STAY AWAY! My…read moreexperience with the Jorge (CEO) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Jorge promised me an itemized quote 3 times, and he failed to live up to his word every time. Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. Two months later he has failed to do anything he said he would, and only provided me with excuses has to why he couldn't do what he said he would. For a company that says they value customer satisfaction I was extremely dissatisfied by his lack of professionalism. Unless you want to waste your time, STAY AWAY!!!!

I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Everyone has their "contractor nightmare" stories and no one likes to deal with the uncertainty. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired to do a job. I highly recommend Hathcock Home Services for your home improvement and maintenance needs. We will use them again.

Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.
