Our director, Katelyn, was incredible. She fully stayed in character while still cracking jokes and keeping the atmosphere fun and lighthearted. The rage room was 10x12 or so, it was extreeeeeeemely small. We couldn't be in the room together and the room was already filled with a bunch of beaten up stuff. They gave us tiny glass bottles that were impossible to break unless you smashed them with a hammer. They wouldn't even break after throwing them hard against the wall. Also, I tried on a jumpsuit they made you wear that had 2 zippers on it, not sure why but they were both broken so I had to take it off and put a whole new one on. Overall, this was not a good experience. The staff that worked there didn't seem to care. She told us we had 30 minutes and she said "you can do, 5 or 10 minutes I really don't care." Like oh, okay cool. We went to ismash in sparks previously and I would absolutely recommend going there over this place. Really upset that we paid so much for such a terrible experience.

We did not get the usual back story or any instruction on how to get started. The only thing we were told is the type of combo locks in the room. The guy closed the door and we started. We walked in and couldn't figure out what to do. Turns out the room hadn't been reset from the last group. The young man that worked there came back and said oops, go back to the hallway and let me fix the room. Additionally, at least 2 puzzles did not work properly despite solving them. Took multiple tries of the same answer to work. The room theme was pretty cool. Not sure if I would go back to this location.

You can have a minimum of two people and maybe up to eight, so there would be four on each team. I think any more than that would be a hindrance. It's not that big of a deal, but try to have your group it be split into even numbers. I feel that some of the games work out in favor of those who have more in their group. Other riddles had all of us scratching our heads - which was great as we had to work as a team to put together clues found in different rooms / corners of the room. There were also so many different types of riddles. Riddles with ropes, jugs, water, electronics, sound, light, etc. The timing of the room was great. You don't have the sense that there was too little to do. Staff was friendly before and after the game, when we were face-to-face. During the game, many of them had to be hands on as they are responding to our actions behind walls, watching the patterns of placement, responding to our electronic inputs, etc. They were very well coordinated - no delays.
