I arrived at 8am when they opened at their pop up location by Bodybar Pilates and my brother and I waited about 10-15 minutes for our drinks to be made. They use high quality matcha and each drink is made with care. The drinks are presented beautifully and more importantly, delicious and creamy! I've been wanting to trying Brewtik for a while so I finally stopped by when they had their pop-up yesterday at Sephora. The wait time was quite long but it gave me some time to think about which drink I should get. Also, shoutout to the lady who took my order since my Zelle wasn't working due to internet issues and she let me pay in cash. They made my drinks really fast which only took like 3-5 mins so I appreciate their fast service. I only got two drinks which was the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha and the Ube Banana Pudding Matcha. Mango Sticky Rice Matcha (50% Sweet + Oat Milk) - 8.9/10 The sticky rice wasn't too hard to chew and tasted really fresh. Also, the mangos weren't too sweet and gave a fruity flavor without overpowering the matcha. Also, the matcha didn't have much astringency and was overall very smooth in terms of taste. This drink might be one of the best mango sticky rice matcha lattes that I've ever tried. Ube Banana Pudding Matcha (100% Sweet + Oat Milk) - 8.75/10 According to my friend, the matcha was very smooth and paired well with the oat milk. Also, the ube banana pudding itself wasn't too sweet and didn't overpower the matcha. Both of the drinks costed $8.75 which is quite on the pricier side for matcha lattes but regardless the quality was TOP NOTCH. The day I went was really hot so she explained that it affected matcha quality. I tried the double matcha and matcha latte this time around and I could definitely tell that the quality was better. They started storing their matcha in ice to keep the taste, color, and quality up to standard. It didn't taste super astringent and the matcha itself had a nice balance of flavors. If you like a more creamy matcha, I would highly recommend their double matcha. Come earlier in the day! When I came in the morning the drinks were great. visited the brewtik popup around 11 yesterday. greeted by friendly staff and was able to pay with zelle or venmo. we ordered the mango sticky rice matcha and banana pudding matcha. both are recommended to be 50% sweetness with oat milk. they came out pretty quickly as there was maybe 2-4 people waiting in front of us. a complimentary treat of dango was provided and staff was very smiley and appreciative. both drinks were delicious and definitely up there for best matcha we have had in terms of quality and flavor. for 8.75, the price is a bit steep for elk grove and we did feel we drank the drinks pretty quickly but the dedication to flavor and quality is very apparent and i would definitely recommend and continue to support this small business! read more

Payment Method: Venmo or Zelle I ordered the Jasmin Coco Matcha. This is Jasmine tea with coconut jelly, topped with matcha foam. Quite good/balanced, not overly sweet. I'm usually hesitant with matcha in Elk Grove since most of the newly open places (except for Ca Phe Haru) have just been moderate to underwhelming, but Brewtik was a very pleasant surprise. Went midday during their popup and got myself the banana pudding matcha. Wait wasn't too long and they got the drink out pretty quick for being a popup canopy. The drink itself was really good. Banana pudding was obviously the highlight. Perfect sweetness and a really nice fluffiness to it. The matcha was also pretty good and had a nice color. The taste reflects the quality in their prep as the flavor wasn't weak/unexpected nor was it completely washed out by the dairy/any other form of sweetening. My only "issue" is I wish there was more drink to it, but I understand that the banana pudding takes up space in the cup. I came across Brewtik at their pop up at 9120 Elk Grove Boulevard on a Sunday. They offer high quality matcha and vietnamese coffee. Their matcha is unlike other matcha drinks that I have tried, neither grassy nor bitter, their matcha is balanced with the perfect sweetness, and from this you could tell the difference in quality compared to other places. Most recently, I tried their mango sticky rice matcha, and I was pleasantly surprised since I usually don't go for fruity matchas. One thing I've always searched for is the care that goes into crafting the tea itself. Lots of places can be gimicky, and focus on sweetness and add-on flavors, but Brewtik shines because their TEA is just SO GOOD. I had stopped by for a mango sticky rice matcha one day and they were out and I almost passed on until I was offered a sample of their milk tea. Just their regular milk tea. I was floored! I actually said "oh my god" out loud and ordered one right then and there. Even texted my friends saying that this was the best milk tea I've found in Elk Grove. I like my milk tea to taste like tea, and Brewtik delivered. The flavor of the tea comes before any sweetness, and when it comes to sweetness it is very well-balanced. Since then I've had their Oolong and Jasmine (both two of my favorites and which were also perfectly flavored), and finally had my mango sticky rice matcha which was AMAZING. They know they have a repeat customer in me, and I'm happy to be one. I haven't been able to come out in a few weekends but I'm itching to return and can't wait until their shop opens up! read more

I found out about this pop-up through yelp and decided to try them out. They are located at Homegrown Inc Farmer's Market that operates on Sundays. The people running it were so nice and accommodating. They let us sample drinks since we were unsure of what we wanted. I sampled the sesame coffee and it was so good but I also wanted to try their matcha. I asked if I could have the sesame added onto a matcha latte and they said it was no problem. My fiancé tried their marmalade matcha which had an orange-y flavor that made it taste so refreshing. He decided to get their mango sticky rice matcha and the presentation was so cute. It came with a skewer of sticky rice that they recommend we dip into the matcha and eat. Next time I come back, I will get the marmalade matcha because I can't get it out of head. Their matcha was so smooth and creamy (no powdery or grassy taste at all)! It wasn't too sweet either, which I later found it to be 50% sweetness. It was the perfect sweetness level for me.
