I was really disappointed by this bar tonight. I'm visiting from out of town and was very excited to check out this bar as a queer person of color. The vibe was not friendly. It was the end of the night and we were hoping to join in a couple songs and sing some karaoke before they closed. They let us in, but went through my purse and removed my water. They also didn't have the song we wanted after saying they "pretty much have everything." (But that's understandable, it happens). But then the kicker was they came to us and asked if we wanted to get a drink. Seeing as though they were about to close and we'd had some drinks at other bars earlier, we opted not to. We were then told, "We don't charge a cover but one of our rules is you're required to buy a drink." So we left. That sounded like a load of crap. And if it hadn't been the end of the night, we would've been more comfortable purchasing one. I had heard so many good things about this bar and I'm sad my experience was not positive. read more

I'm so impressed with this place! My friend had a sudden seizure while hanging out there. Pierre was so helpful and caring during this episode. These people take care of their customers. Def tip Pierre, he's awesome! read more

This is the best gay bar in Phoenix! Audrey, the owner, is so amazing she even gave my friend jerky when he said he needed to eat. The bartenders are super friendly and it's not filled with an older crowd. They've got people of all ages and all walks of life . Next time I'm in Phoenix I am definitely going back and I urge everyone to join me. They go above and beyond to keep everyone smiling and having fun. Seriously it's amazing so give it a try. Also the bartender Kristen is the best in town. I didn't even have to order a specific drink. I told her what type of drinks I liked and she surprised me with a whole new drink that was to die for. read more

As a gay man I always feel welcome here & I gotta say always have a blast dancing. Owners & bartenders always very sweet

Definitely a fun place! Music is good, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food! This is the go-to bar, and the fact that it's geared for the ladies is always a plus! read more

This is the bar you go to when you start at Stacy's and realize you aren't having any fun and the music isn't doing your mood any justice. Staff is friendly, chatty and really know how to make the drinks so they hit you without tasting like they will. The music is tasteful, dance-worthy and full of new songs (and a few slow dancing songs). I'm not a every weekend bar-goer, but I will definitely be frequenting this place. Can't wait to come back to this place when I'm needing a drink, dancing and a GREAT time! read more

Great friendly bartenders and the owner is a awesome person you have to meet. If you're in the area it's definitely worth a visit. Fun laid back atmosphere. A judgment free zone where everyone is welcome. Come check it out! read more

Stopped in for Whiskey Wednesday. Had a great time. Ask for the glory hole. You're in for a good time at Boycott! ;)

What a nice place to go to on a lazy Sunday. Audrey is quite friendly and well engaged with her patrons. Drinks are reasonable and we are sure to come back. They just celebrated a year of being open so here is to many more. Keep doing what you're doing. read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Every staff member was ridiculously sweet to my partner and I (it was our first time) and we even met Audrey! She came and talked to us and got to know us. The atmosphere feels safe as a queer woman. It was so refreshing. We will definitely be locals here. read more

This is place is pretty sweet for a Sat night in the city. The bartenders are the bomb! Definitely check them out!! Great drinks!!!

The staff and owners are fantastic and went out of their way to show us a great time!!

My first time in Phoenix and welcomed with open arms. The owner and the regulars were more than happy to host some out-of-towners! Great prices! Great music! They have an indoor smoke room with a pool table and a NES which is awesome! Definitely will be returning! read more

Not even a question that this place is 5 stars. Lovely staff, great Hip Hop, R&B, Ol Skool, Reggaton DJ playing every night. Good looking people. You want to be here. Perfect pregame spot or post up for the night. read more

Very friendly and welcoming. They happened to have ceviche the night I came by and it was excellent. Great drinks, reasonably priced and served with a great vibe. read more

This is probably the sorriest excuse for a new gray bar on the boulevard. It's been open for just over a month now and there's no customers inside I don't 12:17 AM on a Friday night. I don't know when people will learn that lesbian bars just don't work - even if they're all inclusive. What's even more sad is either the Bartender or the owner is standing outside begging people to come in. Just open a slam bar here, and get a full bar. It's really sad. read more

Boycott Bar is the best lesbian/lgbtq Bar in Phoenix!!! The owner is so sweet and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in! The vibe is so inviting and non judgmental. I want to spend every single weekend at this amazing place!! Make sure you ask for the ménage à trois shots!! They are the most mouth watering, delicious thigh you will ever have read more

Amazing lesbian bar in Arizona, awesome staff, good music, beautiful ladies and the drinks are to die 4.

Had a great night last night at Boycott Bar. All are welcome and Audrey the owner greeted us at the door and made us feel extremely part of her family. It's a neighborhood bar with a dope vibe. Not many people on a Tuesday night due to just reopening but it got busier later and everyone was vining to the music being played on the juke box. Really chill spot for drinks and the pizza was bomb! Definitely recommend that you check it out! read more

I've had some great nights here since this bar has opened! Having gone to many of the bars in the central Phoenix area I have to say, with what's going on in this world today, safety is a big thing for me. Every time I have come to boycott I feel safe! I feel like I can have fun without having to worry about what's going on around me! Love this place!!! read more

Best bartenders ever. So nice, take great care of you. You can't beat the service, provided by the owners behind the bar. Great place for any and all. read more

I probably liked this place for different reasons as everyone else. I was walking a friend home from Lux and we decided to stop and have one more drink. Neither of us had been here before and it was pretty quiet so we decided to try it out. I guess at midnight on a Wednesday not a lot of people are out drinking late. The bar tender was super nice and they had great drink specials. Also the bartender was super attentive and even hooked us up with some free songs on the juke box and darts. Honestly it's was like two dollars worth of free stuff but it's nice to be someplace in central that actually has good staff/service and isn't full of people for a change. This place is totally gonna be my late night Wednesday drinking spot. Try it out. read more

I re located to Arizona from New York about 8 months ago and i did a google search on gay bars in the area, Boycott bar was the first one to pop up. I have to say this place feels like home, the owner Audrey is always there welcoming guests and super friendly.. you feel right at home here, there is a vibe in this place that is unmatched. The music is always good, the people here are also welcoming and friendly... every time i have a friend visiting from back hime i bring them here. Love the energy, the vibe.. the ASS lamp is a must see! Also CBD oil shots in a bar? Awesome.... love this place read more

I went here with a couple friends and we had a great time. Everyone was so nice and the ceviche is amazing! We left our car there to go to another bar down the street and come back to check on our car and Lyft home but the owner (Audry) insisted on giving my partner and I a ride home and also had one of her employee's drive my partners car home so we had it in the morning. Thank you so very much for what you and your staff did for us and if everyone would do little things like this the world would be a better place. read more

Meh, the lesbian bar scene in Arizona is always soooooo disappointing. I believe boycott bar was an old LGBT bar that's been " rebranded " recently so myself and 4 friends decided to give it a shot on a Saturday night. They had a decent crowd of people, they had a 5 dollar cover charge which kinda sucks, majority of 21 plus bar/club venues don't have a cover charge so be prepared to pay for the unknown. After gaining entrance to the venue we immediately went to the bar where it appears some young highly unattractive women were dancing on the bar in what appeared to me neon fish nets, thigh bands, or just a simple colored bra. With dollar bills hanging from thigh bands and such, swinging and sweating on the bar, where bartenders are making your beverage. I found it tacky but it may be some people's thing. ‍. We then ventured to the pool hall, we seen tables and immediately got excited, headed to the door that said slide here, we slid the door open and walked into what appeared to be a sweat room, it was moist and humid and absolutely ZERO AIR CONDITIONER ! If fear of melting off makeup and sweating through our clothes we then searched for some space on the dance floor. We found some seats some friends danced and I sat to observe that the venue I just paid 5 bucks to get into has zero standard. Women were wearing flip flops. One girl had on pajama pants flip flops and a plain tank top. The music was outdated, there were a few songs that are now hot and mainstream but not enough to get me to join this crowd. The only consistent thing about this bar was the staff, it was clearly visible who worked there, they all had nice tshirt that matched the staff was polite when they cleared our drinks, when we ordered and when we left. All in all, this isn't a place I think I'd visit again. It's tacky & draws an extremely odd group of people. If your looking to get fancy, wear heels and venture out, steer clear of this joint. It's a buzz kill and an epic fail for a lesbian bar. read more

I went to a Yoga & mimosa session this past Sunday. It was the 1st time Boycott hosted this event. It was so fun and relaxing. Miranda was the yoga instructor who did an awesome job. Aubrey, the owner of Boycott, was very friendly and helped made the experience awesome. read more

Bar sucks! 1 beer on tap, water leaking on the dance floor prices for drinks are too high.

My friends and I were in phoenix last night and looking for a fun, but chill spot to have some drinks.. we found this place online and decided to go! It was amazing! The moment we walked in, before we could even get to the bar... the bartender/owner greeted us with a smile and asked where we were from and what we wanted to drink... she was so friendly and welcoming! They had everything that we wanted to drink, great music, pool table, even Nintendo! I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are ever in town! read more
