    Suspension rebuild done

Just got off the phone with the manager his name is Jeff. Talked to him about my situation on my alignment that they didn't align my moms car right. I'm a technician and I did a whole suspension rebuild on her car. But my mom does not know anything about cars. When I worked on her car today I noticed it pulls to the right. This was 6 month ago she got her alignment. A proper alignment with everything installed brand new. Lasts about 2-3 years not 6 months. I said I have proof of my work. But did not care to realign my car for free.

Came here due to our vehicles brakes making some noise, and using an online coupon of $20 off premium front or rear brake pads or shoes, total cost out the door $113.00, although the recommended price by Tyler was $305.00 that being said the brakes do come with a life time warranty with both prices quoted.plenty of magazines and a coffee station that has no readily available coffee, the techs do offer bottled water at times.

He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

Sheila was the first to respond, and when she sent over the quote, I almost couldn't believe it. AZ Auto Repair and Body had the best price by a long shot. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by the owner, Mike, with a warm handshake. Even with a lot full of cars, he assured me they'd squeeze me in -- which was a huge relief. In no time at all, my oil change was done, and they genuinely thanked me for coming in. What really stood out to me was the integrity. Not once did they try to upsell me on anything I didn't need -- no pressure, no surprise add-ons, just straightforward and honest service. That alone sets them apart. This place is an absolute gem. Everyone was warm, professional, and kind -- something that's surprisingly hard to find in the automotive world. This is officially my new go-to shop. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't find friendlier people or better prices.

I did my research and saw that Ultimate European Repair received numerous positive reviews and I took it upon faith and decided to bring my car there. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional everyone was. I was greeted by Tatiana who was very pleasant and kept me updated as to what was being done and I felt confident that I wouldn't get "screwed". I decided to let them do the work and they stated that I could pick the car up later but I decided because of traffic during the pickup time that I would get it the following day. The next day they provided me with a Lyft to pick up my car. When I arrived Andrew and Tatiana greeted me and showed me the documentation of everything that was done. I felt that the service cost was fair and I feel confident about coming here again in the future.

Mr. Guy replaced the O2 sensor, charging me a total of $253, and assured me the problem was resolved. Which i had to pay twice However, the check engine light returned shortly after. He then claimed the issue was with the second catalytic converter, as my vehicle has two. I agreed to the repair, but once again, the light came back on. He then informed me the problem could be another sensor and replaced one more. I purchased another sensor myself because I was frustrated with the ongoing issues and paid him to install it, but the light returned yet again. After multiple unsuccessful repairs and charges, I had the vehicle scanned at O'Reilly's, which confirmed that the same Bank 1 O2 sensor (that Mr. Guy had initially replaced) and the catalytic converter were still faulty. To verify, I consulted another mechanic, who performed a diagnostic and confirmed the same: the Bank 1 O2 sensor and catalytic converter remained defective, indicating that the necessary repairs were never properly performed. Despite all this, Mr. Guy attempted to charge me again for another diagnostic, even though the original issues were never resolved. I feel I was misled, overcharged, and the work performed was both ineffective and possibly negligent. This place is shit please don't waste your time or money.
