Excellent cafe. I thoroughly enjoyed all the flights for both latte and hot chocolate. There was a variety of different flavours to choose from! Food was excellent - big portions and delicious. Service was 10/10, staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. I recommend friends and family coming here - it's a beautiful space with lots of natural light and a nice cafe vibe.

I came here with a friend just to hang out and catch up and I was so satisfied with the service and with our drinks. We just came to grab a quick lunch drink and I had the white hot chocolate, which was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be coming back for the hot chocolate flight And my friend had the peach mango smoothie which she said was super good. Service was quick, they took our order and then delivered it to the table.

After another visit about a year later, I can say that this place has lost its charm and I don't have a need to come back. My initial visit earned a 5 star review but now, with a price increase that doesn't seem to match up to the portions, I don't think it's worth it anymore. What I really liked about this spot previously was that their prices were affordable and fair for what you get. Now that they've hiked their prices a few bucks per item, it brings this down to just an average spot. The only reason I might come back is if I'm craving a latte or mimosa (haven't tried) flight because it's a unique offering, but their food portions are underwhelming for the price. My bf got the grilled Mediterranean sandwich and to him it was snack-sized, not enough to fill him. Overall, it's still a cute spot to come and catch up with friends, and their drinks are really cute and does the job at what you need from a cafe, but again, a little on the pricier side for what you get in terms of the food.

Right off the bat, around this place, this gives me a good impression. I already have high hopes. Food - breakfast, lunch, beverages like teas, coffees and espressos, smoothies, mimosa and coffee flights, soups, salads, sides, and deserts seem to scream at me in a good way! And after eating, it most certainly is!! I had the breakfast sandwich and with what comes with, a side of broccoli cheddar soup. Both were just so good! Unfortunately, the Churro board alluded me as I was in a hurry. Next time my friend! Service - order at the counter and the food comes over with a table number. People are friendly. Ambiance - similar to Corner Bakery but better and homey feel! Verdict - for sure, a must try! Day 2 - visit Ordered the chicken Greek wrap. My self expectations didn't align with what they served not to their fault but mine. I was expecting a Greek Gyro for some odd reason as I love Gyros. This is not a gyro but a true wrap. Not even close. No Tsasiki sauce, no feta cheese. Was it good, we'll not bad but not what I would have wanted. I think we just didn't order what we wanted. Place still good but what we ordered didn't align with our expectations.

I just moved to Ajax, and this place was highly recommended. I ordered all the things, a latte, flight, soup, and a sandwich. They have flights of everything, and I am all for it! I tried four different flavoured lattes. They also have soup flights! The roasted red pepper, and Gouda soup is life-changing. It's the best roasted red pepper soup I've ever had. The ham and cheese on a fresh croissant sandwich was delicious. I got the seven green salad as a side and it was very tasty. The parking lot is busy, but there are lots of spots. it's a café style ordering system where you order at the counter and you were given a number to put on your table. Service was great! It's pretty busy so it's pretty loud in there. They also have a patio! Will be back!

First visit to this coffee shop/cafe in Ajax. It was a busy Saturday morning. We arrived around 10am. There was a short line up. They have a good selection of food, coffee & drinks. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have a patio available. The restaurant is clean and lots of natural light. They have ample parking located inside a plaza. It appears to be a local favourite. This is the only location. We ordered the breakfast board (available only on weekends), latte flight (comes with 4 cute hot or cold latte cups - they have about 10 flavours to choose from) and our little one ordered the grilled cheese with bacon and hashbrown. They also have mimosa flight available. I would definitely try it next time! The breakfast board comes with French toast, parfait, bacon, hash down, scrambled eggs, some strips of bread, sausage, slice of grapefruit and waffle strips (good for sharing) :) We really enjoyed everything and will be back to try more dishes and drinks!

We visited Goldie's on a Saturday for brunch. There was no wait for a table and the staff was quick to provide us with menus. The space is cute and sort of reminds me of Coffee Culture. We shared the breakfast board which ended up being quite a lot of food! The food was just OK, I've had better breakfasts; but I would come back for the variety it offers. For $22, you get a good amount of food to feed two people including French toast and waffle sticks, bacon and sausage and a yogurt parfait. The staff was attentive and quick to clean tables. I would come back again to try the soups and sandwiches, they looked fantastic.

You have got to try their tomato Gouda soup. My daughter thinks it is out of this world. Our recent trip was great. Alanhha(sorry if I spelt it wrong) was so delightful. I needed some sugar & asked if I could have a bit of hot milk.....my latte got cold. The lovely young lady behind the counter helped me out very cheerfully. We love coming back to Goldies!

Food is good as always and staffs are friendly and environment is clean. Will definitely recommend friends and families to this place.

They've got all kinds of choices, something for every craving, including soups of the day, salads, and more. This time around, I had their Chicken Club sandwich and it was delicious and filling. Ryan is the founder of the business, which he runs with family and friends. We got to meet Riott, his son, who had a love for skulls and all Halloween decorations at this eatery. This place specializes in sandwiches. Many of their meats are slow-cooked for ten hours. Sauces, soups, and slaw are homemade. We ordered many items off the menu and had what we liked: - Jalapeno and house slaws - Chickpea and ham soup - Roasted garlic and tomato soup - The Brooklyn (Italian) - Hot corned beef - Montreal smoked meat - Slicey's chopped chicken - Chicken club wrap I started with the hot corned beef sandwich. The corned beef was generous and so flavourful. The rye bread held all that tender corned beef together, along with the best grainy mustard aioli. I am a soup girl. I enjoyed the roasted garlic and tomato soup. It had the perfect amount of garlic with tomatoes, along with onions and spices. It was a comforting, smooth soup. The chickpea and ham soup was excellent. It had nice cubes of ham with chickpeas. It was so hearty and delicious. I also love slaw. The jalapeno and house slaws were crunchy. The former was creamy with a touch of heat. The latter was vinegar-based. You get the best of both slaw dressing worlds! I then had the Montreal smoked meat. It was full of the most tender smoked meat on rye bread with mustard. So good! I'm not sure how I managed to down Slicey's chopped chicken sandwich. It was so good that I did! It had slow-cooked chicken that was chopped with tomato, and red onion. It included the jalapeno slaw, along with white cheddar. It was messy to eat, but so worth it. The flavours were outstanding. This business supports other local businesses. The bread comes from a local bakery. It also features Purple Tongue hot sauces. Staff are super friendly and kind. They can craft a sandwich to your liking if you go with The Riott. There were two separate washroom stalls. I used one of them before I left this eatery. It was clean. No complaints. It's a comfortable place to hang out with friends over good food and drinks. I ended up having a Diet Coke and Crush cream soda during the two hours that we were here. They were cold and refreshing. It's street parking for three hours. It's free, which is nice. Alternatively, there is a parking lot across from this eatery. I look forward to returning for more good eats and soup. It's a gem of a sandwich place that happens to have awesome soups and slaw. (391)

But then I wanted something elevated for celebration (of surviving this week). Burgers on Fleek was perfect for this! We ordered: - The Melt : Beef patty with swiss cheese, mushrooms, sautéed onions, lettuce, tomato, and garlic mayo. - The Classic :Beef patty with lettuce, tomato, pickles, sautéed onions, and store special "Fleek" sauce. - Poutine Burgers were excellent!!! Pillow-y fluffy super soft brioche buns with thick juicy beefy patties, veggies were super fresh and crispy. Loved "The Melt". Mushrooms kept moist and crunchy texture, perfect thickness and done-ness, super flavourful, matching perfectly with melted Swiss cheese. Poutine's gravy had spiciness to it, which was not my liking. But the cheese was stretchy indicating good quality. If I got this eat-in, it must have tasted different (much better). But this is a Burger joint, and their burgers are EXCELLENT! Therefore, 5 stars.
