Mike, the owner, said "bring it on by" so we dropped it off Thursday morning. They were unable to really look at it until Friday and on Saturday, they called with the issue and estimate. It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor. Different people would answer my calls and have no idea what another person was doing or what progress was made on a certain car. Every time I called they would put me on hold, and then transfer me to someone else just to tell me ANOTHER person will call me back when they get the chance. The first time it took them an hour to call me back, the second time they never called me back. They are your typical car service scammers who don't even seem qualified to be working there in the first place. Shes very dishonest to customers. She had my car for almost a week taken apart and lied to me about having the part when she never had it, she lied to me more than four times about having the part when it wasnt even in her possession, so my car sat taken apart for no reason. Charged me $1000 to take it apart let it sit for a week then put it back together. Since I had already paid that much I came back when she told me she finally had the part. I should've known that she was going to lie to me AGAIN. I brought my car in monday and was told it would be ready for pick up no later than Wednesday morning. She promised me that because beforehand I told her I had very important things to do this week. She still has my car and it got started and taken apart Wednesday and its now Thursday. I texted her saying this is bs and I needed my car. She then went and texted me back saying I couldn't pick my car up until 6pm after they closed because I "cussed" her out. The only cuss word I said was the situation was bs, never called her out of her name or anything! I have the proof in the text messages. She lied and told me that the car would be done by no later than 1 pm today. Its now 4:05 pm and I have to wait til 6pm to pick it up if its even done. This isnt the first time nor last time she will do this to someone so be very careful and do not come here for service. Her workers are not reliable either. They come and go and hangout in the parking lot or inside the front office area not even working on the cars like these customers aren't important. This really sucks having to write such a bad review about Cheyanne because she used to be like a sister to me. Shes so worried about her boytoy in prison instead of worrying about her failed marriage and her actual JOB. I dont care what is said its entirely unprofessional and she needs to get her mind right because these customers arent gonna deal with the unprofessionalism and disrespect and shes gonna go out of business. I am going to get my car inspected at another shop because Im not so sure she didnt mess with my car. I called the dealership from where I got my car and they told me theyve had more than they can count complaints about cheyanne and her workers so they no longer send cars there to get repaired or worked on because of the issues she has caused.
