Usually, the service or item I receive is what I expect and there is really nothing worth taking time to share. That IS NOT the case this time! Let me explain; I needed a car to replace the aging one my daughter was driving. After multiple internet searches, I found what we were looking for listed on line at Bill's Auto Sales. I called and spoke with Tony, he assured me that the car was available and, as I was unable to get there until the next day, I should call there again in the morning and speak to Glen so he would know when to expect me. I did just that, and Glen offered that he would hold the car for me while I made the hour and half drive to check it out. When I did arrive, both the car and Glen were there and he gave my daughter and me a free hand in looking it over. It was just as described on their website. He was very open, giving me the Carfax and in telling me the short comings of the vehicle they had found, as well as, how those items would be addressed. After a test drive we were able to settle on a price and a deposit. Due to my schedule we made arrangements to pick up the car the following week, giving Bill's Auto time to make the agreed upon repairs and get the paper work in line. During that week, Glenn messaged me a number of times regarding the progress on both. These guys really communicate well! We indeed picked up the car as planned, took a test drive and agreed that the repairs were complete. Bill's Auto took care of the registration transfer and we were off. My daughter loves the car! So here's what my take away is.. Bill's Auto Sales and in particular, Glen provide an excellent environment for purchasing a car. I found them to be accommodating, friendly, and excellent communicators but above all else they were honest. In discussing the vehicle ..no excuses were made, no stories made up. Buying a car is a big purchase and is never without some amount of compromise working with someone you can trust is key in getting the best deal.. these are your guys. We have never really used an auto repair shop, seeing as he does it all, yet this was one thing that needed to be done after replacing the transmission. One word : IMPRESSED. $200 to put your car on their lift and go for a test drive and no diagnosis, didnt even scan it…read more They were not completely transparent about this charge even after spending 35 minutes on the phone about all the requested diagnostics, including a stalling issue connected to the gas tank requiring a simple scan on a 1998 Camry. The tires were not the cause of the vibration at 70 mph only and when turning right and there is no clunking. The car is at a Toyota dealer now and the vibration has been solved without changing tires and the fuel and brake lines are normal. The front tires are reported to be at 6/32 and still good, but this shop doesnt even know how to measure tread depth. I walked into the shop after their closing time at 430 and Anthony was on the phone with no one working on my car which should have been ready for pick up. Nothing but frauds here. Never been so disappointed by a new shop, never again. Had to read the tire pressure label for them after finding out they didnt even put the right amount of air in the tires. Shameful.

Steve handles insurance companies so you have no stress of your own and he is extremely nice and personable. Steve's customer service feels like something nostalgic that doesn't exist anymore except for in his shop. He had a rental ready for me at the shop when I went to drop off my car making the process quick and seamless. The rental place he uses does not charge the customer and only charges the insurance taking some stress off the customer when insurance companies often charge after 2 weeks of having a rental. Steve stays in communication with your insurance company so you don't have to. I had $10,000 worth of damage to my car and he made it look brand new. I truly love Steve he is such a nice guy and doesn't stop until everything is absolutely perfect! He also offered to drive my car an hour and a half to get it to me since I live far away. I truly don't know anyone else like him or anyone who runs business in such a kind and thoughtful way. The first time I took my car to Steve's son Stephen it was after I had already taken my car to somewhere else and they didn't fix it. A tree had fallen on my car during a tornado and I had taken it where the insurance company wanted me to, months later my car still had a leak and the first place couldn't fix it, so then I took it to Stephen who spent a long time hosing my car down to see exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. He was able to tack it onto my first claim since it was an unresolved issue. Not many places are this helpful or kind. I cannot recommend them enough!
