We tried Brezza for the first time while celebrating our anniversary. The service and food were amazing! Our server answered all our questions and was so pleasant. We enjoyed the halibut, rigatoni, and the tiramisu. Everything tasted great! The tiramisu was so unique and not the usual layered dessert and we loved it! If you are looking for a nice romantic place, this is it. read more

The service was amazing! I loved that they were able to separate our checks per couple and not make a big deal like most restaurants. We were a party of 10. Chef was friendly and even asked if we enjoyed our meal. We LOVED it! 5 star food and service . read more

Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and very professional staff. I would also highly recommend stopping into their concept next door "Bar Zazu" after dinner to try the "Isabella" cocktail. Absolutely amazing. read more

Brezza was phenomenal. Our server was Shawn F. He made amazing recommendations and went so far as to pair all of meals with specialized drink recommendations. You could tell from his level of comfort that he has years of fine dining experience. His service was perfectly paired with some phenomenal dishes. The pasta was extremely fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back again! read more

Brezza was the standout meal of our last Vegas trip. The staff was very helpful and the food was very memorable. Standouts were the Caesar salad, butternut squash ravioli, and the bread. The raviolis were cooked to the perfect texture and the bread was finished on the grill giving it an amazing smokey flavor. I can't wait to try more of their menu. Brezza will be in the meal rotation for me at any Vegas trip going forward. I highly recommend you check it out as well. read more

Brunch at Brezza did not disappoint. Excellent food and beverages delivered by knowledgeable and friendly service staff. Live band adds to the fresh clean ambiance. Great look and casual comfortable feel. I had the Farmhouse Tart which was enough for two. Yogurt appetizer was a pleasant surprise. Our server Laurie was fast fun. Makes the guests feel valued. Had the sparkling wine with mixers which was a good value. read more

Jeff did such an amazing job explaining in detail our dishes - it made us appreciate them even much more! Additionally, I was tremendously surprised that he knew exactly what I would like for my drink by simply saying I wanted something fruity and bubbly. The food was incredible in every aspect. We would recommend Brezza to those wanting to experience the unforgettable. read more

Brezza is AMAZING. I ate there last night, and we had a little bit of everything. The standouts for me were the grilled octopus -- which was so tender and perfectly cooked that it tasted and felt almost like pork belly -- and the beef cheek ravioli, which can best be described as "meat butter." The steak florentine was as amazing as expected, and the tiramisu dessert was a standout. Among the desserts, though, the citrus panna cotta might be my favorite. It was so light and refreshing and summery -- and it also had some unexpected twists and flavors like the basil gelee. Definitely recommend! read more

Wow. I'm impressed. They wanted to seat us outside closer to the entrance but I requested for a booth seat inside. Even though they were fully booked, they accommodated and gave us a half booth close to the floor to ceiling windows. With a little girl who is 6 years old with us, a booth was more comfortable and it had a better view. The music was a perfect level to provide some ambiance yet you can still have a conversation. I think they won Restaurant of the Year in 2021. We ordered two appetizers. 1. Charred Octopus - the octopus was tender with lemoncello, Fava beans and small pork pieces 2. Littleneck Clams - Very unique way to make clams. They diced up the clams and stirred fried with onion and I think mushrooms. Clams tasted fresh and good flavor 3. It came with warm foccacia bread and bread sticks. I absolutely love soft homemade butter. The little one wanted more bread and they gave us a second set too. We ordered two entrees which they kindly split for us without us asking. 1. Tagliatelle Bolognese - probably one of the best homemade pasta I've tasted. It was thin and soft. I think they used more egg white and less egg yolk. The veal, beef and tomato sauce on top was perfection. It came out hot and not lukewarm like some other restaurants. Perfect timing. 2. Quail - it was a good portion. It comes with two quails. They split it for us so it was plated nicely. The flavors meshed well. The sauce, prosciutto, white wine and little beans worked well. These were quails split in half, so there are legs and wings and the works. I don't mind the bones since it tastes better around the bones. Dessert time 1. Tiramisu - very unique take on tiramisu. I expected a cake in layers but instead, it was chocolate on the outside and the cake and creak was inside the chocolate in layers. Yum 2. Gelato - they were so nice to help us get one scoop of each Gelato even though they typically give three scoops of the same flavor. I liked the Mint the most, but also enjoyed the chocolate chip one. The chocolate was very rich. Good for chocolate lovers. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I asked for multiple changes and they accommodated. This is what I call service. I even forgot my hot water bottle and they had it out front in the host area when I went back 30 mins later. Don't forget to get the homemade pasta guys. You will not regret it. read more

They know how to take the reservation but have no clue how to keep it. I made a 7:45 res for 12 people about a week in advance. They said it wouldn't be an issue. We were sat at 8:50. No manager came over to speak with us until after we had approached them first. The food was brought to the wrong people. 3/8 cocktails couldn't be made because they no longer offered that drink...that we ordered...from the menu...lastly, they apologized to the wrong person when they came over to speak with the birthday girl. I was impressed only by how displeased the entire group was. It was kinda crazy. Food was good tho. read more

The Beef Cheek Ravioli was wonderful. It had a very unique taste. Everyone at my party was very pleased with their meal. Very nice atmosphere a bit away from the main part of the strip so be prepared for a more expensive taxi ride if you don't have a car. read more

We loved this place so much that we went twice during our stay at ResortsWorld. There were a few minor hiccups in service the first time, but they quickly made corrections and went above and beyond to make our experience special. Management, servers, hosts and sommelier were all so kind and attentive. Everything we tasted was phenomenal. We'll be visiting every time we're in Vegas. read more

A fairly typical restaurant for Vegas emphasizing high cost, moderate to good quality food choices aimed at expense accounts and high rollers. My recent visit started with the basics of suggestions for salads and pasta options with the fast response that I should only consider grill choices - way to up sell at the same time as saying I won't want the pasta. Ignoring the upsell, I decided to only order the Caesar salad. The salad was good, but showed up in seconds after ordering - popular option ready made and waiting. It is a very busy salad, not bad but definitely prepared ahead, which was a negative for the price point. I wanted a little more and was recommended the fried artichoke - this was fantastic! Crunchy, fresh artichoke, a sauce buried underneath but very tasty. I'd recommend it for someone who wants calamari crunch but make it veggie. The aggressive upsell while torpedoing the pasta choices definitely was a negative. Good otherwise really just okay. Net 3 stars. There are better restaurants and better Italian choices in Vegas. read more

Amazing food, atmosphere, cocktails. Their pastas are to die for and the knob creek cocktail is my absolute favorite!

Delicious food & great service, definitely will return. Decided to eat here last minute since we were staying at the resort & didn't have a reservation. We were seated upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. Smaller portions but overall great restaurant experience! read more

Food was excellent! The bucatini dish had the right amount spice. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the tiramisu. It isn't the good ol' fashioned one. It is within a hard Chocolate shaped egg. It had most of the flavors of the original but it was too odd. It wasn't bad but not what I was hoping for. Sometimes the same recipe is best. read more

I had high expectations of Brezza, both because they're part of the Mina Group and because their executive chef spent time at Carne Vino, our all-time favorite. (We're still mourning it's demise). My family and I went here for a birthday dinner. The pastas were delicious; however, the steak was very disappointing. The menu lists a 42oz tomahawk steak, but it was more like 90% fat (~38 oz) and 10% meat (~4 oz). Truly disappointing, we literally left most of all the steak untouched as it was mainly fat. The ambiance and staff was great, but for the price the steak was definitely more to wish for. read more

I ate at BREZZA after landing from a flight a month ago with my friend. Not only was it the best Italian food I've had in Vegas so far, but the service was impeccable. We had a server named Luis who gave us the ins and outs of Vegas and showed us around the venue. I had such a good experience that I went back to BREZZA yesterday with my clients and not only did Luis remember me and come to say hi, but he remembered my name and that I had a dairy allergy. Service like this is hard to come by and I hope BREZZA knows I will be coming back any time I'm in Vegas now because of Luis! read more

Skirt steak came to me well-done after ordering medium rare. Flavor was good. Pasta was sub par for the price.

While spending a weekend at the Conrad in Resort World Las Vegas my wife and I had the pleasure of dinning at Brezza the upscale Italian restaurant. We had made 6:30 reservations and upon arrival we warming greeted by the staff at the entrance and were promptly seated at our table, a nice booth with plenty of room. Our waiter Benjamin came by and introduced himself and took our drink order and allowed us to look over the menu. Benjamin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and we made our selections. I started out with the Brezza "Caesar" which Benjamin told me was made with Radicchio which has a bitter taste that I do not like so the kitchen made it with traditional Romaine and tossed with the Anchovy Vinaigrette dressing (not to fishy and amazing). It was one of the best Caesar salad I have had with just the right amount of the great croutons and Parmigiano Reggiano added. My went with the heirloom tomato that she enjoyed very much. For our mains my wife got the Autumn Squash Ravioli and I got the Piedmontese Filet. Now I do not remember the last time I ordered a steak in an Italian restaurant but Benjamin said it was so good that I had to give it a try, and boy am I glad I did. The filet was prepared perfectly, medium with a nice pink center thought and seared to finish (maybe done via Sous Vide, I forgot to ask) and oh so tender and flavorful. I ENJOYED the filet so much that when I had a moment I looked up the type of cattle and read the history and will order some for my use at home. I also had a taste of my wife's ravioli which I found to be cooked perfectly Al Dente and just terrific. We did not have desert. We loved dining at Brezza a truly 5 star experience in service (thanks again Benjamin), food and atmosphere. read more

I wish we would have taken pictures! Very friendly very inviting place. We started in the bar with simple cocktails and wine and the services was great. Once we moved to our table we enjoyed a three course meal. We started with calamari which wasn't my favorite, it was a little too greasy but it was still really good. Our second course was a parmesan butter pasta with freshly shaved white truffle. This was absolutely amazing, and I would highly recommend this dish. For our final we enjoyed a 100 day dry aged bone in NY Strip, also cooked to perfection and phenomenal! read more
