They are always quick to take your name, number, address when I only called for a simple enquiry for full inspection. When i got there the clerk lady seemed busy so I sat down for 10 minutes. There are no "appointment" times, it is first come first served, however we did call ahead to make sure they weren't too backed up. Mike, the owner, said "bring it on by" so we dropped it off Thursday morning. They were unable to really look at it until Friday and on Saturday, they called with the issue and estimate. It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor. As a customer, I relied on their professional expertise to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive, and I trusted them when they said the issue had been fixed. They repaired the driver's side but failed to recommend or even mention replacing the passenger's side. Just three days later the passenger side brake line failed completely. I had to blindly fly into a turn with absolutely no brakes, putting myself and my family in extreme danger. This forced me to pay for a tow and take the vehicle to a different mechanic to actually get the problem fixed correctly. I called to try and get a partial refund, and the manager claimed they did recommend replacing both sides, which they absolutely did not. I would have gladly paid to replace both sides if they had given me the option. I know how critical brakes are. They refused to take responsibility for the danger they put us in and only offered me a "deal" on an oil change or small maintenance work. I obviously do not trust them to touch my car ever again. If you value your safety, go anywhere else.

They seemed very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable, like they were guessing how to fix it and never sure what the real issue was even after the diagnostic. I realize every problem isn't always going to be obvious how to solve, but it was the fact they charged me so much for something I never needed. They also aren't good at communicating with customers and it seems like they're not even good at communicating with each other. Different people would answer my calls and have no idea what another person was doing or what progress was made on a certain car. Every time I called they would put me on hold, and then transfer me to someone else just to tell me ANOTHER person will call me back when they get the chance. The first time it took them an hour to call me back, the second time they never called me back. They are your typical car service scammers who don't even seem qualified to be working there in the first place. I am not the only one who has had bad experiences with them, my dad has as well, pretty much same issues. Please take your car anywhere else.
