We had the fortunate opportunity to get our dog groomed by Bree's team recently and it was really nice to find someone more local to the SY Valley. Bree was great with scheduling a time and even day of with the drop off. Our dog is really not happy with other dogs and she was super sensitive to keep her separate from any other pups. My issue with groomers is how long they keep an animal and we had to wait well beyond the agreed upon pick-up time. Bree didn't call to let us know pick up time would be later than planned, so we ended up having to wait at her business location for another half hour. Our baby was groomed by a trainee and she looked really good! There were a couple modifications we would make, but otherwise we were really impressed. This was our first time using Bree's Mobile Paw Spa, as we were needing a groomer who could tend to our senior dog. While there was a hiccup with our originally scheduled grooming appointment (I was told their system mixed up their day's appointments), the company fixed their error and got us on the calendar for a new date for the following week. I truly look forward to this company getting all their "ducks in a row" as far as timely scheduling goes- only because we moved around several obligations in our schedules to make the first appointment work- only for no one to come. If this issue was remedied, they would then, without a doubt, get five stars in my book! Bree was timely and so so sweet with our dog. We could tell right away that she has a lot of knowledge and experience working with canines and treated ours with such love and care. Our dog tends to have quite a bit of separation anxiety but she did seem comfortable enough (as much as we can expect with anyone!) to go with Bree to the mobile spa... and it eased this dog mom's heart knowing that our pup was just a walk down the driveway! Our dog desperately needed a good groom! I was in awe of how quickly Bree was able to do her work, as our dog came back so fresh and soft! We are so grateful that there is a service like this available in our area and that we can trust someone to take care of our pet like they would their very own! Nonsense. After having confirmed our appointments we were ghosted with a no call no show. At this point the lack of proper communication and excuses of a working generator that prevented her from arriving lacks sympathy and understanding to have an efficient business. I get it - things happen, life emergency moments come up - but why confirm an appointment only to not show up, never call back, or even attempt to reschedule??? They absolutely shaved my dog !!!!. she was a beautiful long haired Yorkshire Terrier the groomer was instructed to groom my dog. the dog was brushed daily, when she was returned to me she was completely shaved!!!! She looked like a completely different dog , I was completely startled. I asked what in the world happened. The groomers' only answer was, she moved...!!!! After our first appointment we tried to book for next month and told she didn't carry her schedule so she would call us when back. Never heard from her We tried calling and calling. Finally someone answered after about our 10th try. Made appointment then the morning if appointment she cancelled When we tried calling texting and instant messaging never a response. Good if you can ever get her to respond to your messages and texts. But a nightmare to try to get ahold of them. So you're left hanging for weeks, or months to try to get your poor dog groomed while they choose to never respond. I'd even accept, "Hi, we're booked at the moment", but just ghosting occurs. I'm basing this review on Bree's unprofessionalism. First, I scheduled an early 7am grooming appointment this past Saturday with Bree as we were going out of town which Bree was aware of. She texted me at 7am to let me know she would be here soon, she just had to fill up her water tank. Although, I appreciated her letting me know, wouldn't she know to do this beforehand if she knew of her appointment time? She arrived a 1/2 an hour late. Ok, whatever...moving on. Here's the real issue. She forgot to put our puppy's collar and name tag back. Fine, honest mistake (even though I would think that's something on a groomer's checklist? But ok). I texted her later once we noticed. She texted me back saying she just saw it and would drop it off on her way back from Santa Barbara that day. Again, totally fine. I told her she can drop it in our mailbox on the sidewalk to make it easier on her. Come Monday, still nothing. I texted her on Monday morning asking if she can drop it off or asked if I could pick it up (even though I shouldn't have to go out of my way since it was her mistake). No reply. I texted again that afternoon saying that we really needed it back. Again, no reply. I still would have understood if she would have gotten back to me to let me know when she could drop it off (or at least tell me where/when I could pick it up!). It's 3 days later now, no collar or name tag. I didn't want to go out and have to buy a new one just because she couldn't return it, but I was also concerned that although we try to be careful, our puppy is not trained yet and could easily escape without his identification. Needless to say, I didn't want to waste my time with Bree again by contacting her a 4th time. I just went out and spent an extra $30 that I shouldn't have had to pay on top of the $114 I paid her for grooming ($95 + 20% tip!). So this grooming cost me $144 (plus the inconvenience of having to go out to purchase a new collar & name tag). It wasn't even a full grooming since it was our puppy's first grooming and we just wanted a clean up. She was done in less than an hour. I obviously will not be doing business with Bree again and wouldn't recommend her. Very disappointing! read more

Really LOVED Bree and her excellent grooming skills! She had been grooming my parents very old very fragile shitzu named rocky who wears a diaper and gets very smelly very quickly! She was such a doll and loved him instantly and sense my parents work, when I am around I will try to help get things done like getting rocky groomed. Bree groomed him and after the first time we decided to make a schedule where she came every two weeks to groom him and gave me a really reasonable price and I was very thankful.... Well it has been months sense I last checked On my parents family dog and he has been in horrible shape. Smells awful. I ended up calling them and texting Bree multiple times to ask what had happened why she wasn't coming and she took forever to get back to me and told me they moved around a lot of there business and his file must have gotten misplaced or something like that. Then I asked when would be a good time to schedule for our dog and she wouldn't get back to me. Ignored me over and over until she finally told me to call her main office line and ask to speak to this one woman, but the person who answered did not seem interested in talking to me and would not answer my questions and the lady I was looking to talk to was not there and She didn't ask to take my number or leave a note for who I needed to talk to or anything. So of course I asked her to take down my number and give it to the lady to call back asap. Never got a call back from anyone. Just sad that they didn't care enough really.. read more
