Two days ago, the oil change light came on the dashboard of my Audi…read more Called the station who normally services my Audi they did not have an available appointment for two weeks.+ Right now is a slow time and I have time to take care of things like this. I've used this location on at least two times in the past, one was for tires and each time was a good experience. I was in the Northlake Area today and even though I did not have an appointment, I decided to stop in and see about the oil change. They said they could take me but because I did not have an appointment, there would be a wait. No problem because I was at their mercy and besides, I was not going anywhere anyway. 30 minutes later, my Audi went into one of the bays and 15 minutes later, it was time to check out and pay. Great Service and very reasonable prices. Will keep this place in mind if I need quick turnaround in the future.

I knew the brand of tire I wanted so I told them to make sure it was in stock and ready to be put on my car. I scheduled the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait long and so they would be prepared, but I've been here three hours and I'm still waiting. My car is up in the air in the bay. There was only 1 person sitting in the waiting area with me when I got here so I don't know why they scheduled me for this time if they were not ready to service me.I only came here for a set of new tires. People that dropped their cars off before me have come and gone. I'm going to start looking at Mavis or some other chains that will offer faster service, good customer service, reasonable pricing and someone that values customer's time. My time is important to me and this happens every time I come which is not often. I am not happy this afternoon. I got off early to get this done and over 3 hours is a long time to wait on a set of tires!

Do yourself a favor and find another foreign car shop. They clearly did not test drive my car to confirm it was good to go. All kinds of red lights flashed on the dash and they wanted me to take it but I did not. Of couse the new diagnosis added several hundreds to the bill. Mare initially claimed that they have special machinary that can diagnose electrical issues. I thought they were sincere because I would get updates from Mare. They are definetly not customer friendly; only on the phone to get the business. I don't expect folk to work for free but I don't like feeling that I was taken advantage of either. I won't go back and definetly would not recommend to an enemy. If you happen not to believe me --wait on your vehicle which they discourage-- just do not leave it overnight. And definetly read the fine print on the estimates. I believe that Mark fellow is supposedly the master mechanic, owner, whatever, but I am not impressed, at all.

Yes i want be going back nor will i ever own another foreign car. hope this helps someone trying to find a foreign auto repair shop. Could go on but as i expressed to bravo its water under the bridge. they are very slick with there acting like they are special they are a rip off and they know it. they do it on purpose. they know how to scam you before you get there you can tell afterwards they do this alot . name should be easy money car repair

Recently purchased a 911 from Porsche Northlake. Had a great experience. Car was fairly…read morerepresented, process was transparent. The General Manager Mr. Romano treated me like a VIP all the way thru. I just had the IMS preventative maintenance done by the service department. Mr. Pellett, the service manager was knowledgeable and professional. Will look to do business with this dealership again.

On July 4th, my husband and I decided to check out the new Northlake Porsche. While we were there,…read morewe looked at what was advertised as a 2023 Panamera 4 Platinum Edition in Copper Ruby. Steve also gave us a tour of the new facility while we were there. We asked about the Panamera 4 that they had on the lot. He brought the car around so that we could look at it. Although we had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day, we were interested in learning more about the Panamera model. We currently owned a 2023 Taycan in Cherry Red Metallic. After a discussion and a test drive, we found the Panamera 4 to be a strong contender and decided to consider a potential trade-in, given recent trends in the EV market and concerns about future depreciation. The sales manager presented an initial trade-in offer of $50,000 for our Taycan, which had 10,631 miles, no interior or exterior damage, two new rear tires, and the Premium Package (valued at approximately $7,500). The offer was later increased to $52,000. While we expected some depreciation, the proposed value was lower than anticipated. We were informed that, due to their costs and market conditions, the vehicle would likely be listed between $62,000 and $65,000 for resale after their CPO cost. The sales manager met with us to see if a deal could be finalized, but we opted to return home to consider the offer further. After additional discussion, we informed Steve via text that we were prepared to move forward with the trade. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, July 7th. Before signing, my husband mentioned that reviewing the window sticker, did not identify the vehicle as a Panamera 4 (all-wheel drive) so we questioned the listing. Steve verified this detail and confirmed that the window sticker was accurate, that it was not an all-wheel drive as they advertised. When we inquired about a price adjustment due to this discrepancy, we were told the price would remain unchanged. We asked whether all-weather mats (valued at approximately $200) could be included with the purchase; instead, we were offered a $100 gift card toward the mats. We had purchased our last three cars with Hendrick Porsche and the all-weather mats were included without issue, along with other gifts. Our experience with Northlake Porsche did not meet our expectations. The vehicle we purchased was missing some of the options we believed were included, and the front bumper and hood had poorly executed paint touch-ups, which we plan to have professionally repainted. Additionally, we were initially informed that our trade-in vehicle, the Taycan, would be resold for $62,000-$65,000. However, it is currently advertised on their website for $75,896, which is significantly higher than what we were told. We felt that the offer we received for our car was below its expected market value. We have decided not to pursue future purchases with Northlake Porsche. Moving forward, we plan to service our vehicle with Hendrick Porsche, where we have consistently experienced a higher level of customer service and honesty. We now questioning the integrity of Northlake Porsche.
