The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the different brands and we didn't feel pressured or chased around the store like some other places. Also quick delivery they came on time and even called 20 minutes prior. The delivery man even helped me with the frame, since I couldn't figure out the middle bar. Would recommend!

My dining room chairs are constantly wobbly, and require tightening every other week or so. My couch has begun to fall apart, and my bed has broke for a second time. The first time the bed broke, we were luckily under the pathetic 1 year warranty, but now we're SOL. Everyone can argue to buy extended warranty options, but another $500+ is hard for everyone to fork over. If I knew their products were such garbage, that can't last daily use, I would've, but instead I trusted a name brand corporation to have the customer's interests at heart. Will NEVER shop at Ashley's again and will NEVER recommend them to friends and family.

There are only a limited amount of times where I left feeling good about spending hard earned money, and this is certainly one of them. Walking into the store had a familier feel. Furniture wall to wall, spread across in sections dependent on whether you were shopping for living, bed, dining or family room. On the walls were specialty packages containing pieces which fit together for an exceptional value. Brand names from Ashley, Simmons, and many others; including some from small companies from around the state. During the COVID crisis, limited personnel were on hand, but the customer service had not suffered. Taking the time to listen to my needs and making more than one recommendation so I may try different pieces to match my direct need. After the selection process and the discussion of price and payment they then sat down and we talked about time and the changes the local area has been through. A fine experience and a really great buy from this retailer which has been in business for over forty years. Highly recommended for your next furniture purchase.
