I expected to like this place, especially because of all the good reviews. I got the dan dan noodles with vegetables for takeout, which were a disappointment. The vegetables were mostly mushroom, and some carrot. I'm all for mushroom, but how much mushroom can you eat, and also that's not a vegetable. The sauce was on top of the noodles, which is fine, except the noodles were all stuck together and I couldn't incorporate the sauce into the noodles, especially in a takeout container. So I ended up bitting into plain noodles in a clump and eating the "vegetables" separately. Would have went back if I was closer. The seating in the back looks nice though, and maybe their other food is better, or maybe don't get it as takeout. read more

This place has a real nice menu with unique choices. However, we were disappointed as the dish ( Dan Dan ground pork noodles) was not flavorful enough. There was very little gravy. The ice lavender latte was good. The backyard was not ideal as the garbage pail was overflowing and hand sanitizer was not available at any outside tables. I went there to try a tea and asian lunch box today. The guy said they could make the lunch box even though it was early. Then he told me 5 minutes later they could not make it. My tea was very overfilled that the lid fell of as soon as he gave it to me and spilled all over me and burned my hands. He then proceeded to tell me that he can't give me a refund on my credit card and could only give cash. The customer service here is horrible and will not be going back. read more

What an adorably hidden gem! This place is a newcomer to 7th Ave but has become a favorite of mine - it's really much more than a coffee shop and has amazing entrees that would be great for lunch or dinner. Their fried chicken sandwich is truly phenomenal. When we had it, my husband and I both thought it held up amazingly for take out and taste test certainly surpassed Popeye's fried chicken sandwich. I love this cafe. I go to it everyday I work in the ER to help support this family owned business. The owner soft opened and stayed opened during Covid and was a godsend for us to be able to get food, coffee, and boba tea during Covid. Everyone who works there is so kind and accommodating. They have a welcoming plant filled window and backyard. Such a nice addition to our neighborhood. They beef banhmi is so tender and good! This is absolutely my favorite place. My son and I passed by this place one Saturday morning and he wanted to try their bubble tea which is his favorite drink. I peeked the inside and loved the atmosphere, so agreed to go in. My son got milk bubble tea and I got cappuccino. My son said it was the best one he had had so far. Cappuccino was great, too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As it was raining outside, we hang out there for a while. Their music play list was great and the place has a very calm and relaxed ambience. They also have a very lovely garden patio in in the backyard. We did not try their food this time, but we'll definitely be back and try their steamed buns. read more

I went to brew memories for the first time for an elite event and since then it has become one of my most favorite places to have coffee and grab some amazing food. This place is a small family-owned restaurant but it is BEAUTIFUL! The ambiance is perfect for a meeting, date, friend's date, study date, or even a party!! The bubble teas are so perfect it's almost like it's the designer of bubble teas. Prada bubble tea if you will! But the price? Same as any other average spot. The cold brew is also great (it's worth the extra dollar over the iced coffee) and while I haven't tried any of the pastries yet, they have a good selection.
