To be able to trust Springdale with large, senior dogs whose only source of stimulation is the walks and playtime the staff provides them with has made all the difference in the world. We have gone on so many more trips since finding this facility- the girls always come home happy and exhausted! They are great with communication when needed, but for the most part I get to enjoy my trips knowing "no news is good news" and that they are always loved and cared for when they are here. Cannot recommend them enough- staff is so friendly and I feel so lucky to have a boarding facility that I can 100% trust. I recommend them to absolutely everyone!

They told me though I was out of the country I had to pick up my dog as he was anxious anf snarled at someone I wonder he is a golden retriever. Was threatened that if he bit someone the dog police would take him and I would never see him again. I had made what I thought great arrangements for that time period not thinking there would be 60 dogs there on a noisy hot weekend. I suggest anyone thinking of using this place check long and hard into it. Thank heavens long distance I managed to have my neighbors help me!!

They worked daily with our dog at Doggie Camp for 28 days and never gave up on her. All of the staff told us how much they loved her and can't wait to have her back for daycare and boarding! He was dog aggressive and very hard to handle on walks if dogs were present. Being very stubborn, he needed a full four weeks of camp, but came out as a very pleasant companion, obedient and easy to walk. The people at DDG are fantastic, very personable and great dog trainers. They kept in touch weekly, sending pictures, discussing the tasks accomplished and the problems to be worked out. During the thorough check out experience , they trained me how to handle Ripley so that he wouldn't forget what he learned. This was altogether a great experience and money well spent.
