I'd say ten minutes after my order was accepted, it was cancelled. I had to scramble to find somewhere else to grab takeout for dinner. I never got a reason why my order was abruptly cancelled. This experience made me avoid hitting Ghost Kitchens until I was recently in Ajax. I have been craving salad practically every day for the last month. After running some errands in the area, I was ready for some lunch. I did a search on my Uber Eats app and found Saladworks. I placed the following order: - Bently salad with light raspberry vinaigrette - Daydream cucumber beverage It had an estimated pickup time of fifteen minutes. It was perfect for me to slowly make my way over here. I looked at the address and it said that it was in Ghost Kitchens. I will admit that I did have some reservations after having placed this order. The good news was that it never got cancelled, so I was happy. This Ghost Kitchens location is in a plaza. It's closest to Kingston Road, with the main entrance facing south. I backed into a parking spot and walked in. There is a huge screen where you can place your order if you don't have Uber Eats or some other app installed. I walked over to the pickup counter and dinged the bell. A woman said that she would be right there. She asked for my order number. I rattled it off to her. She found my order and handed it to me. I thanked her and headed to my car to eat. You can also dine inside. There were plenty of seats and tables. The downside was that washrooms were unavailable during my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad. The base was a romaine-iceberg lettuce blend. It had smoked ham, roasted turkey, sliced egg, diced tomatoes, and provolone cheese. What was cool was that most proteins were cubed. It was a nice change of pace. This salad was awesome, especially with the light raspberry vinaigrette. The salad was crunchy and fresh. The raspberry vinaigrette was delicious such that I took it home to enjoy on another salad the following week. If this place offered bottles of this vinaigrette, I'd get some in a heartbeat. My salad came with some rosemary bread. It was a nice touch. It was yummy. You didn't get a lot of it, but it was a perfect side to the salad. I wash everything down with a can of Daydream cucumber lime beverage. It tasted like getting a drink at a spa. I loved the subtle cucumber flavour with a hint of lime. It wasn't worth what I had paid for, though, especially when I found a four-pack of this flavour at Winners a week later that was perhaps a twoonie more. I finally placed a successful order from Ghost Kitchens. I absolutely loved my salad from Saladworks and had a great experience. I can't wait to explore its other salads on the menu. (209)

Since it was a Saturday night, my takeout order would take about 40min. I ordered the family feast dinner, which included 8 souvlaki sticks, a large Greek salad, a large lemon potatoes, rice and fresh house made tzatziki and pita. We also decided to order a large rice on the side. The Chicken Skewers were delicious, so fresh and marinated so well. The Greek Salad was a bit small for large, but it was pretty good. The Lemon Potatoes were well cooked but were a tad bland for my taste The Rice was my least favourite, it was pretty hard and not enjoyable. Lastly, I was pretty surprised to see the pita was actually cut up into squares, it was an interesting change from what I'm used, but still pretty good. For the amount of food we got, it was pretty worth it, I wish they gave a bit more salad though ( it was only enough for 2 people ). Our bill came out to around $60 after tax and was enough for a family of 4 adults and we still had half a portion left over the next day. They staff were so kind and friendly as well. Went this evening to Pita Delites located in Ajax…read more The restaurant is family run and served up some yummy Mediterranean food You can order take out or you can you can dine in as there is a small area to sit down They keep it simple, offering chicken and beef shawarma along with falafel You can get large meals which offer sides of fries, salad or potatoes We decided to go with wraps tonight I ordered the mixed wrap which is beef and chicken shawarma They offer the normal toppings to fill your wrap up The wrap was large and quite filling Was tasty as well Service at the restaurant was friendly and prompt I would definitely recommend this spot as another place for your shawarma fix in Ajax
