Ok food, terrible service. I like spicy so I ordered the buffalo brd. I don't eat cold slaw so had wanted to sub in a different topping but when I asked for that I was told it wasn't possible. Ordered fries and asked for a side of bbq sauce. Got the food, chicken sandwich was ok, but bun was very thin and soggy. The "BBQ" sauce I ordered was more like honey mustard, when I went up to ask if they had regular bbq sauce I was told no. I was also charged for this sauce that I ended up throwing away. Anyways, don't think I will be back. If the service was better I would say 3-3.5 stars, but in a neighborhood with so many options, bad service doesn't fly. read more

WOW, this place does give all chicken sandwich places a run for their MONEY! Trust and believe that one sandwich is enough for 2 people especially if you order a side of fries. That's because all sanwiches have a least two chicken pieces on them. I had the Baltimore BRD and it was awesome. Pretty messy, but so worth the $9 price. This place is located just west of the Cross Street market and only has one loooonnngggg table in the middle of the restaurant and a couple of bar stools seats (about 5 total). BRD is just good. The maple compound butter you get with the Early Brd is so, so good. They gave me way too much chicken and butter, but that's ok: more for later. The soft white bun the Early Brd came in pulled everything together nicely. I was craving wings, and checked out Nando's first: BRD has the better deal. My first time at BRD (in person) I thought my sandwich was just ok - I had the Baltimore BRD and it seemed like it was missing something. I'm glad I gave BRD another try, though. Right now everything is carryout/delivery only, and I had sandwiches delivered via DoorDash. My Hanoi sandwich was awesome! It had tons of flavor - the chicken was spicy and the carrot slaw and sauce on it were both delicious. I would eat this again for sure. The fries are also really tasty. Thighs just weren't my favorite, but I could not wait to try them again with breast meat. The ride home was about 15 minutes and the sandwiches were still hot by the time we got home. We ordered the Baltimore BRD, the Katsu, and the Hanoi hen and they were all a 10/10 in our opinion.
