I must say that fetch is a little bit of a drive, but it's worth it. If a student trainee, grooms your dog, you will get a discounted price. All student trainees are under supervision by the owners. You can choose the cut that your dog is going to be getting, and they do a very good job. Make sure that you can set up an appointment for a day in which you are running errands to make the most out of the time since there is no waiting room. With that said, I have used fetched twice, and I have been very satisfied with the work that they do a grooming the dogs: bath, gland expression, nail trimming and haircut. read more

We took my eighty yr. old mothers little dog to Fetch. It was her first time taking her to be groomed. My mother was very happy with the groomer . But when she called again, to have her dog groomed. It wasn't the same friendly service. The person on the phone couldn't give her a appointment without speaking to the owner and said a she would call my mother back. My mother never received a call back, it was very disappointing. I give five stars to Cody the groomer, but calling for a appointment. After having the opportunity to physically go into That's Fetch, I was pleasantly surprised by how warmly customers are greeted at the door. I fully agree with the owner that pet health as well as employee health and wellbeing should be top priority. I would recommend informing customers prior to their appointment time if their groomer is unable to provide services to call and save the customer a trip and frustration of being turned away at the door when they believe they are all set. read more

Small but has a lot of variety. Woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I came in to get a few treats for my dog from their bakery case. I took a look around there a two sweet animals in there that are up for adoption and they have several items for dogs, cats and other animals. I asked about the dog food they carry and the woman was very knowledgeable about the food and you can tell she had a passion for feeding her dogs the best food she could provide them with. I would not recommended this business for Airedale terries owners. They have no clue how to groom an Airedale . Especially I was very concerned about their grooming techniques before an appointment and have a long conversation with front desk person about grooming an Airedale, they reassured me and I was told they know how to groom my dog. I send them a lot of pictures before grooming appointment plus pictures with directions how to groom an Airedale , spend some time to explain it to the groomer directly They returned the dog half of groomed and tell me that they do not have a time to fix it and I have to reschedule an appointment I got charged $140 plus tip I should not pay them but got very upset about all that grooming situation and was not thinking straight at the moment. read more

The word is out on That's Fetch! I had several friends recommend their grooming services. Now, I know why. We had a terrible experience with our puppy's first groomer in another city. That's Fetch has one-on-one appointments, does not kennel dogs, and truly treats dogs with TLC. They were very patient and kind with our puppy. She was frightened at the sight of the grooming table (thanks to her first groomer in another city). The ladies at That's Fetch took additional time (past closing hour) to calm our pup down. They also suggested that we bring her in just to become familiar with the store and grooming area. They understand what it takes to calm down anxious dogs. She was even treated to a homemade puppacino(?) and lots of pets when she came out of the grooming area. That's Fetch also has a great selection of clothing and treats. The downside of ordering online for our pup is clothing not fitting properly. Here, there's a place to fit dog's clothing. The prices are similar to online prices, yet the service at That's Fetch is better! read more

Fantastic dog spa! The staff and groomers are sweet and are very attentive. My pup Charlotte had Letti. It was her first professional grooming. I showed Letti a picture of what style of cut I liked. She also asked specific questions about what Charlotte would need and if there are any particular concerns. She did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with how it came out. They also offer many options for grooming. Charlotte has sensitive skin, so they used a hypoallergenic shampoo. They also don't keep your pet too long. My sister, who recommended That's Fetch, had waited 4-5 hours, sometimes longer at other pet grooming facilities because they alternate washing, drying, and grooming your pet with other pets. Amazing! I had heard about That's FETCH in the Santa Maria times and had been trying to get in to explore the boutique. I live out of the area and come visit my family. I finally had the opportunity yesterday to go in. I think I spent over an hour and a half or two in there. Upon entering you could tell right away that Linda is such an amazing animal lover and has such a passion for wanting nothing but the best for animals. Her passion also shows in the items she carries and her knowledge about animals. She carries some very unique items priced competitively. She also carries higher end items for those who really want to splurge on their fur babies. She carries some beautiful harnesses (I have posted a pic with two of my babies with them on). She has a Beastro for our babies also (mine are pictured drinking the Yippie Skippee). The other very nice thing is that she has items at the dog level for our babies to see as well. Linda also mentioned if there was anything special I wanted or needed to let her know and she would look into it. Really how many people do that today?! After we were done with our shopping and drinking experience we went to the dog park out in the Rice Ranch area and several people commented on the harnesses.
