EXTREMELY HONEST shop. I had my neighborhood mechanic diagnose my Q5 (my bad, I know) and was under the impression it would be a $500-750 repair to fix the issue. I drop the vehicle off at Bravo4 and to my surprise, I was told it was a very SIMPLE FIX. Basically just an oil change. Honestly, Bravo4 could have went along with it and pocketed some extra cash, but kudos to the owner. HIGHLY RECOMMED. Will be back for sure. read more

DO NOT...DO NOT take your import vehicles to this shop. This complaint is about BRAVO4 Auto Werks. Trusted my 2007 BMW 328i to BRAVO4 for repairs on April 17, 2026; they kept my car until July 6, 2026. They are not trustworthy. Mark is a liar and will not communicate with you. Instead, Bravo4 kept my car for nearly 12 weeks without providing adequate updates on what they were doing or when it would be finished. I would call, and Marie, the desk assistant, would tell me she did not have any answers. Mark, the technician, was never there. He would be on vacation. My car sat there. I did not have access to what was going on regarding whether any repairs were done. April went into May. I would even go to the shop and appear in person to ask about the status of my car repairs, only to be told that they did not know and that Mark was not there. I made two or three appearances and called weekly about my car over the next eight weeks. April to May, May to June, BRAVO 4 had my car supposedly doing repairs totaling what I agreed to, $2,300. At the end of June, I told them I wanted my car back, repaired as agreed. When I got my car back, my stereo was no longer working, and the ceiling interior was falling out on my head because he left it out in the scorching sun over July 4, windows up tight. They closed the store after I called to say I was picking up my car, and I had to wait until Monday, July 6, 2026. I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD. read more

1st, I would like to say that I been using their Sevice for about 5 years with no problems, but my last experience was horrible. I have a 2005 BMW x5, that I had towed to Bravo 4 Autowerks, due to it not cranking. They kept my vehicle for about 6 weeks and said I needed a new engine costing $9000 to $11000. Of course I said no and had my vehicle elsewhere, come to find out it was an crank shaft sensor, intake cam shaft sensor, and a exhaust cam shaft sensor costing $40 total in parts from amazon (after market brand). I am very disappointed in their handling of my whole situation! read more

Do yourself a favor and find another foreign car shop. I made an appointment to take my MB car in for electrical issues and they had it for over 3 weeks and it was still not ready when I went to pick it up. They clearly did not test drive my car to confirm it was good to go. All kinds of red lights flashed on the dash and they wanted me to take it but I did not. Of couse the new diagnosis added several hundreds to the bill. Mare initially claimed that they have special machinary that can diagnose electrical issues. I thought they were sincere because I would get updates from Mare. They are definetly not customer friendly; only on the phone to get the business. I don't expect folk to work for free but I don't like feeling that I was taken advantage of either. I won't go back and definetly would not recommend to an enemy. If you happen not to believe me --wait on your vehicle which they discourage-- just do not leave it overnight. And definetly read the fine print on the estimates. I believe that Mark fellow is supposedly the master mechanic, owner, whatever, but I am not impressed, at all. read more

Long story, going to make it short. took my 08 bmw in to have it diagnosed cause the engine was missing some time. Bravo said it was the fuel pressure sensor along with other issues with the car. was told verbally that 90% of the time sensor would fix the miss in the engine. well 750.00 dollars later and all of the bs the car is the same. Yes i want be going back nor will i ever own another foreign car. hope this helps someone trying to find a foreign auto repair shop. Do not trust this auto shop with your vehicle! I trusted Mark to stand by his word and install a genuine BMW part on my vehicle, not only did he replace the part with an unauthorized supplier to get the part cheaper so he can jack up the price for the customer, he also damaged my vehicle in the process causing my vehicle not to start 1 day after he "supposedly" repaired it. The vehicle was brought back to him and he would take absolutely zero accountability, use every excuse to blame it on something else. Ask him about the convoluted warranty (about his workmanship and the parts) he tries to text message after you have paid for his services. In my experience, this is typical Bait and Switch Tactics, - No one springs a deceptive warranty "attempting" to escape liability unless they know their work is not quality! Do yourself a favor a find somewhere else to go, buy your own parts, because in my experience he will not be truthful. Recently my 2014 Volkswagen would not start I took it to Keffer Volkswagen at 13651 Statesville Rd. They had my car for two days and then told me that I needed a new engine that would be $20,000 including tax, not only had Keffer Volkswagen not provide a good customer service experience ( my rep Tammy was RUDE and manager made excuses for her) they blew me away with telling me that I needed a new engine, they did not have a used engine and my only option was to pay $20,000 for a new engine. I immediately called a wrecker and ask them to take my car to Bravo 4 Autowerks, I had read great things from the reviews on yelp. Mark and Matthew at Bravo had my car approximately two weeks, they tried everything they could think of to get my car started and eventually they did, in the end I paid $1897 to get my car running again versus $20,000 that Keffer Volkswagen had quoted me, oh and I didn't need a new engine I just needed all of my timing parts changed. Not only does Matthew and Mark give a great customer service, they kept me updated on what was going on with my car, and they got my car running again, I would definitely definitely recommend taking your German made car to bravo 4 you will not be disappointed. I'm not big on writing reviews. I'm more of a read the reviews, then act. I called mark and got a quote. (Clutch and fuel injector replacement) Instantly I liked the price as I had called other places in town and they were considerably more costly. A few weeks later I brought the car in in the morning. The price hasn't changed, still kept his word from when we talked on the phone from before. He told me that the car would be taken care of by the end of the business day. Well sure enough, I get a call at 5:30pm saying that the car was ready for pickup! Just as promised. They close at 6:00pm, but he stayed later to wait for me as I was stuck in traffic. I picked up the car, and drove home happily ever after. The next morning I noticed my exhaust was making a slight rattling noise So I called him and mentioned that. He replied saying no prob, bring that car back anytime and we'll take care of it! A week later I was in the area so I called and asked to stop by. "Sure! On a lark, I made an appointment via the website. It was far too late on my part as it was made after store closing. On the off-chance that I would be seen at the requested time, I went to the shop. The street entrance is a bit tricky to find as both myself and the Uber driver missed it (three times for me versus his only one). That is no fault of the shop. I was greeted immediately once I pulled up. After I explained my appointment scenario, I was told that "Brunhildë" (2010 BMW 528i Xdrive) would be ready by the afternoon! I was elated to just get service even though I technically did not have an appointment. I called shortly after leaving to request an additional service and got no pushback whatsoever! My car was already on the rack to my surprise! I came back in the afternoon without confirming that my car was ready. I got that good a feeling about the shop! She was good to go all around! I was reassured that my additional request had yielded one less worry for me!
