Slowly but surely Bread Zeppelin is making it's way closer to Fort Worth. I really enjoyed what I had- the Tejano Caesar with chicken stuffed into a Zeppelin- they take a fresh hoagie roll, cut off the tip and pull out all the soft bread. Then they chop your salad ingredients into smithereens and proceed to stuff it into that roll. The guy who took our order was sweet- he was really upbeat and friendly and fast. I will definitely be back! read more

Literally am in love with this place! The food and the service was great! It's a good thing I don't live across the street or I'd be here everyday! read more

This place is amazing! They had great choices in lettuce/salad mix, a huge spread of fixin's, and their homemade dressings were bomb dot com. I suggest the Champagne vinaigrette. Alex mixed my salad and was super awesome and offered me samples of the dressings on pieces of the baguette innards from the zeppelin and even suggested what would taste good with the Mexican feel my salad had. Loved it. I will be back. Friendly suggestion: add goat cheese and look into better plastic cutlery. Not a big deal, but you asked for honesty =] read more

Anyone that loves their flavors mixed together will love this style. You select your flavors and they chop it all together. Once mixed, they stuff it into the hollowed out lightly toasted bread (I asked for mine - my favorite part of the bread too). Definitely order the bread pudding as you won't be disappointed. I really love their concept. read more

WOW is all I can say! It is going to be impossible for me to not eat this for lunch everyday! I got the Metropolitan Cobb with the dressing on the side. I also added bread on the side. So glad I did! The bread was super fresh...perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now I know why they created Zeppelins. I will definitely get one of those next time. I'm not sure how you could go wrong with a Zeppelin. Delicious Salad + Perfectly Baked Fresh Bread = Zeppelin read more

This is my absolute favorite salad place since the closing of Sweet Tomatoes in north Texas. They offer fresh delicious salads, you choose your toppings /dressing and they sort of chop it all up and either put it in a bowl for you or they put it inside of a baguette. I know it sounds weird but it is totally delicious they cut the baguette and half scoop out the insides (they make croutons out of the leftover bread )and they stuff your salad down in the sandwich so it's sort of like a Hot Pocket but stuffed with salad it is yummy yummy! I actually prefer to get it in the bowl tho, I feel like you get more for your money and you also get to choose more toppings with it being in the bowl. I guess it is because the bowl can actually hold more weight than the bread. Either way it goes it is all around delicious and I absolutely love this place! They need to start building them all around Dallas Fort Worth and not just in North Dallas area because we have to drive a while to get there but it is all worth it read more

Everything in it was fresh and perfect. the iced is fantastic , they have peach mango, regular black iced tea and really good lemonade! My lunch mate had the Cobb in the Zeppelin (bread). We all will come back soon. read more

Bread Zeppelin - Salad Near Me - Southlake, Texas

The customer service here is terrible, especially the manager Jeff. I called and asked if they could add steak in to my order and he said no, offering no other solutions. read more

YOUR RESTAURANT IS FILTHY AND THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING and that's the area your customers can see . I can only imagine what the back area, where food is prepared must look like. What happened??This use to be one of my favorite places to eat You have such a great concept what shame that your letting go . read more

Great food, love the idea and how healthy it is, but the guy with the purple hair who made the salad part was kind of rude.

This place is a bit overrated, in my opinion of course. It's a great atmosphere, nice decor, clean, but I was very underwhelmed by my salad. I think the Zeplin is where it's at. The service was slow - I waited over 30 minutes, but I guess that's what I get for going during peak lunch hours! I can't say it was worth the wait. I think you can order online or their app and skip the line. That might be worth it! read more

Good concept and tasty product but the service is sooooooo slooooow. No matter what time you get there it takes forever. Always seems like there's a pack of kids working the counter with no manager on duty. Used to love it but I'm going to stop coming until they get the pace figured out. Brutal. read more

Mediocre salads at a ridiculous price. If you want to get nickel and dimed for a few pieces of lettuce, a couple kernels of corn and pay the maximum for a few pieces of dried out fried chicken, then this your place. Btw not to mention, you also pay an extra $0.65 for three croutons. Complained to the owner and he admitted that he had to raise prices because customers were taking advantage of his business. Not sure how that works!! Staff is also rude. I Used to go here a lot but will never again step foot in the doors. Go to Salata, much better value for money and they don't count the kernels of corn or croutons. read more

I feel bad for not trying this place sooner. Great food. Very fresh. No issues with special requests and customizing your order. read more

The steak is literally rubber I've been to this location on multiple occasions and haven't once enjoyed my experience. The food is a scam and is a big waste of $20. I highly recommend this place for a case of food poisoning like I got. I would definitely avoid this place if you don't want to have a bad customer experience. read more

Food is always great, the staff are hit and miss. Came in today at 2p and one of the male staff was clearly upset about something. He was rude to the customers, making a ton of noise while he was gathering the dirty bowls, and would not even engage with his customers. Then he took off his hat and stormed out. Love the food, but customer service is not always good. read more

So I ordered a Southwest Chicken Zeppelin with avocado ranch dressing. I thought it was pretty good. It definitely is a little bit pricey and a little slow, but I'll be back. Good quality bread is a big plus. I wouldn't say it is super kid friendly but wouldn't rule it out. read more

It's like a salad in a sub sandwich. We arrived at 7pm on a Sunday holiday weekend. The place was completely empty. All employees were personal able except one. On a computer in the public area. Very unprofessional. The food was great. I can see this being a great lunch place. Dinner.....meh. read more

Let me start by saying we love Bread Zeppelin, but our experience with this particular location left a lot to be desired. Be sure to double check your order when using the online ordering system. read more

I have been going to the Bread Zepplin in Las Colinas since it opened. I was out running errands in Southlake and picked up our regular: Plymouth Rock Zepplin with apples instead of beets. I have had this sandwich over 50 times. Most disappointing one I have ever had. I had about 60% of what I am accustomed to. Never going to this location again. Step up your game or lose your customers. read more

I really like BZ. However, the Southlake location could have the most rude and disinterested employees. It's also really gross inside. This place needs a clean up across the board! read more

This place never disappoints!!! I can eat there daily if it was in the budget. It gives you a chance to try something outside of the normal salad in a bowl. read more

I've eaten here a few times. Never had bad food. Never had good service. It's a trade off I guess. Buffalo chicken was great but they discontinued so I'm not sure if I'll be going back. Edit: buffalo chicken is back and the service has been changed. I'll try again soon and let y'all know if it's any better! read more

Pretty good sub with a neat twist. Limited selection on chips. Not extremely friendly but helpful enough. Complicated menu but that means lots of choices read more

Worst service ever!!!!! The gal making the wrap was in the bathroom for 10 minutes, the guy who tried make it had no clue what the different types of lettuce were(he did try) when the gal eventually got to the bathroom she couldn't be any more rude or quiet to me I've been here a ton of times I will never go back what awful service was awful people they should be thankful they have a job read more

Went here on a Friday night and it wasn't crowded, but it took us forever to even order our food cuz it takes the staff forever to stuff whatever salad stuff in each bread. If you have kids don't waste your time here cuz they only have soda and sweet tea for drinks. Wish it would be kid friendly since it seems like a healthy alternative to fast food, but makes it difficult to go here when my daughter has nothing she'd like. Maybe have some fruits included in the kids menu or even have milk as options for their drinks. But if you don't have kids, think of this place as an expensive subway place. Nothing more. read more

I was very disappointed. While the food was acceptable, every table was dirty and the trash was overflowing. When there was no one ordering, the three employees stood around socializing next to the food prep area holding their masks away from their faces and ignoring the deplorable condition of the dining room. read more

I can't say how pleased I am with a customer service here. Specifically one guy Alexis. Thank you so much for attending to us and providing a great meal. That won't go unnoticed in your life now or in your bright future. Thanks! read more

I enjoyed this salad place. It wasn't boujee like Snappy Salad's and you feel normal getting a salad. A normal price of a salad that you would get anywhere else. Trick your non-healthy friends to get a sandwich which is really a salad stuffed in a sandwich. Other than the fact the croutons are $2.50 extra, I would eat here again. read more

This place is awesome, if somewhat overwhelming. Study the menu ahead of time! I've tried several different salads here and never been let down. Pro tip: Order the salad, not the zeppelin... you get lots more food and it's easier to eat. They sell croutons made from the insides of the bread, and they are AWESOME. read more

I really hope they keep the "buffalo chicken" on the menu permanently! On my lunch break, I met my mom there for lunch. Nice set up. Super clean. She got a salad and I got a Zeppelin. the ONLY reason it's not 5 stars is because I found the amount of chicken to be lacking, and the drink machine didn't have ice. Staff was nice, service was fast. Taste was on point. I'll be back for sure. read more

Best fast serve restaurant. Super fresh ingredients. Great recipes. I get the Atlantis. It's amazing. Great food concept.

In a world of salad joints, bread zepplin stands apart. We order from them for lunch on a regular basis. The food is delicious and healthy... And made to your order. I am always happy to eat here! read more

I was very excited to try this place I'd heard so much about. I went with the Southwest Chicken Zeppelin with Avocado Ranch (suggested dressing), Sour cream & onion chips and lemonade. The staff seemed like they were still learning how to do things, but we're at least friendly. So honestly, I wasn't very impressed with my sandwich. A Zepplin is a hollowed out baguette, filled with your choice of lettuce, mix-ins and meat. Mine tasted like baby food inside, just a weird flavor. Maybe it was the dressing? I'm not sure, but didn't enjoy it too much. Maybe they taste better with a lighter dressing... The bread was the best part of the meal. Spent about $13 on my meal. read more

Woah!! I stumbled upon this place by word of mouth from coworkers. They suggested going there for lunch. I heard "Bread" and I was in. The concept is salads that are chopped up and stuffed inside a baguette. I had the Plymouth Rock. This one in particular is turkey, cranberries, greens, beets, walnuts, and I had cranberry poppy seed dressing on top. It was so delicious! What a great place! I cannot wait until I go back so I can try more "zeppelins". It is a half a baguette but it is more than enough! Well worth it!! read more
