Everything in here has been hand selected and the proprietor is knowledgeable. One of the largest selection on pre owned boots I have ever scene in almost any style and every price. Pearl snap shirts, belts, hats, leather products all with character that feels one of a king that least unique just secure you know the hours and habits of the place. Makes all the more Interesting

Just a very cute and unique shop. Lots of cool used boots and other old school things. I did not walk out with anything, but I would definitely recommend. The store owner was very friendly and helpful when it came to helping you find something. Good pricing and neat finds here.

Charlie's Tony Lama Horsehair belt !

For boots, they're a little worn, but that's to be expected from vintage stuff, Charlie was a sweet man, and laughed and carried on with me when I went in, I bought an old school Tony lama belt from the man and I still wear it every day, his prices are high for the wear on his stuff, but I think it's great someone is trying to preserve old western style.

Charlie is a stud! We spent an hour going through the boots, history and his amazing collection. I went in for boots and came out with some amazing vintage gear! A must for those looking for rare, hard to find - one of a kind boots and more.

We do not need to have to watch our feet to not step over a dog puddle/or worse. I understand certified ADA service digs, but will never accept emotional support/entitlement. No one wants to shop with a basket that previously had a dog/cat beforehand. It is gross to have to wipe down or deal with pet hair (many of us are allergic). I'm a dog owner and I would not bring my pet among strangers-they can easily get sick too. Not too many people care if they have a cold/or worse and it is stressful to be preoccupied to keep human to pet safe distance. I may start shopping, but if I have to weave in or around someone's dog/cat() then I just leave. Its not worth the stressful shopping. I lose my thrifting buzz having to watch my steps from pets. Many of us are frustrated with this entitlement of inconsiderate pet owners.

It's a smaller store but they have lots of well-curated pieces and a really good selection of formal wear, dresses, skirts, jewelry, etc. I was prompted to take care of this draft review and a few others today because of a dress in the window here. A friend was recently in town visiting and asked that I go back and get a picture of the dress in the window. She is thinking about purchasing it (or having me purchase it and send it to her lol). In addition, clothing and shoe items are spaced apart where you can easily view them and ferret through the racks. The value of items are reasonably priced and some items as low as $5. I did not find anything I could not live without, however, I will definitely pop in from time to time. Also, there is a fair amount of free parking. The store manager was super helpful and personable.

The furniture, in particular, is often top-quality and priced far below what I would expect. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to shop. I never feel like I have to dig through piles of damaged or worn-out items to find something worthwhile. What really sets Better ATX apart, though, is the people. The volunteers are friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they're doing. Every visit feels welcoming.
