I've lived in the area my whole life and have always passed by bravo pizza. After hearing about the ownership change I finally decided to stop by and it was a very pleasant visit. The staff are welcoming and very nice. The seating area is very casual but perfect for watching sports with other people on their TVs. If I had decided to come by earlier I definitely would've been hanging around here for the world cup. Bonus points also for the area having multiple pokestops and gyms. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a 6 piece lemon pepper wings to go. The pepperoni pizza was exactly how I prefer my pizza; doughy, cheesy, and a slight crisp for the rims of the pepperoni. The lemon pepper wings seemed to be battered with a potato and corn starch mixture and coated with a lemon pepper sauce. It was delicious although I usually prefer my lemon pepper wings to be a dry rub. A big highlight of the pizza for me was the affordability of the slice(4 dollars). A downside is that you can only get slices of the cheese and the pepperoni, so if I wanted to try a specialty flavor I would have to commit to a whole pizza. I think offering a once a week special to promote a specialty flavor would be appealing to someone like me. I wasn't looking to order a whole pizza this time but next time I do, I'll be coming back. read more

Last night, I was picking up a pizza at 9pm at Bravo and noticed they are now serving breakfast from the posters outside. That meant I needed to come and try it today. My order this morning was a breakfast burrito $12 and a two egg breakfast plate $13. This was great. Both orders were hearty. The breakfast burrito had girth accented by soft fluffy eggs, wet with cheese and hash browns inside. The interesting part was it was seared a bit, making it semi-dorado style, crispy golden brown goodness. I was only able to eat most of the breakfast burrito before getting full. What a neighborhood gem! The pizzas here are loaded with toppings and flavor. There are so many specials on the menu that all sound delicious. We went with chicken pesto and mission special. Unfortunately, I have to say that the quality of the ingredients and the overall taste of the pizza have declined drastically. Please stop using the processed, liquid-like cheese and bring back the real tomato sauce and quality ingredients that made the pizza so good in the first place. I ordered for delivery yesterday. My very first time trying Bravo's pizza. The reason why I ordered from them was that I was drooling to try their collab with M-Stop deli sandwiches (a place I love). It's a special pizza (meaning out of their regular menu) so I don't know for how long it'll be around but... it was a GREAT pizza. Wow. Full of flavors. Just like many of the recent reviews, this is my breakup with Bravo after many years as a loyal customer. This place used to be our family's go-to pizzeria for the XL JTG Special. But tonight was the worst experience--first, when I arrived to pickup, there were two guys behind the counter (one seemed to be relaxing and having a drink while the other casually made a pepperoni pizza) who insisted that they were super busy and backed up. Really? And they said to come back in 30 minutes! It was incredibly inconvenient to go home and come back. But I did. And then when I got home the pizza looked horrendous, like nothing I've ever had from Bravo. I had ordered thin crust. This was NOT thin. Most of my XL pizza was basically crust! And then when I took a bite, it was soooo salty. It was inedible--and this was supposed to be my dinner. And now I'm hangry. I don't know if they got new ownership with their name change, but sadly I will no longer be ordering pizza from Bravo. It's sad because it is in the neighborhood and it used to be high-quality. I grew up coming to bravos as a kid and felt more recently the food was not like I remembered it so I was excited to see new ownership. Overall it was an okay experience. First, their website has coupon specials but when I asked about them in store, they did not honor them. Had I known I would've just ordered online and picked up my food and saved myself at least $7 on toppings. We ordered a pepperoni and garlic pizza and were disappointed to see almost all cheese with a sprinkling of pepperoni especially knowing we were charged for each topping separately and couldn't use the coupon from online. We paid for bottles waters and then saw another table get a pitcher of water so disappointed knowing we paid $2.50 per water bottle. We also ordered a side of French fries that were not brought out until 35 minutes after we ordered. Mind you, this was after we had finished our entire pizza. The Walls are very white with the exception of the large mural that looks like they're going to add more to so I look forward to seeing that finished. Everyone was nice and attentive but I felt that things were lacking considering the Cost of food. If I do order again from there it will be online to use their coupons read more

After changing owners, they were a bit off but made a comeback, so I started ordering from them again but today I was disappointed because I ordered through the slice app as usual, but when I received my pizza there were no extra sausage and no Canadian bacon. I've been going to Bravo's for years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order yesterday for an extra-large Combo/Pepperoni and a small cheese pizza. The girl who took my order spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone, apologizing several times because she was new. The delivery itself took an hour and a half to arrive. When the food finally showed up, it was completely wrong. The "small cheese" came in a medium box, and instead of the extra-large Combo, I received a medium pizza with only salami and onions. I immediately called back, but no one answered until my fifth attempt. When I finally reached someone named James, he told me I would need to call back the next day for a refund because only the manager could authorize it. The next day, I called back as instructed. James first told me to call in an hour. When I did, a lady told me the manager had stepped away and to try again in 10 minutes. After another round of calls, I finally reached the manager, who simply told me: "I'm not giving you a refund because you ate the pizza." This is completely unacceptable. James could have resolved this immediately by sending a replacement pizza instead of pushing me to call back the next day. Instead, I was met with delays, rudeness, and zero accountability. The owner, Pete, was disrespectful and dismissive. I feel robbed of $72 dollars The whole point of delivery is to not drive back to them and I wasn't going to look at the pizza as a decoration. The staff and pete play games and they know what they are doing. Restaurant SCAM I've supported Bravo's for years, but after this experience, I can't justify returning. read more
