They always do an incredible job and it's a quick turn around! So grateful for you, Vega's! You are simply the best! I recommend this place to all my friends that need all things tailored. 10 stars if I could! Don't forget, cash only! And if you want to make this sweet ladies day, a little tip from me to you.... She loves orchids! Thank you for all your hard work, Vega's! Impeccable work as always with a gentle smile on her face.

I even mentioned that I expected to pay an extra $20-25 for expedited service. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I was quoted $55 just to take in the waist of one pair of jeans--the same price I paid for the jeans themselves. The explanation was that she was setting aside other work, but the jeans were made from inexpensive material and the alteration was relatively straightforward. I've had designer jeans tailored before, including pairs that cost several hundred dollars, and even with rush service I've typically paid around $15-25. What bothered me even more than the price was the customer service. The woman was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by simply asking for a service she had already agreed to discuss over the phone. If she didn't want to take on a same-day alteration, I would have completely understood if she had simply said no from the beginning. I was also there with my young daughter, and after we left she asked if we had to "see the evil witch again." While kids can be blunt, it reflected how uncomfortable the interaction felt. I have no issue paying for quality work or paying extra for rush service, but I do expect fair pricing and professional treatment. Based on my experience, I won't be returning and unfortunately can't recommend this business.

My dress needed the straps to be shorter and my slit was sewed since it was rather high. I also added sleeves to my dress and she did an amazing job! With the extra fabric, she offered to make two pocked squares as well. My sister and I had a very small window in which we needed alterations for her bridesmaid suit and my dress. They got them BOTH done so fast and the work was incredible. Aside from the work, they have great customer service which seems to be hard to come by these days. Highly recommend this place! Would definitely return. More info on cost: I paid $138 for the slit to be sewed, straps to be shorter, added sleeves, plus two pocket squares. My sisters alterations to her suit were nearly the same amount

"How did this ever happen??!", noticing a buttonhole that needed a small amount of repair. She automatically took the shirts and hung them up on her to-do rack making it somewhat uncomfortable for me to say thanks, but no thanks. It was then I wanted to know how much the bill would be, and she replied $24. I then grabbed the shirts off of her rack and bid her a good day. I have seen this same tactic used at different types of repair shops where the owner overly dramatizes what needs to be done and takes possession of the item prior to discussing the charge or getting approval. In sales that's called the assumptive close, where they act as though they assume you will approve the work and pay their price for the very minimal effort required. Don't fall for it. I have just now received a response from the lady's husband indicating that I must have visited a different shop and mistakenly thought I was in theirs. Absolutely not possible as I've been in several times in the past. Perhaps showing the shirts will refresh her memory and also defend my own. For full disclosure, the green shirt does have a small half-inch rip on the back side.

I brought in my gown and instantly knew I was in good hands. Sadly, I had to step away due to budget constraints, and I genuinely regret not being able to move forward with her--she is absolutely worth every penny. By the time I decided to proceed, she had already taken on two more brides, and it was too late. One of my close friends ended up working with Roxie, and her gown fit like a dream--flawlessly tailored and completely personalized. I have no doubt she would have done the same for me. Roxie's passion for her work shines through in everything she does. She doesn't just alter gowns--she transforms them into something uniquely yours. In another life, I would have had the honor of wearing a gown touched by her magic.

Where do I even begin?…read more Planning a wedding is supposed to be one of the happiest times in your life - but for me, it started out with heartbreak. My original dress came in with the completely wrong cup size, and to make matters worse, the alterations place I went to charged me $1,200 for work that was not only unfinished but done so poorly it broke my spirit. I felt defeated, disappointed, and honestly, just so let down. Eventually, I was able to trade my dress in for a new one - but by then, I only had six weeks until my wedding day. That's when I found Roxie. From the moment I met her, something felt different. I shared my story with her - how I felt like I had been taken advantage of, how much money I'd lost, and how crushed I was - and she cried with me. That moment will forever stay with me. Her empathy, her compassion, her kindness - it was like a warm hug when I needed it most. She told me she sees brides go through these things far too often, and it broke her heart. But what she gave me was hope. Roxie isn't just a seamstress. She is an artist. A healer. A safe place in the middle of what can be a chaotic, overwhelming process. She poured her heart and soul into my dress. Every stitch was filled with care and intention. She was meticulous, talented beyond words, and so deeply invested - not just in making my dress perfect, but in making sure I felt perfect in it. By the end of our time together, Roxie wasn't just someone who altered my dress - she became a part of my wedding story. A bright, beautiful chapter I'll always cherish. She makes you feel like family, like you matter, like you're not just another client - you're a bride she truly cares about. In a world where brides are too often taken advantage of, Roxie is a rare gem. She made me feel whole again. And for that, I will be forever grateful.
