    M-Stop collab pizza: chicken
    Pablo R.

I ordered for delivery yesterday. My very first time trying Bravo's pizza. The reason why I ordered from them was that I was drooling to try their collab with M-Stop deli sandwiches (a place I love). It's a special pizza (meaning out of their regular menu) so I don't know for how long it'll be around but... it was a GREAT pizza. Wow. Full of flavors. I did pay $51 for a large pizza tho (which I don't think I've ever done before). Just a heads up, because the price made me think twice before paying... Will I ever order again for that price? No way. However, Bravo delivered the pizza SUPER FAST and as you can see in the picture: it looked great.

Bravo Pizza reopened. They were closed for a while. Looks like a new restaurant now with a new menu. Jimmy is still here. He said he would make me anything from the old menu if I asked. A whole pizza would have been too much as I was by myself, so I ordered a cheeseburger $18. Food tasted fine. Good job Bravo. Side note, they were open during the pandemic lockdown. Thanks for feeding me when most other restaurants were closed. I almost starved because I don't cook.

Just grabbed the one topping pepperoni special and this one hits ! For $11.99 this is a very delicious pizza and a good deal, not very greasy, the pizza sauce is smooth and rich and the dough is pretty well baked and fluffy. We called for pick up and it was quick and easy. Super friendly staff, and plenty of tables to dine in. No outdoor seating here, but I believe they can deliver to certain locations. You can see the pizza makers making the dough/pizza in front and at the window if you're outside. Awesome spot and recommend giving this spot a go !

I've been coming to BRAVOS for years! It's gone through a few owners but the flavors always there. I love this place. I ordered the World Famous Bravo pizza Soooo good! I'm so happy Bravos is still here i'll never stop coming here. It's always a good experience and the menu is so varied it's so great. I love this place.

Come for the pizza stay for the wings. My son is obsessed with the lemon pepper. I love me a good combination pizza with everything the owner Sam recommended the Red Special and it did not disappoint. My son lives a few blocks away so this is now our go to for pizza night. Excellent service great prices and the pizza&wings WINNING!!!!!!!

I grew up coming to bravos as a kid and felt more recently the food was not like I remembered it so I was excited to see new ownership. Overall it was an okay experience. First, their website has coupon specials but when I asked about them in store, they did not honor them. Had I known I would've just ordered online and picked up my food and saved myself at least $7 on toppings. We ordered a pepperoni and garlic pizza and were disappointed to see almost all cheese with a sprinkling of pepperoni especially knowing we were charged for each topping separately and couldn't use the coupon from online. We paid for bottles waters and then saw another table get a pitcher of water so disappointed knowing we paid $2.50 per water bottle. We also ordered a side of French fries that were not brought out until 35 minutes after we ordered. Mind you, this was after we had finished our entire pizza. The Walls are very white with the exception of the large mural that looks like they're going to add more to so I look forward to seeing that finished. Everyone was nice and attentive but I felt that things were lacking considering the Cost of food. If I do order again from there it will be online to use their coupons

Just like many of the recent reviews, this is my breakup with Bravo after many years as a loyal customer. This place used to be our family's go-to pizzeria for the XL JTG Special. But tonight was the worst experience--first, when I arrived to pickup, there were two guys behind the counter (one seemed to be relaxing and having a drink while the other casually made a pepperoni pizza) who insisted that they were super busy and backed up. Really? And they said to come back in 30 minutes! It was incredibly inconvenient to go home and come back. But I did. And then when I got home the pizza looked horrendous, like nothing I've ever had from Bravo. I had ordered thin crust. This was NOT thin. Most of my XL pizza was basically crust! And then when I took a bite, it was soooo salty. It was inedible--and this was supposed to be my dinner. And now I'm hangry. I don't know if they got new ownership with their name change, but sadly I will no longer be ordering pizza from Bravo. It's sad because it is in the neighborhood and it used to be high-quality. What happened?! Based on tonight's experience, it's no more Bravo for us.

This is not a yelp review this is a break up letter :( Bravos Pizza you have been my local pizza place all my life. I seen you grow and I loved your pizza and it hurts writing this but you have disappointed me for the last time. I would forgive you if it was a niner game Sunday or even a warriors play off game night but to deliver my cold burnt pizza on a random Thursday is not cool and to show up 2 hours after I placed the order dam that hurts. I should have just gone to pick it up at your place but I was too tired and I had my kids here. The staff is very nice the girl I spoke to a total sweetheart. When I called the 2nd time to ask where is the pizza i ordered 2 hours ago she was apologetic and I think she came to deliver my pizza personally. But I can't forgive that burnt crust. SF has many great pizza options and it hurts that I won't be ordering from you any more. Get it together bravos!

I am also breaking up with Bravo. This has been my go to pizza spot since my childhood but their customer service has gone downhill. First of all, they took 2 hours to deliver my pizza and when I opened the pizza box, they've forgotten to put the plastic table so the cheese all got stuck on top of the box. I called to get another pizza delivered but the lady I spoke to was absolutely the worst. She had said that I was being unreasonable asking for another pizza and that if I wanted another one, I would have to pay for it. I spoke to the owner Peter and he offered me another pizza to be delivered. I waited another 1.5 hours but pizza never got delivered, so I ended up just going to the restaurant and getting my refund. It was such a hassle and lady that works there def got me heated! Never again will I buy pizza at this establishment!

Haven't had bravos since the original owner passed. First time back and first time dining in. The men working here were real friendly and welcoming. Pizza was okay. The wings and fries were good.

Hi Jason and Sam — Congratulations on the reopening of Bravo and rooting for you guys to succeed! Have you changed the pizza sauce recipe from the previous owners? Or did you keep their recipe? Thanks!

I was told he passed away. :( sucks no one close to him took over and continued the legacy of the place.

    Are you guys open?

    Bravo has reopened, come by.

    Did Bravo close for good?

    Bravo is reopened now.

Does anyone know why bravos closed? I've looked everywhere and found no information

It's temporarily closed. If you check their website, there is a notice and they are remodeling.

We hit up Bravos every few years now since moving out of town. We are visiting San Francisco/Peninsula on New Year's Day (Mon), unfortunately Bravos is closed. Can anyone recommend another pizza place making pizzas close to Bravos'?

Try Toto's. They have 3 stores shopping El Camino Real, and we like the in San Bruno the best. This place has been around for a very very long time and is normally very busy, which is a good sign.

Unfortunately, there ended up being an issue with part of our order, but before we even had the chance to say anything, the team had already taken care of it for us. That honestly stood out to me more than anything. There was no awkward back and forth, no need for us to complain or ask for anything. They noticed something wasn't up to their standard and immediately made it right on their own. That level of customer service, especially on our first visit, was such a great surprise. And the pizza itself was SO good. We ended up having the pepperoni and what I believe was a vodka cheese slice, and absolutely loved both. Great pizza, even better people, and the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. I unfortunately didn't catch everyone's names, but huge shoutout to the team working today. No flop Was craving…read moresome pizza and stopped by for a few slices. Order at the counter, and they heat up the slices for you. Mostly went for the thin crust. They make things crisp here. The pizza has charred edges like Neapolitan which adds a nice smokey flavor. The crust has zero flop and a nice golden crust on top. Sauce has a tough of sweetness. I also enjoyed their use of fresh basil and the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano they throw on at the end. It's kinda like a new york slice, but a little gourmet? Very tasty for sure. Critiques: First off, each slice is $6-7, which is a bit steep. Maybe times have changed, but this is def not a budget meal, especially if you are eating multiple slices. Second, some of their already crispy slices have been sitting on display for some time and completely cooled down. When these slices are then reheated, there is a bit of an overcooked taste? Lastly, they only have a few topping options and the quantity of toppings on each slice (especially protein) is pretty sparse. I also ordered a slice of the Sicilian as well to mix things up. It was good, but the crust was just a touch too greasy for me.

Value: I paid an extra $7 for just two meatballs, which felt steep for what I got. All in all, for the price I paid and the quality of the main meal, I don't think I'll be coming back.
