You can place your order through the kiosk or go directly to a staff person to get your food. The ambiance is sometimes loud, sometimes quiet depending on the time and day you're there. Plenty of seating and TVs available.

The fried chicken, their main attraction was good but definitely on the pricier side of $42 for the entire chicken. That said, it was delicious, nice crunch and seasoning. If you opt for the sauce, I do recommend the gochujang bbq. The flavor is well balanced, not too sweet or spicy and paired beautifully with the fried chicken. The Eastern Shore Crab Cake was large and perfect. Nicely prepared. The zucchini that came with it was also done well and not overly seasoned. The potato salad was a surprise. Not expecting much, it was one of my favorites, and I wish I could have a plate full of it to chow down. Make it a day and visit this establishment and enjoy the day. When I am Baltimore again, I'll consider stopping by for a nice meal.

I recently visited BRD in Baltimore and was blown away by their Spicy Carolina BBQ Sando. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, with a spicy BBQ sauce that was a flavor explosion. The sweet fries, served in a cup, were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them the perfect side. Ordering through the kiosk was a breeze, and the casual, welcoming vibe was enhanced by the fantastic and friendly cook. If you're in Baltimore, BRD is a must-visit. Today was a better experience then before…read more I ordered a crispy honey wrap and a biscuit. The wrap was delish and plentiful. The biscuit is an addiction waiting to happen. The honey biscuit was not enough. I melted with the first bite. Stop by and if nothing else grab a biscuit or two.

You can tell when people take real pride in what they do, and it definitely showed. Every detail made me feel appreciated as a customer. The wings were extra crispy, but not hard or dry, still very juicy inside. The Western wings were crispy and seasoned to perfection, not salty or plain but literally perfect. The gizzards were so juicy and crispy(I didn't even get to take a picture I was so hungry). I almost didn't eat here because of one bad review saying to eat at Hip Hop Chicken, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was a fake review from that restaurant itself.

It does have the ambiance of a carry out style restaurant but there are tables and seats. The only thing I wish they had was better fries as they get soggy fast. People seem to really like the lemonade and slushies too but I haven't tried them yet. Definitely would recommend this spot if you are craving some good fried fish.
