Breaklite rocks. Very down to earth. Easy drop off and pick up. Replaced two tires on my BMW F800ST. Highly recommend.

Last year on Thanksgiving weekend I was in an accident with my Dyna Wide Glide. I turned to a few…read moremotorcycle groups on Facebook in search of a shop to bring my bike back to life. The response was overwhelmingly for Boyd Cycles. I emailed Boyd Cycles to explain my situation and was contacted by Ron quite promptly. From day 1 Ron was friendly, informative and outgoing through the entire process. Ron arranged to get my bike moved from the shop that towed it to his shop and helped me through the insurance process. Ron started our communications asking how I was doing and asking me the details of what happened, this was way more than even my insurance company did and that went a long way with me. Ron kept me up to date the entire time my bike was in the shop, he would bring me into the garage to show me the repairs as they moved along and asked me for input as the process moved along to make sure the right parts were ordered and everything was in the same place as I remembered it. Ron would also spend all the time I needed answering my questions and explaining things. I never felt rushed or like I was just another payday for Boyd Cycle. Boyd Cycle went above and beyond for me and my bike. On top of the repairs, they also changed my plugs, fluids, and made sure my bike was ready for the season. Without a doubt, this is the type of service you would not see in the bigger shops and it's this extra mile that has cemented the fact that Boyd Cycles is now my shop of choice going forth to care of my bike and make sure she's on the road for years to come. I cannot recommend Boyd Cycles enough for anything you need for your baby!

I bought a 2014 Ducati Monster 796 from Chris at Riverside about 2 weeks ago. I love the bike. I…read moremean I never want to get off of it. But when I noticed that my license plate went missing a week after I got it, it ended up in the shed. With no time in my busy schedule to get to the dmv to sort it out, my nightly rides had come to an end. I had short time left in the season, and the good riding days were wasting away. I called Chris and whined. He was on it immediately. Got me a new plate within 24 hours and even came out and met me near my house to get it to me. Top notch, knowledgable staff, only the best product. I really see no reason to ever go anywhere else to purchase a motorcycle.

My insurance adjuster confirmed there was about…read more$3,000 in damage, but when I tried to transfer my bike to another repair shop, this place refused to release it unless I gave them 10% of the insurance check first. That is not normal or ethical -- they hadn't done any repairs, and I never authorized them to start work. They were basically holding my bike hostage until I paid them. Insurance confirmed that no payment should be made directly to the shop unless work is completed or authorized. This kind of behavior feels shady and unprofessional. A reputable shop should release your vehicle and provide a written estimate without extortion tactics. If you're dealing with an insurance claim, go somewhere else that respects your rights and communicates honestly.

Found myself in need of some (I thought) simple hardware that was ****ing impossible to find at any auto parts or hardware stores, so I finally took the L and battled traffic over to the dealership thinking they'd have bins of them on deck......... but ALSO NOPE lol. Everyone I encountered at GBMS was fantastic, from the person who answered the phone initially to the techs I chatted with on my way out. But Jimmy specifically went above and beyond searching the whole place until he finally came up with exactly what I needed, plus was super professional, knowledgable, and just friendly in general (even to my dog!). Really saved the day and my sanity, can't thank you enough!! See you guys soon, hopefully on 2 wheels next time :) - Moose & Dolly Parton

This it not my only problem, the gentleman who I spoke to said his sister owned a motorcycle shop in revere and that he would be going to pick the washer up Saturday after they closed and would be bringing it in Tuesday morning when they opened back up. I called Tuesday morning and now they are telling me I never placed the order and then when they finally located the order they said that it will not be in for another 2 weeks because the gentleman who I spoke to who said he would personally pick up my part that I ordered "forgot" he was going on vacation and will not be back for another 2 weeks
