If you look at the pic I posted, the meat to bun ratio was also totally off. The bun was bigger than the meat so I had bites where I was literally just eating thick bread and veggies. The cheeseburger photos show big chunky meat patties so I'm wondering if I got an employee who didn't really know what he was doing? I opted for a combo and got mac n' cheese bites as my side. These were exceptionally disappointing. I'm no mac expert but I'd be willing to bet a dollar that they use Kraft dinner in these mac n' cheese bites. Overly salty, overly processed. No dipping sauce, just came with two ketchup packets on the side. For a meal that hit me for over $20 I truly felt ripped off. This combo was NOT worth $20+. I had a double Shack burger from Shake Shack literally a week prior to eating here and that burger was MILES better and way more "gourmet" tasting than this one.
