I eat all over the world and have so much respect for folks that work in the service industry but this was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. My waitress forgot to place the order. Then when she was reminded, she placed it incorrectly. I received my drinks half way through my exceptionally mediocre meal. I had to flag down four separate people just to pay my bill. I never saw my waitress after the initial order. Then the manager basically shooed me out after he and his staff treaded me terribly. There is just not excuse for this kind of service. Even if mistakes are made, you recognize them and try to do right by the customer. This did not happen and honestly I felt disrespected by the end of the meal. DO NOT RECOMMEND DINING HERE read more

One would think an Italian restaurant in a new resort in Las Vegas should compete with neighboring restaurants in other casinos! Let's start with the calamari dish that has more fries and zucchini then the calamari itself! The sad wine list has very few choices by the glass and it's all cheap wine with horrendous prices. What kind of Italian restaurant does not have Pinot Grigio? Their pastas are c minus! Any Italian restaurant in a food court at the mall would do a better job! I don't recommend this place at all. Just walk to the Wynn or the Venetian for a way better Italian choice. read more

Two stars only for the ambiance. One of the worst meals we've ever had. We were so sick from the greasy calamari that we couldn't leave our hotel room the next day. Terrible service as well. No one bothered to come by our table to see if we needed anything. Weren't offered any dessert after our meal. Very cold and rude servers. I guess if you don't look a certain way, you're ignored. Paid $500. For the crappiest meal ever. read more

We had dinner here while I was at a corporate conference and had a very nice meal. Service was good though a touch slow but the food was very nice. We had the lamb ragu pappardelle that had lots of meat and was very good. The pappardelle was layered with basil leaves between the layers. Beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend that dish. We shared a pork chop that, while I like the idea of a very simply seasoned and grilled chop, especially with the little drizzle of olive oil, it leaves a lot of room for errors to be glaring. With that said, and with no room to hide, the chop was overcooked. Flavors were delicious, seasoning was right, char was beautiful, you could tell the chop was a good quality, it was just overcooked. Our sides consisted of the fried artichoke hearts and the corn sformato and both were very good, with the sformato standing above the artichokes as a truly exceptional dish. Highly recommend for a good meal at not to crazy Vegas prices. read more

We had such a wonderful dinner! We ordered the caprese salad which was amazing!! Super fresh and delicious. The calamari was tempura style, and not our favorite. We ordered the CAPPELLACCI which was delicious!!! The sweetest bus boy recommended it and it was surprisingly an amazing choice. We also ordered the market fish which was the halibut, and it was cooked perfectly. We will definitely return, the service was good and the food was great! read more

Excellent food and service. This spot is a little more off the beaten path in the hotel so it was nice to not have the larger crowds.

Celebrated a special event here. Nice setting, excellent service, but the food was somewhat unremarkable. Started with the chopped salad and steak tartare. Good but not great. Entrees were dry-aged NY Strip and lamb ragu pappardelle. Pasta was cut much wider than normal, almost like a sheet pasta, about 4 inches wide. Would have preferred a thinner cut. Lamb ragu was meh. The steak was very tough and had 20% fat. Usually fat is fine if it adds flavor, but this fat was inedible. Meat was hard to cut and harder to chew. Never had dry-aged beef with this kind of tough texture. Also, not seasoned well - asked sea salt and pepper. Could not finish the steak and didn't even want to take home. Best part of the entree was the asparagus - very fresh and flavorful. Gelato was your basic chocolate ice cream from the grocery store. But the cannolis were great. Meal was pricey and not worth it, even if it was comped. read more

Horrible dining experience. Server was terrible and unbelievably condescending. He did his extended unnecessary speech of the menu and spoke to us like we were children. He double questioned my order of Macallan 18 scotch and reiterated the price as if I couldn't read the menu. He literally said "but its $58?!?" lol The dining experience alone completely overshadowed our ability to enjoy our food. Not sure what was going on with the staff last night, but overall, it was just a bad experience. read more

A lot of ppl don't give out 5's any more, but I think there's so much that goes into rating a restaurant. Service was great, cocktails were on point, and the food was delicious. Overall one of the best places we ate at during our 4 days in Vegas. We had the charred octopus and San Daniele Prosciutto to start. Make sure to add the burrata! For the main course we had the Herb Pappardelle and a corn stuffed pasta. So good! read more

Made a reservation for later on a Saturday and had a great meal. We were quickly seated and give a chance to look over the menu. We started with a couple of cocktails and they were quite tasty. The house focaccia provided was decent but nothing special. The pasta entrees were both really good though. We had the bolognese and rigatoni and they were packed full of flavor. Portions were decent and the service was efficient. Definitely a place for quality Italian on the strip. read more

Had a perfectly nice meal at Brezza that was yummy but fairly forgettable. The standout was the octopus which was very good. I didn't care for the scallop crudo with watermelon agridolce which was too sweet for my taste. The beef cheek ravioli was tasty. The branzino was good but not very special. Same with the chocolate and hazelnut cake for dessert. The waiter was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu and we appreciated his recommendations but overall I don't feel the need to return. If I did, I would try more of the pasta dishes which all sounded quite nice. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Chef Nicole's dishes are well thought out and have the freshest ingredients. We decided to dine @ Brezza a beautiful new restaurant @ The Resorts World complex where Crockford's was treating us like high roller VIP Guests as Hilton Diamonds. The Hotel itself exceeded our expectations and won us over. We arrived early to Brezza to a somewhat empty restaurant at dinner I could see we didn't get the warmest welcome from either the host stand or the sever who despite our lack of bonding remained professional though distant. I know that because we don't drink alcohol that can prejudice some servers against you especially when slow. (Opening Act) The bread in both of our opinions appeared visually burnt. It tasted like soot from a chimney. Don't mind some nice char on a good crust.Sad After inquiring we were advised they had run out of bread and were using something else temporarily and others like it that way. I've had had better bread on an airplane and in my freezer that's months old from premium bakeries.Great bread is a must for fine dining (Entrees/Mains) The chicken looked beautiful in the photos I asked if we could substitute the turnip puree for something else and was told that's the way it comes take it or leave it Ok back to the server we will try it your chefs way if management chefs insist. In full disclosure I dislike most brined chicken .A number of notable celebrity chefs have apologized for putting brined products on their menus in the past. Now over the past years it's the Sous Vide trend. Another one I wish would go away. Ok subjective I get it. Brining properly prepared can overcome bad execution by staying moist even if the line cooks of chef cooks overcook it. Brining has two major flaws first it makes everything over salty and second it changes the texture dramatically to something that no longer tastes like chicken.Thats if its made correctly This chicken suffered from far worse it was dry, tough salty ,chewy and old def not prepared to order that evening likely reheated and or overcooked It takes a lot to mess up brined chicken and neither of us enjoyed it. To their credit they were kind to take it back and no manager came by at any time during our dining experience for the record. The pastas were fine The Aglio and Bolognese I could see myself returning for them but unfortunately we didn't feel welcome and I would truly rather go to Carbone where I am excited to dine every time and they accommodate almost any request as their pleasure as a regular. We left and went to Brera Osteria @ The Venetian (also a first time visit) to finish dinner and we were wowed with exceptional wood oven baked pizza, pasta and grilled jumbo shrimps and welcoming kind gracious efficient service. I'm looking forward to returning there with my guests again next week and excited to try other dishes. I believe Brezza has great potential despite a disappointing limited evening there. The talent partially comes through even with the failures in places Unfortunately they have work to do and I cannot recommend the place at present until they work on what we perceive as some of the potential issues. Las Vegas is no place to enter without an oiled act with some of the most competitive restaurant options in the country for diners that keeps expanding. That said they may have some other stars on the menu perhaps we ordered wrong Love coming to this city for that reason. Brezza - Quite crispy Bread anyone? - Italian Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

We were a party of four on a Saturday night. We were seated on time. Don't drink the water. It tasted horrible. We had to get bottled water which the waiter opened bottle after bottle when previous bottles weren't finished. Our group enjoyed the heirloom tomato salad and the charred octopus. Everyone liked the bucatini. Two in our group ordered the night's special, black truffles and linguini. Although all the pasta was well prepared, the black truffles had little or no taste and the serving was small compared to other restaurants. We also ordered the bone-in ribeye...we were told to order it medium if we wanted it medium rare. Does that make sense? Medium rare should be medium rare, right? The professional chef should be able to alter his cooking time to the thickness and cut of the steak. The bone-in was okay. Not great. Lots of grizzle and fat. Lastly, the dinner took forever. Our server did not do a great job at figuring our when to bring out food and balance out the courses. Although we all had two courses, he spaced it out over three times, meaning that for a majority of the meal, two people were watching two people eat. The time between our pasta and the steak was close to 40 minutes. Why, we have no idea. We just kept being told that it was coming soon. The whole meal took almost three hours. read more

The absolute worst restaurant. The calamari was all fried zucchini. The veal Marsala was like beef jerky in brown sugar sauce. The ossobuco was tiny and also dry. It was seriously the size of a quarter for 60 something dollars. The service was awkward to the point of being uncomfortable. Over 300 dollars for the worst meal I have ever not eaten. Shame on you! Ripping people off and ruining our communities reputation. There are many wonderful options at the food court. RUN AWAY from Brezza! read more

This restaurant seems to be very impressive in some ways and quite unimpressive in others. The service started off well, everyone was friendly, professional, and prompt. The ambiance, the menu, and the staff made me feel very optimistic at first. Our server, Benjamin was great, but the rest of the runners kept trying to take our appetizers even though there was a lot left and our mains were nowhere near ready. The appetizers were all great: the charred octopus, calamari, and gnocchi. The bartender makes a good Negroni and our sommelier was helpful and nice. Also the focaccia and butter is great. It was at this point the meal took a turn for the worse. While the asparagus was served with a nice chimichurri, the mascarpone potatoes, which are whipped with a poached egg, were a bit underwhelming. The lobster campanelle was good, except for the lobster, which was over-cooked and chewy. Then I received my 16 oz. Cape Grim NY Strip. I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium, even flirting with medium well. Additionally it tasted like nothing but charcoal. They apologized and asked if I'd like the filet instead so I accepted. The filet was closer to medium rare but still just tasted like charcoal, I literally couldn't taste anything else on it. At the time or writing this, those steaks are each about $75 on the menu. At that price point, they were the worst steaks I've ever had, especially the NY strip. My colleague who was at our table had ordered the dry aged NY Strip on a previous visit and said it wasn't good either. To be fair the manager did offer to remove my steak from the bill, which I appreciated. Honestly the food gets worse the more expensive it gets here. Everything we ate at the beginning was the best part and it just went south from there. Overall I will be back again, but I certainly will not order steak. Stick with the pastas and appetizers here folks. read more

Our server is is so awful i will never go back here and the bread they serve is not tht impressive! The butter is kinda good.. we ordered everything at the same time the appetizer and 2 pastas at the same time at 6pm, then our calamari came at 6:25pm then the pastas came at 6:45 then we finish at 7pm ask for the check and he gave us the check at 7:20pm! The servers timing is so off that i notice the lady from the host stand wearing a red dress this evening took the order of the 2 getlmen behind us cause the server is so slow he only have 4 tables and it doesnt look that busy all this happened at 11/10/21. I think the lady wearing red this evening is one of the mangers or supervisor. And the bolognese wasnt good at all i can cook better than that!! I shouldve went to lavo instead and get their meatball pasta its insanely good! read more

Was not impressed. The Lumache Bolognese was overcooked and gritty and the Bucatini Alla Amatriciana was two day old sauce, like paste and sour, and the cuts of meat and chili in that sauce, you couldn't even chew. We also had the calamari, which was good, but with the mounded plate they served there was only four pieces of calamari and the rest was battered and deep fried zucchini - for that it shouldn't be called calamari dish. Nothing was worth the price we paid, not one thing. They even served their 'fresh bread' with margarine. The two stars was for the service- are waiter was good and very friendly. Would never go back and would never recommend. read more

Wow, I went to a show at the theatre in RW and after, my group wanted to get a bite. We walked around and found Brezza, I wish we had gone anywhere else. The staff was the best part, they were very nice. The calamari we ordered was the worst I have ever had, the oil it was cooked in was rancid. I could only have two bites and I wanted leave. Unfortunately, I also ordered the beef cheek ravioli so I had to wait for that, and wait I did. 40min later I was so hungry I would have eaten dog food, which is basically what it was. There is a reason we do not eat the cheeks of animals. The meat was so greasy and cheap tasting, did not want to eat it, nor did I want to pass out from low blood sugar. It was truly a terrible dining experience all the way around. Save your time, money and taste buds and go anywhere else. read more

Brezza - Very expensive and terrible quality - Italian Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This was always one of my go to places in Las Vegas. The octopus is a must dish to try. However, my last visit I ordered a tomahawk. What a disappointment. First of all the dish came out cold, we tried one piece and sent it back, it honestly looked like it had been kept overnight and then reheated. Forget the fact that it took an hour for it to come out of the kitchen. When I headed to the bathroom, I walked by the open kitchen and was astonished to see kitchen, staff dressed in street clothing, I felt like I was at a pick up football game in the playground as opposed to a high-end restaurant. I also felt the staff was unpolished and un attentive. I had had two prior good experiences at this restaurant. I don't know that I would recommend it now. read more

Chef Nicole is a culinary leader and Brezza continues to show her experience and vision create the perfect blend of quality, flavor, and tradition with modern flare. It's no wonder she continues to make waves and was nominated for a James Beard award. The menu features fresh ingredients from select farms and vendors. You'll find familiar Italian dishes with seasonal twists and a steakhouse menu that rivals the traditional Vegas experience. I definitely recommend picking a few things and sharing because each person will be jealous of the other at your table. The seafood mezzalune was so good and the heirloom tomatoes with mozzarella comes with a tomato jelly treat (I know it sounds weird, but it spreads on crustini and is delicious!) If you do get one of the a la carte sides for a steak, the marscapone mash potatoes with an egg on top are indulgent and amazing. Don't skip out on dessert, the lemon tart is to die for. The service standard is awesome, but even better, the staff is very approachable while delivering at a high level. From the moment you meet the host team to your server, and even your runners, you always feel taken care of. If you're looking for a great quality meal and location (the patio seating is AWESOME btw, not right on the busy sidewalk/strip but back from it with a view) choose Brezza and you won't be disappointed. read more

We knew of Chef Nicole from her time at Locale in Mountains Edge which we would eat at religiously. When we heard she was the new executive chef at Brezza, we immediately made reservations. Our experience last night did not disappoint! First off, the decor is gorgeous. Love the gold accents throughout the restaurant... and the bar! So pretty. Our server was kind and extremely attentive throughout the duration of our dinner. We ordered: *warm lambs tongue *abalone *beef cheek ravioli *tagliatelle bolognese *sides: corn sformato + brocollini *desserts: citrus panacotta + lemon olio verde tart Everything that we ordered was just so delicious. Really disappointed in Brezza, but still giving three stars because I hope they are working out the "opening kinks". My husband and I are "foodies" and normally spend between $200-$400 on our date night dinners so our expectations are high but had high hopes for this restaurant. The good: The hostesses were extremely friendly and professional and their wine list for reds was fantastic, a bit lacking on whites for being an Italian restaurant but what was there was great options. But here's the issues: 1. At this price point, the waiter should be walking you through the menu and giving a few suggestions. I had to ask twice how the menu was meant to be read and how it was intended to be served. I also had to ask twice for the bottle list to order a bottle of wine. 2. When asking questions about a $100+ steak...have some information don't just say it's really good. 3. When our appetizer did finally come out, the food runner just dropped it off. No explanation of what was on the board or any guidance to how the chef intended it. 4. My husband ordered a high end whiskey double on the rocks. A bartender brought it out in two glasses...things happen I get it. But the bartender proceed to get frustrated and then explain that the ticket was done wrong...we were nice enough to say we'll take it when he finishes his first drink and he just sat it down and walked off. Now there's a $40 dollar cocktail with melting ice on the table...that we're charged for. After that it took another 20 mins to get the next course...which was okay but nothing impressive. After waiting another 20 and asking where the food was and being promised it was soon we ended up canceling and requesting our check. 5. What food we did have was unimpressive, Salumi board was basic and something I could pick up at any Italian grocery. The corn carbonara while good and had a good amount of crab was really under seasoned. We never made it to our steak and lobster but I sadly don't have much hope there either. I will give credit to the manager who graciously apologized and took care of the bill without us requesting to be comped. I don't think we'll return for sometime but hopefully they will get their staff trained properly. read more

Well deserved 5 star review for my dining experience. I came in for lunch. The decor in here was pretty nice. I definitely like how they have a tuscan atmosphere with their brick wall. The tables are marble which in my opinion go very well with the overall ambiance of the resort. My server MARTIN was EXCELLENT. He was very accommodating to my party and was extremely insightful when describing dishes. Very attentive and 10/10 service from him. My steak was cooked very well. I had it medium well and they executed it to perfection. Many places can't perform medium well with a delicious taste but Breda did. The tiramisu was super satisfying. Light espresso touch that just melts upon taste. The inner layer of the tiramisu has a heavier flavor which was awesome! The one thing that was not up to par was my appetizer, the arugula and corn. But overall, it was a very good dining experience. read more

Amazing service and amazing food. Enjoyed our experience there and our server Tyler was amazing.

We had a birthday and what better way to celebrate is at Brezza at Resorts World, Vegas . This is not a place for hungry people. This will suit a personality who adores food and would like to have a gastronomic experience. First we chose our Italian wine. To be safe , we had a light Chardonnay . Next, make sure to ask the knowledgeable waitstaff what they have prepared for the day. The hand tossed pasta, the squid ? It'll take forever to be served until the final tomahawk steak comes to light but isn't that what fine dining is all about. The changing of the plates per course. The proper utensils served by the ever respectful waitstaff. The kitchen which is the center of the whole restaurant ... obviously each meal is made from scratch. There's lots of time to talk and share wine and laugh and celebrate. Then the final dessert . Tiramisu to a perfection. Shared of course as if there was space left . This dinner was the correct foreplay before sitting at the poker table! I totally enjoyed and recommend! read more

Our first meetup for the LVFoodNV Squad was at Brezza for Brunch! Our Squad had a great time! :) Leilani, the Director of Operations was very helpful in getting us in contact with her event manager when we first reached out to Brezza. Zoe, the event manager helped us out a lot leading up to our meetup. Even with the hiccups we had she still had a positive attitude in her email correspondence with me. Brendan, the operations manager greeted us at the door of the restaurant the day of. His staff was very accommodating as well when we asked to be sat in the patio (it was a very nice day) instead of inside the restaurant. Min, was our server (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was top notch with service as well and even with our large group did not mind having separate checks (we made sure to let him know before hand that this was happening not at the end of our meal). The Squad enjoyed their delicious cocktails and the food. The staff let us know that the produce and meats are all hand selected by the chef herself. She makes sure that all the ingredients that go into each meal are fresh. Some of the favorites were the cod-potato cake and the milanesa sandwich! I loved Sprittza cocktail, it was very refreshing as well as dangerous because of how good it was! Definitely recommend it! I would definitely recommend coming here especially now that the weather isn't as hot since you can enjoy your food in there patio. It is a bit of a walk to get to the restaurant from the casino parking garage but you won't regret it! read more
