They originally…read morecharged me $5,150 but settled for $4,700 CASH, $1,250.00 more than their closest competitor and in the process, they severally damaged my property by hauling a very heavy trailer across soft wet ground leaving 5 to 6 inch deep tire rutts on my lawn and other areas. They did pay me $300 to release their trailer and void any further responsibility for them to make repairs but I was stuck with all the expense and labor to restore what they damaged. I contacted this roofer (he had worked on our home before) more than a year ago. Thinking the same shingles worked on by him had come off, I reached out to the company to ensure they guaranteed their work. Once he went out to take a look (only a couple days later I might add), it turned out they were "different shingles". However, to my surprise, he said he was going to do the work anyways! To my greater surprise, he did it as a courtesy! It's rare to find a company that cares more about helping someone, than they do about their bottom line. This company goes above and beyond. I originally found this company when we were stationed in Alabama, a couple of years ago, through word-of-mouth. They have a flawless reputation; and my experience proves they're still living up to it. As a military family, we have lived or visited all around the world (Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, London, and all over the United States). You just don't find that type of business anymore. Well, I'm sure they are out there, but they are rare. This definitely is one of those companies. Excellent work, reasonable prices, polite and professional service, and most importantly they guarantee their work! Well, for that matter, in my case, they fixed what turned out not to even be their work. The work they did for me, a while back, still looks perfect. I would absolutely recommend this company. Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. Two months later he has failed to do anything he said he would, and only provided me with excuses has to why he couldn't do what he said he would.
