Great place! Didn't treat me like a dumb girl and didn't try to talk me into unnecessary repairs. Actually cost less than what I was quoted.

What can I say about Premier Tire? This is not your typical auto/tire shop. We had an engine blow…read moreon one of our vehicles. We still owed a little bit of money on it and it was out of warranty. They bent over backwards to try to find me the best deal they could. We didn't end up replacing the motor and bought a new car instead. They allowed me to leave the car in one of their bays until I figured out what I was going to do. These are fare, honest people that aren't looking to get one over on you. I've been back several times since then. I took one of my cars in with a screw in the tire recently. The screw was in a bad spot right on the edge and it continued to leak. They attempted another method but there was no saving this tire. They did all this work without even charging me. They understand how to take care of repeat customers! Briar is the one I usually deal with when I call or go in. This guy is a class act and will remember who you are. This is the hometown mechanic shop that I've been looking for. Any work I need completed on any of my 3 cars will be done here. They have a customer for life in me!

I originally asked them to diagnose why my heat was only blowing warm air. Instead of addressing that issue, they charged me $3,000 for work that didn't fix anything, then told me it would be another $3,000 to pull the dash and actually repair the heat. Since my car is only worth about $5,000, I declined. The next morning, my battery was dead. The technician who replaced it told me the shop hadn't even done the most basic step--disconnecting the battery during repairs. He reset my electronics and confirmed what I suspected: I'd paid for unnecessary work and was about to be overcharged again. I went to another shop for a second opinion. That mechanic flushed the heater core, cleared out the buildup, and restored perfect heat--for $200. He also mentioned I was the fifth customer he'd seen recently who came from Premier with expensive bills and unresolved issues. All women, all overcharged, none of the problems fixed. It seems the new owners are relying on the reputation of the previous ones, but based on my experience, that goodwill won't last long. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. If you want honest, competent work, take your car to Import Support in Cleveland. They fixed my car, treated me fairly, and earned my loyalty

But for any major repairs, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. The communication here was poor. Back in March, I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue. After their inspection, they told me the transmission needed to be replaced--an extremely expensive fix. It felt like I wasn't getting the full story and that they were more interested in replacing parts than truly diagnosing the problem. Thankfully, I sought out a transmission specialist for a second opinion. He diagnosed the issue correctly, repaired it at a much lower cost, and didn't require any money upfront. I've had my truck back for about four weeks now, and it's running perfectly. In fact, the transmission is now operating about 30 degrees cooler than before. Bottom line: Great for basic services, but be cautious when it comes to major repairs.

Looking for a new truck brought me to Don Ledford because they had a midsize truck that was close to what I wanted. When I called to inquire they put me in touch with Lucas Norman. Luke was young and that worked in his favor for me, because he has yet to take on the typical car salesman vibe. Very polite and personable. He did a great job of explaining all the benefits of the truck I had my eye on but a used full size truck caught my attention and I decided it going to be my new vehicle It took a little negotiation to meet at a price we both were ok with, but overall the experience was pretty painless and I drove away happy with my new truck.
