I'm getting new flooring and my existing floor isn't level, not conducive to plank, already one of them had walked on the float :( As the day unfolded the weather & industrial fans helping we are able to stay home. Good thing since one of them decided to do a walkabout. I called to cancel. Fully expecting to pay the nominal cancel fee but Malone said "oh no! You're fine" did i mention she's lovely? She said it was an emergency thing and she was glad we'd all be staying home, much more comfortable & less stressful for the cats. I have only ever heard good things, going all the way back to their original location on the Eastside. No question, if i ever need to board the kids, that's where they're going. He treated me and my boyfriend kindly and made sure all our questions were answered and I didn't feel rushed. He took care of our old senior girl and removed a huge tumor from her that other vets didn't want to do because of the size. He even went out of his way to call the following morning to check in on her to see how she was doing. His staff is also nice specifically Lainey who I want to thank for being so kind and also not rushing me on the phone. I came across so many other vet receptionists who just wanted to get me off the phone when my dog was DYING but Lainey took the time to talk to me and listen. It's so much fun for her to explore new places and meet new furry friends. But sometimes, we need a little time for ourselves, whether it's a nice dinner or a special event. That's where Springdale came in. During a recent trip to the coast for a family birthday, we decided to board June for the night of the celebration. We went with the Silver package because we wanted her to enjoy group play and have a blast. While she clearly did, I wish we'd known ahead of time that the Silver package doesn't include a report card or photo or I would've upgraded to the Gold package for those little extras. We chose Springdale because we've passed by it so many times and always admired how spacious and clean it looks. It did not disappoint! The indoor and outdoor play areas are fantastic, include plenty of private quarters that I believe have heated floors. We loved seeing so many staff members around, keeping an eye on the pups and making sure everyone was happy and safe. Overall, we're really happy with our choice, and it's great knowing June had a safe and fun time while we enjoyed ours!

Destiny was the sweetest, most loving person and groomer. I'm always a little anxious when I leave Buster with a groomer because he's so sensitive and anxious I hope he is not being mistreated in any way. But Destiny was the kindest, sweetest groomer I have ever met. I knew he was in good hands. Maddie was also the sweetest person. I recently moved from Florida back to California and I'm so happy that I found this establishment. They are also kind of out in the country in Arroyo Grande and it's a really pretty place.
