to double check if there is any way we could dine in. We were told there wouldn't be an issue & there was room at the bar, but it was first come first serve. When we arrived approx. An hour later we came into contact at the front podium with a young female standing right next to two other female rep. I Informed them we called & the Young hostess replied yes you spoke with me, right after we hung up I was informed that we were booked due to a private event, I'm sorry. I took a second to take a breath look around in which, I found a man in a suit on the opposite side of the entrance walkway looking towards me. I turned around started walking away & in about 5 seconds of time I looked into the very unoccupied front part of the restaurant and in a outdoor voice wished everybody a nice evening and then looked back at the podium and said you'll hear about my experience with a negative review. My queen and I were very distraught. She kept walking towards Wally's to see if she could get us in there and I went back to the podium in a calm voice. I told the now loner Young host I wanted to talk to the manager. The same man in the suit came right on up to me and asked me how I could help him. I explained my situation in which, he said that if I wanted to come inside they would serve us. I was a little bewildered. I told him you just stood right there and let us be turned away and didn't do anything about it and now you're going to serve us. I don't know what you might do to our food. He looked confused. Then I said, do you see the situation you've put me in? He replied no you put yourself in this situation. I looked up this restaurants website before writing this & noticed that they advertise an Italian way of life that's inviting and uplifting. Well they are certainly inviting an uplifted $250 into Wally's restaurants pocketbook 50 yards down the road. I'm 75% Italian myself & my queen is from just on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea in Tunisia. This isn't how I would want my restaurant run if I owned one. This was a piss poor job all around including the other two women that were standing right there that could have spoke up & said anything. I personally wouldn't necessarily be all that concerned about one person's negative review I'd be more concerned about karma & this happening to one of them or their family members wasting their time & money on top of their not being a nice alternative place nearby to enjoy a special occasion/vacation. If you keep treating people like this, this place will be a breeze in the wind. read more

The service was great but the atmosphere and food aren't what I expected. I was expecting the food to be amazing but it was just ok. I will say though, their octopus was delicious. Overall, I was expecting more for the price. read more

I use Veal to gauge an Italian restaurant. This is the first time I decided to not eat my meal. I highly disappointed.

if you wanna wait 1hr for some noods then this is the spot for you...plan on waiting for most likely mediocre itialian food

I felt like we were eating in a sports bar that served Italian food. The bar and TVs are in the dining room, and it is very noisy. You should look at the menu before going there, because the Italian items are pretty limited. The food was just okay, but for the prices, it should have been better. read more

It's not a bad restaurant, but wouldn't go again. The food was all in all meh, and could really find any of the dishes they have at any other Italian Restaurant for half the price and probably better. The getting a table process was also weird, more than half the restaurant was empty and I had to wait 15 for a text to tell me to come back saying my table was ready just to get told to wait another 20 min or so. Sat down and didn't get helped by anyone till 10 minutes after I asked someone to bring me my waitress. (These are all real times and are not exaggerated unfortunately) read more

Excellent choice for our one night in Vegas. Service was beyond excellent and homemade pasta was addictive - so delish!

Finally, a Resorts World restaurant worth its hype and price! You even get a sense from the purposeful and confident ample waitstaff, that this is a well run restaurant with fine dining! The appetizers delighted, and perfectly pan seared Chilean sea bass special wowed, but the in-house made chocolate gelato astounded! Bravo, a great experience. read more

Outstanding in all respects. Dined in the outdoor patio area. Very pleasant. Service was excellent and the waiter offered a great explanation of the menu. Had the charred octopus appetizer. Fantastic! The Caesar salad was different but also fantastic. Split the squid ink pasta and quail saltimbocca with my wife. Both great. The lemon tart dessert was also fantastic. Every dish is a twist on the traditional. Kudos to the chef. Will definitely be returning to sample more items on the menu. read more

We visited this location on Mother's Day, and our waiter. Brendan was very rude and inconsiderate because we didn't order liquor. We were completely ignored. We couldn't get anything that we ordered and he never came by our table. I had to go up to the manager to even get our check, he actually made our experience. Very sad. read more

We held our company dinner at Brezza for the second consecutive year. Their service was great and their food was very good. They were accomadating to our 40 person group and the servers were gracious and great. Highly reccomend! read more

Made a very easy/ available reservation after reading the rave reviews from Eater/ James Beard etc and was unfortunately massively underwhelmed, and even more-so after getting the final bill. Service was great (although they forgot to bring us more bread) and the ambiance was nice, but the food is where things went really average-at-best. We ordered a grilled shrimp appetizer which came out sizzling over hot rocks. Beautiful presentation, but a cooking-101 mistake as when you put a protein as delicate as shrimp on hot stones after you grill it, it keeps cooking on the hot stones! The beautiful shrimp became overcooked and rubbery within minutes of service. Pasta courses were average; not bad but nowhere near the price you're paying for. The rigatoni arrabiata was not spicy and resembled more of a vodka sauce, and the bucatini amatriciana was reduced too far where the consistency of the sauce was more like a tomato paste. We got the gnocchi which were cooked perfectly, but was under seasoned. You can tell the ingredients were high quality but the lack of execution made everything average. The exorbitant price is paying for the ambiance and service, and really isn't worth it. Overhyped, overpriced and massively underwhelming. read more

Chose this place for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. Standouts for me include the stone fruit panzanella and the Lemon olive oil dessert. Thanks for making my day special, Brezza read more

Be sure to check in with Susie and her team, they are a phenomenal set of gracious & warm people. I really appreciate Susie treating my wife so well on her birthday. I would like to extend a personal shout out to Min Who was a way to outside in the patio area. Two things an Italian restaurant should never overcook; pasta and veal masala. I ordered both and my pasta was almost paste and my veal was extremely dry. Both of these items together were $70. I do not recommend this restaurant. read more

Decided to go to Brezza for Mothers day brunch. After reading the MANY choices in Las Vegas decided to go to Brezza because of the restaurant saying it was using sustainable foods / ingredients. After seeing canola oil used for omelettes , farm raised shrimp / lox I asked to see the manger who was clueless about my questions (which I found unusual). He went get his head chef who came out and started to tell me a bunch of propaganda about her restaurant. After listening I started to ask specific questions - canola oil (her response was they needed a high boiling point oil and I offered why not avocado oil which is (but more expensive then the cheapest oil canola), I pointed out farmed shrimp, lox and no good answer. I asked about the roast and she started to tell me how she's been to the farm. I asked he it it was organic and 100% grass fed and she literally walked away from the conversation. They did refund my $ back. To me how we do one thing is how we do everything. read more

Absolute perfection! I've know Miklos, the Director of Beverage, for years and was excited to bring my friend to Brezza for our Christmas Eve celebration. And as the saying goes, "Always amazed. Never disppointed." His equisite taste in champagne, wine and his charm are the Michael Jordan of Vegas fine dining. The food, the team, and the ambiance were everything we could have imagined and more. We will be back...that is for certain. read more

I was very excited to see the menu and the ambiance was very nice. The restaurant was not even close to busy, so it's hard to excuse the staff for not even taking a drink order or acknowledging our existence in the 20 minutes we sat at our table. We left some money for the water and bread we received during that time but after 20 minutes of being ignored, we decided to go eat somewhere else. I have never written a negative review of a restaurant in my life and it's weird writing one for a place with prices such as they are. read more

Just finished a dinner for eight around $1,600.00. It was the biggest waste of money all of us spent. I ordered the pork chops, half of it was fat and sent back to the kitchen. Then they brought a short rib, not tender, almost like beef jerky. Two guys had steaks.....both said they were terrible. Service was poor, slow, continually asking for water refills, etc. They "ran out" of two items we ordered initially as appetizers. Offered two replacements items at no cost. Some of the appetizers were good. Pasta was extremely average in flavor. In the end, not worth the cost at all. What a major disappointment from a place hyped to be so good. read more

We stopped in for dinner on 07 Novembe after checking several options in the World Resorts. Our waiter Anthony was very attentive and took good care of us. our drinks were prompt and great. We had the Bolognese, Brezza Caesar, the fish with caviar and their version of Tiramisu. Over all very good, the one hiccup was the lack of parmesan Reggiano on the pasta. I mentioned it to our waiter and he took it to heart and corrected it. A good dining experience. read more
