We were there on a Saturday night and it wasn't busy at all. Highly recommended! We just had beer, but we've tried brew dog in Columbus, and the food there is delicious. A little on the high priced side, but worth it read more

Brew dog has an excellent selection of craft beer options in a casual and trendy environment. They have some really good IPAs if that's your thing. The Hazy Jane and Elvis Juice are both good. I've been twice and my food experience was mixed. The tacos are on point. I haven't been disappointed with any that I've tried. Likewise, the Mexican street corn (Elote) is good. The pizza was good and the wings are also good. I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich last time I went and was disappointed. The burger menu looks good, but I haven't tried one nor has anyone in my collective group. IMO, go for the tacos and beer. read more

First time to this brewery and we're easily able to make reservations online for a Friday night. I was surprised at this but after our experience understand why some may not come back. Got seated right away and were able to order a taster of a beer before ordering. Beer service was very slow and our server seemed to be more focused and attentive to a larger group. Over half of the tables in the brewery were empty. Ordered the appetizers - pretzel and corn dip. They were fine, nothing to rave about. Another reviewer wrote about way too many chips with not nearly enough corn dip - I completely agree. Our main course of food was the issue. It took a very long time for it to come out and when it did, a few things were wrong. Example - my brisket and chicken tacos did not look anything like the pictures online and when I asked about to Cotija cheese that was supposed to be on there, our waitress said she could 'see a few specks' but she did offer to bring out a side of it. My husband got the medium size wings and out came only 6 (instead of 10) and 2 of them were barely edible. I brought this to the waitress's attention, whose attitude quickly switched to being annoyed and short with us. When I told her there were only 6 wings, she asked 'well what do you want me to do about it?' I just wanted to mention to her that we should only be charged the small size for it instead of medium. In the end, the wings did get taken off. The Louisiana style fries are definitely not worth it - a side for $7 in a small coffee cup that were way too over seasoned and almost inedible. After we brought these things to our waitress's attention, she had no interest in serving us anymore. Almost seemed annoyed with us. We were not rude to her the entire time as we understand that issues with the food is not really her fault, most likely the kitchen staff. But with her attitude, she made us quickly feel unwelcomed with no desire to come back. Maybe the location in Columbus is better, but I can easily see the Cincinnati location closing soon. read more

Great great great great staff here, y'all. Everyone we interacted with was awesome, held a convo with you, loved to chat beer or tell you about the company - whatever. Super diverse group of staff. Honestly, I'd go back to just hang with them.... But I'd also go back for the beer!!! I LOVED all the choices of beer and the sours! They have a full liquor bar and even the drinks are great. We got fries for food and that was yummy too. The joint is huge. There's a rooftop, a game floor, and then the regular main floor. Plenty of social distancing space for all. I'm looking forward to going back! read more

Great to see another beer joint dot the landscape in a location where once there was none. Met some friends here several months back. The routing at the entrance is kind of funky, a bit confusing, and dare I say, not my favorite use of space. That said, they did a good job accommodating our rather large group and had a decent variety of food options that I nicked from my fellow brew dwellers. I had a rough go of it trying to land on a beer I liked. They really seem to go after strong tastes, whether it be sour, tart, or bitter. I am sure that the real beer aficionados respect it, but it's not for me. Even the "light" Lost Lager was too hoppy for my personal taste. I'll keep trying though. read more

I went here for lunch with some coworkers, and the vibe is really nice and the service was good. I was just REALLY surprised by the lunch menu (which I'm guessing is the same as the dinner menu)? Aside from the tacos, everything was a little pricey, especially for lunch. I got the Protein Power bowl, and it was good, but dry (I'm guessing that's why it came with your choice of dressing). The side of Mac'n cheese was very good, and it came in a little cup, so the presentation was cute but again, not quite worth the price. Probably won't go back quite honestly, but it seems to have good things depending on what you're looking for. To me, it's not a good lunch option. read more

Stunning brewery. We stopped by earlier this year in search of beer, delicious food, and soccer! We found all three! The servers were very kind and even let us go into a more private area so my fiancé (a Tottenham Hotspur fanatic) could properly watch soccer. We had a great time! Everything we had was excellent and we can't wait to go again. read more

Updated: after the confusion late time that ended up with a hirer bill than should have happened management reached out and asked us to try Brewdog again. Overall, we agree with our first review in that we really enjoy the atmosphere. The food was good. It was bar food but enjoyable and a great atmosphere especially for a large group! The biggest downside is they are no longer able to allow dogs unless they are service dogs(except outside but since it was winter obviously it's closed). This is not by their choice but still disappointing. They also have a ton of beer options and trivia every monday that is not overly crowded (meaning you have a better chance at winning a gift card). I am soo excited for the rooftop in the summer and will definitely update again once it is open but in the mean time it's worth checking out and would be a great place for a group event or for Monday night trivia! read more

We got a chance to check out BrewDog yesterday evening. It's conveniently located in downtown, not far from Mt. Adams, so it was easy to pop in for an early dinner and kill some time after a visit to the Art Museum and before seeing a play at the PlayHouse. We arrived at 5 p.m. and were told that there would be a wait for a table but we could get a drink at the bar while we waited. We ordered drinks and then checked out the place. The upper level has some pinball and video games. There's also two ping-pong tables and a small seating area. It was fairly packed up there and several young children running about so we didn't stay up there for long. It was also uncomfortably loud up there. There's also an outdoor patio but we didn't check it out because of the cold weather. We got a table after about a 30 minutes wait. We both ordered a pizza. My husband ordered the special - Wild Mushroom Pizza. I ordered the White Trash Pizza. We both liked how thin the crust is on the pizza. It's very, very thin. My husband thought his pizza was pretty good. He said it could have a little more flavor but overall was pretty decent. My pizza was the blandest pizza I have ever had. I have seriously never had a pizza that literally had no flavor until this pizza. The blue cheese that was supposed to come on the pizza wasn't on it. There's no garlic in the olive oil base to add flavor, the cheeses were flavorless (the blue cheese would've helped had it been on the pizza) and the crust is nothing special. We asked for some crushed red pepper to add to our pizzas to help with the blandness. I also used some of the hot sauce that's provided on the table to try to liven up the pizza a little bit, and I never add hot sauce to pizza. Also, it's a bit pricey for pub fare, especially bland pub food. Including the drinks we bought before sitting down for a meal, we spent $70 before we added a 20% tip. For that money we've had excellent food in this city so that's something to keep in mind when visiting here. The reason it gets 4 stars is because the service was great, everyone is friendly, and my husband enjoys their beers. Also, it has a good location. We'd give the food another try sometime to see if their other menu items are better. From what we noticed it seemed like most people come for the beer and the shareable items. read more

Be still my heart. This is the first BrewDog I have been to since visiting a few locations abroad. Finding out there was a location in Cincinnati while I was visiting, was hands down one of the biggest highlights of my little trip. I was very pleased to see that the branding from the Europe locations were pretty consistent in Cincinnati. Fun wall art, industrial feel with exposed pipes, modern light fixtures, you name it. The staff was also incredibly friendly and gave great instructions upon entrance on COVID-19 procedures. My boyfriend and I ordered a few brews, along with the pub style pretzel and garlic fries. Both were absolutely delicious. The pretzel came with this super unique mustard. Not sure what's added into it, or if it's a house speciality, but it was super yummy! The only reason I'm hesitant to give a 5 star was due to the service. Like I said, the staff was super friendly but the wait for food was a bit long. There was a very sweet bartender (and more recent server) who apologized though. I hope it's not like this every evening. read more

Great beer! Subpar pizza. I LOVE brewdog's beers. I got their Elvis juice (one of my favorites) and Brewdogger (also delicious). The pizza was decent, just a little oily for my taste. The menu does offer great items, so I'll try something else next time! They have a lot of great, healthier options as well. It's a great location and they have nice outdoor seating. The inside is huge so it is great for social distancing as well. A great ambience inside. Definitely come here for some good beer :) read more

Great Beer + Great Pizzas + Kid Friendly + Pet Friendly = My new hangout place! Honestly the place is beautiful. They have a restaurant area, a bar area, an arcade and games area, a rooftop and even a kinda lounge sitting area. Love it! And the best part is you can take both your kids and pup everywhere! That makes me so happy because now I'm not limited to a freezing patio area whenever I want to go out with my dog during winter. They have an extensive menu of beers: from BrewDog UK, from the US and some local guests from places like Listermann and Rhinegheist. Also they have cocktails and wine. We had the burrata pizza and it was goooood! Pizza is a bit on the softer side, but really good! Overall we had a ton of fun! The OTR-Pendleton area was missing a bar like this one! read more

I have always enjoyed BrewDog beer, so I was super pumped when they opened in Pendleton! They are right across the block from the Casino and plenty of parking all around either street, lots or park at the casino and walk over. The place was hopping when I went in on their 1 week anniversary, but damn was their staff kicking butt!!! Each person there knew how to do their job their very best, and everyone looked like they were part of a well oiled machine. I was highly impressed. We were a party of two, and immediately put our name in at the host station. It was a 1.5 hr wait, but we were willing to wait. We snagged a beer at the bar, which they have a special section where no seats are, so you don't have to hover over bar diners shoulders. I loved this aspect. Both as a bar orderer and bar diner. We sipped on our beers in a little nook and scored two seats at the bar. Which was so fun because there was a lot going on. The ladies and guys behind the bar were killing it and knew their beer backward and forward. We ordered food and had another beer. The Punk IPA is their staple and I don't even like IPAs but I actually enjoyed this one ALOT! FOOD: chicken wings with traditional sauce 6/10, they were ok, needed more of a crisp to the skin, and a stronger sauce or more sauce. Also they tasted a little too poultry-ey Side of Roasted Brussels-10/10 so good and they give you a lot! I loved the roasted pine nuts in them. Fried Chicken Sandwich- 8/10 super juicy and the pimento cheese omg !!! So tasty. I would change the chicken from a thigh to a breast piece. But overall such a great sandwich. GarlicParmesan loaded fries: 10/10 FAVORITE!! The sauce was the bomb and the little Fresno chilies on top gave a great kick. BrewDog has an upstairs too with ping pong, giant Jenga and plenty of space to chill and pinball machines! There is a nifty rooftop bar that is going to be awesome with warmer weather. They had two heaters out there, but they were not turned on and we could not get them to switch on. I loved it here, and I can't wait to go back and bring friends! read more

A brewery with dog in the name that is dog friendly (some reviews have stated not always the case though), now that's what I'm talking about! Everyone I have been with seemed to enjoy their beers and liked the variety of options (I'm not a beer drinking). The space is very open, with two floors, games and activities on the second floor, with a divided section on the first floor with ample seating a more bar like seating. I saw signs for a rooftop bar as well, and can't wait to check it out. I've been twice now, once on a casual Thursday night and more recently on a Saturday evening. On the first visit we tried some of the food, and were very pleased with the pretzel and sticky ribs. Service has been friendly. It always seems to draw a good sized crowd and it is evident to see why. There is some street parking near by, or a few garages available. read more

This place is huge with tons of seating and great food! 3 things that I love in a bar, especially as I get older. Also good beer, convenient and plentiful parking, fun games, a ROOFTOP DECK, and no TVs! I realize the TVlessness isn't a perk for everyone but I personally enjoy it :) I went with a group on opening night and am already excited to go back for another visit and check out everything I missed (beer library what??). A nice addition to the growing list of Pendleton options. Thank you BrewDog for choosing to expand to Cincy! read more

Loved three things about this brewery: quirky zings to their food, covid carefulness and unique personality for small gatherings and single folk. The pairing of my hazy jane new england IPA with spicy fries was perfect. Caution it can fill you up! They have a rooftop but it fills up quick on weekends. Covid care: 1. Masks everywhere and strictly enforced. 2. Gloves among servers 3. Taking care of the folks that work there with plastic barriers at the bar etc. Highly recommend! read more

Celebrated my son's birthday there and did not disappoint. We had a large group of 10 plus 5 kids under 8 without a reservation. Casey the manager was fantastic. Told us we'd be taken care of in a brief timeframe and we were. Had 2 large tables that we could spread out at. The upstairs with it's games/pinball machines, ping-pong table and large games of 4 square were great to enjoy the time waiting and during the meal. The beer selection was fantastic with a wide variety and all of them VERY GOOD. Meals were great....from the appetizers of wings to the pizza and sandwiches...all VERY GOOD. (pretzel maybe not so much, a bit dry) Lucy our waitress was superb. She was constantly taking good care of us as with a group that size we ordered at different times. No problem for Lucy. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable Sunday afternoon birthday celebration. read more

Stopped in for a quick drink while walking around and loved the rooftop area! I'm a huge beer fan, but they definitely had things I couldn't purchase at the stores and was eager to try them. The bartender gave me a couple of samples and was patient while I made up my mind! The environment was great, decor cool, service amazing, the only hesitation to 5 stars was the BEES !!! It know I was outside, and I can imagine the bees were eager to get what I was drinking, but I am deathly afraid of being stung!! Would go back in a heartbeat, just might have to sit inside! read more

Our family of ten went to BrewDog for dinner last evening. Since going there previously we found that they have reduced the number of items on the menu, taking many of the better food options off the menu, and eliminated their wait staff. We now had go to the bar and order, and there were only two bar tenders serving all of the customers. Thourghout the evening, the line up to the bar got quite long. The food we ordered was sub-par. The chicken wings were too heavily breaded and the cajun french fries were not great. When we closed out our tab, we noticed that the bartenders added an 18% gratuity on our tab, even though we ordered our food at the bar and paid for our tab under four separate orders. We will not be returning to BrewDog until they change their business model to include wait staff and place servers on the floor. We would not have tipped the 18% that they charged us given the level of service and quality of food. read more

The UK brewery known for generous selection of delicious craft beer and selling shares of it's company has landed in Pendleton. And wow, what an impressive landing! It has just about everything you might be looking for. Great tasting beer with a great selection both US (brewed in Columbus) or imported from their mothership across the pond. I was able to sample a few selections before ordering. They pride themselves on beer knowledge and that was evident as our server helped us navigate the right choice. They also have a non-alcoholic "nanny state" in a lager. Beers are priced closely to abv and go for between $5.50 and $12.00. I was in a stout mood and after sampling several, settled on the choco libre. It was rich, tasty with just enough of the creamy on top but not too much. Served in a Brewdog glass and it was delicious. I was surprised by the food selection. So much so that I didn't come hungry and we only ordered the cauliflower wings. Oh my! They were steaming, covered with buffalo sauce and I could've sworn I was eating a buffalo wing. Perfect! And then, the space and the vibe!! There are 3 levels of seating- restaurant area in the front, downstairs bar area and the overlook area upstairs with games. What's hard to see unless you go are the various nooks all over. There are couches, high tops and booths. And then there's the rooftop! Beautiful views of both Pendleton and downtown. There's a great vibe - think millennial beer university with books including the Beer Bible and charts on the walls. The games, all upstairs, include arcade (bring money), ping pong, big jenga, connect 4 etc. for free. It adds a fun element to the space. There's also a "to go" area with a generous selection of beer, tshirts etc. And on our way out, our server told us about the shares we could buy. Starting at $60 for one share buys you some discounts and a chance to join 120,000 other shareholders worldwide. It's a great concept. They sell shares and don't have to raise their own $$ before expanding. Zero pressure but fun to learn about. And apparently it's working. Food, fun, drinks, cool, space, unique. Another great addition to Pendleton and the Cincy area. read more

Went on the Grand Opening (yesterday) after work and it was already decently crowded. Our service was super friendly but it was clear they were still ironing some things out. No worries there! The beer spoke for itself. We were all impressed with our flights and had a few rounds and food after that. We ordered the giant pretzel, pizza, wings and loaded fries. Everything was typical bar/pub food. It was good. The wings were probably my least favorite from what we ordered, I just think Cincinnati has better wings out there! Anyway, we enjoyed our evening and I plan to return. Born and raised in Columbus I'm excited to see some of the better restaurants and breweries make the adventure down to Cincinnati. The space is neat. Lots do to whether you want to sit and eat, play games, hang by the bar or visit the rooftop. There is definitely a space for everyone! I think they also picked the perfect location to add an additional brewery. We will definitely be back. See you again soon BrewDog! read more

Best Wings ever!!! Great beer too!!! Located in downtown Cincy across from the Hard Rock Casino.

BrewDog Cincy is back open!! Whoop whoop! I got to stop by Brew Dog Cincy on family and friends night the day before they reopened. It was such a pleasure! They have a large space that is well structured. It's a good mix of a bar and restaurant. I'd certainly say they are more of an upscale bar. It's still laid back but compared to other bars they stand out. They offer all sorts of beer, not a beer person they have ciders and cocktails. They also have really good, "fancy" bar food! I don't like going to bars normally because their food is so basic. I love what they are doing here with the food. They also have a really good crew working. Very knowledgeable about the beer, food and just overall friendly. Our waiter was Gage and he was super cool. The Assistant GM, Brad, also came over and spoke with us. Very good people! What we enjoyed about our visit is they have something for everyone. As I mentioned previously, if you are not big on beer, they have the cocktail or cider for you! We had a beer flight as well as a cocktail flight. Their cocktails were pretty strong as well. Lol! My favorite was the Grapefruit Cocktail (I don't remember the name). They also have some pretty stellar bar food! We tried a lot of their dishes. We tried the Sharing Super Stack, Vegan Super Stack, Loaded Fries, Tacos, Sweet Potato Burger, Spicy Meat Pizza, and a Strawberry Shortcake Sundae. Everything was tasty. Our favorite was the Stacks and the Loaded Fries. The stacks come with a little of their most popular items. It's a sampler tray. It's delicious and it's always nice to be able to try multiple items. They also have a good amount of vegetarian menu items. None of this sound good because your vegan, guess what, they have something for you as well. Almost anything on the menu can be prepared vegan (just let your waiter know when you are seated). We had a blast! They also have a nice rooftop bar that gives nice views of the city. Certainly a great place to take photos! Overall, BrewDog Cincy is a nice bar scene with good food! read more

We lucked out and were able to stop into BrewDog in one of it's first week's of opening. We came in at the perfect time and were quickly seated. Our server chatted through our drink options and provided a handful of suggestions. We ordered flights and tried a variety out. Their tap list includes their own brews as well as some other local favorites. All the beer was great (but not my first time having BrewDog :) ). We each ordered dinner as well. The husband enjoyed an order of chicken wings, while I had the chicken sandwich. We'd both order again! I try to privately contact any establishment before I leave a bad review, but in this case I got no response. Simply, while Elvis Juice is my favorite beer, the hamburgers here are terrible. Mine was literally dry and crumbly and tasteless. When I told our server Gage, he simply said that that's just how they are - smash burger style. I've has Smash Burger, and I've had Steak and Shake, and I've had McDonalds, countless diners all smash burger style and all considerably better burgers. But I was left high and dry (Elvis Juice and the burger, get it?) No offer to get something else or take something off my bill, he just hauled away the half eaten burgers - all three that were ordered by my family. Since I haven't heard back from the restaurant, I assume that this is truly the case, that their burgers are supposed to be dry and tasteless. The menu should point that out, just as much as they brag about how cool it is that they source it locally - which is cool; what a shame to waste it that way. read more

I like to wait a few days after a new Brewery opens so I can actually get served at the bar, But I was really excited to visit Brewdog on a rainy Saturday about a week after it opened. I was expecting to drive round and round Pendleton looking for a parking space - but no problems, I got one right opposite the bar. The space itself is pretty huge, with a large open dining area at front, another dining area down a couple of steps, The bar area, a more secluded area with booths, upstairs games area, the rooftop... need I go on ? Unfortunately due to weather the rooftop was closed, but I'm sure I will be back in a sunnier day! Their beer (the ones I tried) was good, but maybe not for the hardcore stout drinkers (like CCBC). And I'm not sure I would make a special pilgrimage down to Pendleton just for a quick beer. But good nonetheless. We had some loaded fries and a couple of tacos. The food was excellent, and I look forward to trying their other offerings. I have heard a few murmurings about it not being a proper craft brewery, being too corporate etc. but you know what ? I think that's good. we need a big bar with big space downtown that has money behind it, and the space is awesome ! Just don't sit underneath the games area if you want to avoid being hit with ping pong balls !! My only gripe - maybe the dogs. I have nothing against dogs. I have a Beagle. But this place feels a bit more like a bar/restaurant and I don't want dogs roaming around when I go to Capital grille for example, unlike MadTree which has some outside space for Fido. I finally tried some food and wanted to update my review, as the food was great! With the winter approaching and the coronavirus is on a dramatic rise, I only feel safe when dining indoors in a really spacious places. The BrewDog definitely qualifies. My husband and I came on a Monday after work. We are doing our best to eat less and less meat, so I was delighted to see that Brewdog prides itself in offering many vegetarian and even vegan options. Let me start with their cauliflower wings. This is a must try. Even if you are not a fan of the white cousin of broccoli, you should try them at least once. I think they are amazing!!!! And they are a part of the discounted happy hour appetizer menu! During our last visit my husband opted for a buffalo cauliflower burger and a sweet potato burger. The food came fairly fast. The presentation is cool, fries come in a metal jug and the bun is beautiful, covered in bicolor sesame seeds, lightly toasted and not greasy at all. Both burgers were excellent. I liked the cauliflower more, as the sweet potato was on a drier side and would benefit from more sauce. I think this place really nailed all cauliflower preparations! Haha The best part was the bill: we were puzzled to see only one burger was charged because Monday is their Meatless Get 2 for 1 (241 deal)!!!! That was a nice suprise. I highly recommend this deal. The quality of food is particularly impressive given that it is primarily a brewery and a bar. When we were dining in I saw many people coming in to pick up their take away food. I am excited to try that convenient option and explore the rest of their menu soon. read more
