They came out as soon as possible, replaced the coil and got us back in business. We've been a customer ever since. We finally were able to have them put in our DREAM garage door - sounds silly but we had an old one layer metal, uninsulated, bent door and our garage stayed dirty, dusty and HOT and COLD all the time. It was gross. SO, we were finally able to order a double layer, insulated door with insulated windows and a new "mac daddy" opener to handle the 309 lb. door. I'm so HAPPY!!! The garage stays clean, it's so much more secure and it doesn't get hot and gross - oh and it's SUPER QUIET!! The new opener came with a little camera so I can't sneak out and go shopping anymore without hubby knowing LOL. Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message.
