Walked in at 11am to see the store looking like it had been looted. The store manager didn't say a…read moreword to me (and I was the only one there) as she proceeded to text on her phone and slowly open up items and add them to a display. I'm shocked to see a retail store in this sorry state. Items thrown under displays, trash and grime on the floor and shelves, items carelessly thrown around, there's no love and care at all. But, that all makes sense given that the employees are verbally harassed, yelled at, and talked down to by upper upper management. If I was consistently made to feel like I wasn't good enough by my superiors, I wouldn't put any effort or love into my work either.

It is packed with lots of Japanese products, stuffed animals, purse charms, blind boxes and cool chopsticks. I enjoyed looking around their store. Lots of cute items. Things are pricier compared to Miniso. I found a cute cat gel pen for $2.99. I thought that was a decent price. I decided to purchase it. At the checkout, the employee helping me was very polite. My transaction was fast and I was off to my next stop. It's always fun looking in Tokyo Japanese Lifestyle stores. You never know what cool things you will find.

I was looking for a particular size but ended up finding it on my own in a different rack. My family will be pleased with their new t-shirts. I'm pleased that I didn't break the bank.

Simple, high-quality, everyday clothing [Milpitas CA]…read more Visited this Uniqlo store located at the Great Mall in Milpitas (Bay Area). This store is bigger than the one we have in Roseville. Sometimes they might have a slightly different discounted merchandise depending on what sells better with the demographic so we wanted to check it out. The dressing rooms are at the "tunnel." The sale items were indeed different from what we have in Roseville and I ended up finding jeans I liked, had it altered for $5 (the jeans were under $20, any bottoms purchased over $20 is free alteration). My item was ready for pick-up in a couple of hours. The employees were friendly and helpful and provided great customer service.. The Great Mall is one big circle and Uniqlo has two entrances on each end... I think it's the only store that has that feature. Best entrance to the mall would be from Entrance 4 (near the Dining Pavilion) or Entrance 1 (across from Camille La Vie). Review #3941

But today I took my nephew shopping and he stopped at Zumiez (his first time ever shopping at Zumiez, he never realized they'd have clothes he likes) ...a young guy comes and starts helping my nephew, no big deal. He tries on the clothes and only like the pair of jeans. AS SOON as my nephew comes out the dressing room, he walks over and asks what he likes and didn't like. He stated he was going to keep the jeans. The young man said he'll put the clothes at the register, I was like, no I can hold it, but homeboy insisted. I'm not about to argue with him, so whatever. Then it comes to my nephew wanting the jeans back because he wanted to match them to a shirt, homeboy was like, well give them to you when you ring up. My nephew then says, just to get his jeans back, I'm ready to be rung up. Okay, I'll let her know. What pissed me off is that he tried to make it seem like my nephew had to keep the jeans at the register meanwhile everyone else in line had their clothes in their hand. I went to the jeans and grabbed them from the counter and held them just like everyone else. The only reason why I am using the race card today is because 1. my nephew was the only Black kid in the store, 2. every time my nephew touched something, he came to the "rescue", 3. yes her helped other people, but not once did he keep them from holding their clothes. It just felt like he was targeted as someone who will steal. and 4. there was a group of other kids with backpacks who looked more suspicious than my nephew, but homeboy did nothing to them I will never let my nephew shop at Zumiez again. Sorry if this doesn't sound like a big deal...but in person, the whole interaction was just off and made me feel so uncomfortable.

The store was empty-ish when we came in,…read moreand when my brother mentioned the look he was going for (smart casual), the salesperson (Alex) working at the register joined us on said mission. He was super, super helpful and found an entire outfit of pieces that looked great and were all basically exactly what my brother was looking for. There was zero pushiness at all and seemed to have a genuinely good time just helping us out and finding what they had that would fit what we were looking for. (I'm honestly genuinely hoping he gets a commission because I feel like this kind of customer service is pretty hard to find these days.) Just as an aside, my brother updates his wardrobe something like once every 5-10 years and balks at the thought of spending more than $20-30 on an article of clothing.
