I would like to give 0 stars to Brakes Plus. These guys are cheaters and lairs. Ron the regional manager is so Rude (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ronaldmcdermott) and doesnt know how to talk to customers. He says that he cannot believe customers and only believes in his employees. According to him customers always liev and says that customers can do nothing to Brake plus irrespective of how badly they treat and cheat people. Chris at the dodge store is a very good liar. I took my car to them for brake inspection and estimation and informed some sound coming from the car. They said that they want to thoroughly check for the sound and said that scan the codes to check if it is not transmission issue and later came to inform that transmission is good but front axle needs to be replaced. Then they repaired the vehicle and said everything is good and topped 2 litres of transmission fluid. We took the car to go and paid $ 732 and soon we came out of Brake plus and the car stopped on road and I called Brake plus and informed about the car. Then they said it is transmission issue and I asked how could they know it then they said they ran the codes after repair and now they are getting some codes which they don't know as they were not transmission experts. There was no reply when we questioned why this was not informed at store. They want to cheat the customers by not telling the problem at store and when we contacted customer service the Area Manager Ron called us and said he want to help us by investing more of our money to get it repaired or checked at some other Brake plus to know exactly what happened and how their technicians did that wrong. He tried to threaten us saying that transmission was gone before you bought the car to Brake plus and how can you you prove that our technicians did anything wrong. When we questioned him certain questions like 1. When there are no codes when vehicle was given to repair how could they get codes after the repair?. 2. And if really there is transmission issue from beginning why didn't Brake plus inform us that and did repair of other things and charged us before attending the main issue. 3. How could the transmission fluid which was good and up to the level before repair which the technician confirmed suddenly got 2 litres missed from it? 4. Why would anyone spend $ 732 on car knowing that if there was transmission issue. There were more and he just simply says its not Brake plus issue read more

I have trusted this particular Brakes Plus since the day Rob opened his doors. I am so grateful for Rob and his team. Over the years, my old girl has needed brakes, rotors, battery, oil changes, etc. Always bad news :( never in budget. Rob gets it! He understands a car is more than transportation, it is independence. Rob is kind, fair and incredibly talented at helping me spend limited funds only where needed not once, not four times... every time my family's cars required repair. They always took great care of me, my mom and my grandfather. Anyone can have a bad experience as per a previously posted reviewer, but I don't believe Rob didn't try to help them. I recently have had the opportunity to seek assistance from the Brakes Plus team. I have found the service the among the best I have ever experienced and competitivel priced. Staff are friendly and actually remember names and provide somewhat personalized service but...maybe that is because I have had to seek their services often in the last 18 mos. These guys/gals have been great everytime I take a car/truck to them. They are..hold on..HONEST. Plus they seem to know what they are talking about. They will tell me whether or not it's worth it to repair ( I have 5 vehicles) based on the vehicle. They are always consultative and search out any parts you need. They position themselves against the "dealer shops"and I can honestly say that Brakes Plus has the dealer shops beat by a mile..or two. Oh..they are also fast. read more

This place is amazing. The staff is all trained to not only address all your concerns but they also talk you through everything. They are very helpful and do not speak to you as though you are stupid and aren't condescending. We came in from California, our minivan brakes began to fail. The team at brakes plus were able fix our brakes and get us back on the road. I had 2 kids and the dog, they made us feel like we were at home waiting. We were back on the road in 3 hours, amazing, complete 4 wheel brake job. I can't say enough good things about them. I came to this location and they found both of the problems on my vehicle making noise and now it's the smoothest ride and the technician even showed me what the problem was.
