They all take the time to examine you carefully and also to listen and answer your questions throughly. The front office staff is also experienced, friendly, helpful, and efficient. On a few occasions they have helped us to get the best product for the best price even if was at a different business. If necessary, you can always get your prescription from them and get it filled elsewhere. Their parking lot is pretty small and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful driving and parking here. There is a light to get in and out of their business and it is needed as the street is busy. Even though spaces are limited, we have always been able to get a spot. Recommend giving these guys a try.

They told me that they would text me within two weeks to let me know that my glasses were ready for pick up. I never received any communication that they were ready to be picked up. Instead I had to call to follow up. I figured with the holidays maybe there was a delay, there wasn't. They received the glasses in mid November and relied on just a single text message (which I never received) to inform me that the glasses were ready. Instead of taking accountability for the lack of communication the front desk person said "well I guess it is our fault" only after I told her that it doesn't make sense only rely on one text message. If a patient doesn't pick up their prescription eye wear, which they need to see, then don't you think you should be more diligent and call to follow up. and again instead of taking accountability and apologize she just said "well we're short staffed." And this wasn't the first issue since my original review in Google where I did give them a 5star review. My husband also had an issue when he came and it took them over two months to finally tell him that the lab wasn't equipped to work with the frames he selected. Again, no accountability or apology for that incident either. Needless to say I'll be looking for a new optometrist.

The doctor showed genuine care and took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the exam. It doesn't get five stars because almost all of the frames did not have a price. I had to keep asking them for the price and it felt like I was disturbing them when busy. I also felt like the prices were expensive and I would love to see more of a variety. I wish I would've gotten my frames at Costco because I ended up paying more than $100 even after insurance. I'd say, go for the eye exam but get glasses online or Costco.

Typically, I was use to waiting a bit to be seen and to pick my frames. This time, I was called in right away and luckily the last staff member saved the frame style into my profile so that saved a bunch of time. My appointment was for 5p, they actually accommodated for an earlier 3pm visit since I was already in the area. I went with a pair of Dita frames and they called me to tell me they were ready in about a week. Overall, they get 5 stars from me because they have the speed of service down now and it doesn't feel like I'm spending too much time there. The frames were perfect as well.

Took us over to one of her assistants and she explained to us all the options and extras we could get. The second time I went in for a yearly eye exam, the receptionist greeted me with a good morning, asked what she could help me with?, before I even greeted her back. The wait was an hour but only because there was a family of 4 ahead of me. The Dr. called me in went into the exam room, asked me a few questions and proceeded. She answered all my questions. I do need glasses ! Before the last exam, she explained she was going to dialate my pupils and that I was going to see blurry for a couple of hours. After, she took me over to choose my new glasses , after like 5-10 min she came back to check on me and see how I was doing and to see if I needed help with choosing some glasses. Really liked that she's there her patients. Told my mom about Dr. Lovato, and I think she'll be giving the office a call.

My family member went to get a lens…read morefitting and turned over their existing frames to find out this office is having financial issues and not paying the Lab they are contracted with (disclosed by their own staff) so that Lab is holding all the patients glasses as collateral or despite until they get paid. We have not got our glasses back since a couple months now. This office will not refund or correct the situation on behalf of their patients up to this point. Worst, Knowing the situation they are in they continue to do business and take from patients putting them in this situation. If anybody else experiences this, This is Fraud and Theft and it needs to be and will be reported to 1) the Healthplan if used. 2) The Optometry Association, 3) General State Attorneys office, 4) file a police report. These are our rights!
