To start, I cannot say enough about how well this business is to deal with. All of the people you…read morewill deal with Peter the owner, Melissa the office person and Mark one of the technicians are noting but super dealing with their respective roles. I have doing buiness with them for two and a half years, and several vehicles being serviced. They have performed the necessary work with top quality parts and services, and have also saved me a significant amount of money over what other auto repair business have quoted for the same repair issues. They have even on several occassions come to my home and picked up a vehicle rather than have me drive one with a potentially serious issue. They have also picked me up at home and driven me back. I highly recommend them for any auto repair issues that you may have

The staff were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They told me to come in asap bc they had a window of opportunity to look at and repair my tire, and they kept their word;even showed me the culprit of my slow tire leak. I was so relieved and grateful; they are a great value and I will be back for any and all future repairs I may need. They check all my boxes! PS. They also recommended an emissions testing place that was impeccable as well!

Yesterday was the third time I have brought my fully functioning car to this place for routine…read moremaintenance and the third time a larger more expensive repair was required to get my car safely home. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I have an older vehicle so I don't know if that predisposes me to predatory practices, but moments after I recieved a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, i got another call saying my battery (which had tested 'low' according to their free diagnostic and would cost me an additional $700+ for them to replace) was now dead and the car wouldn't start. No apology or explanation that the reason the car didn't start is because the technician had drained the battery by leaving the dome light on; I know this because it came on when they jump started it with me in the driver's seat. It was the kind of dome/map light that you have to click on intentionally. What is going on here? And why does a $260 12v prius starter battery cost over $700 to have installed at this place? Highway robbery and no remorse. I was able to install a new battery, purchased at an O'Reilly auto parts store near my house, in minutes. Never again!!!

I put the window covers up EVERYTIME I get out of my car, so it's bearable to get back into it. BTW it's 110 degrees outside rn. The time on my reciept says 4:53. SO MY QUESTION IS, WHY SHOULD I BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT IF IT'S GOING TO BE AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE? Next question, IF THEY'RE GONNA TAKE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO DO A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE , WHY CAN'T THEY TAKE HALF A MINUTE TO PUT THE F****** SHADES BACK IN THE WINDOW? IT'S NOT LIKE IT'S THAT HARD TO DO. YOU CAN'T TELL ME THAT THEY'RE SO INEPT THAT THEY CAN'T PUT THE SHADES, THAT THEY TOOK OUT OF THE WINDOW, BACK INTO THE WINDOW, IF THEY CAN CHANGE MY OIL. I WAS NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO BURNING MY HANDS WHEN I GOT BACK INTO MY CAR! So they're not going to be as careful with my car as I am, and they don't care that I took time out of my day to come to their shop. I think i'm kind of insulted. The breakdown on my bill says that out of my ninety seven dollars , twenty five of that was labor. You know , just for the principal of it , I think maybe I should get five bucks off for how long it took and another five bucks for not putting the shades back in the window. I know that anytime I have used someone else's car, I give it back in the same condition that I got it in , because that's how they like their car. I'm so glad that I'm not expect it to leave a tip! So yes, they did the job they were supposed to do. Customer service SUCKS! Maybe that should be put on their parts order form. For a hundred dollars, I can find somewhere else to go for my future oil changes. And trying to find their location for this review, i found a $20 COUPON That they didn't mention!

Omar rolled his eyes at my rebuffs of him trying to sell me things on top of the oil change. Same rolling of the eyes when I asked that the tires be pumped to 32 which is closer to the factory standard of 30 for my car "We do it at 35 here". I requested he print out the estimates for all the services he wanted to sell me. "Do you need me to actually print it out?" At the end, I pointed out the chauvinist attitude and was told "You're just difficult" and "God bless you!" which sounded like "F*@k you". The fee including tax for oil change had been quoted to me to be $75. I noticed I was charged $79.88. I approached a very nice staff member Tabor who took my receipt and said he would try to help. Out comes out Omar with his bullying attitude spitting out "Do you have a problem with the invoice?" I told him I would like to deal with his colleague. "Here! Out of my own pocket!" he fishes out a five dollar bill from his sweaty pocket and shoves it into my hand. And I get another "God bless you!" that has so much hatred in it. I go back to Tabor and ask him to take the bill and to give me a five out from the register. On the way home, I get a tire pressure sign which I have not seen for many months. I measure the tire pressure: 34.3, 33.7, 36.9 and 37.4. Not only was Omar rude, he was plain misogynist and unprofessional. Tabor mentioned this was not the first time a woman has complained of being treated in a hateful, misogynist way. Their boss Jerry is out on vacation. If I don't get my money back, I'll dispute the charge. Can't believe this just happened.
