We have known Charlene and Mark since the day we moved into our home, 9 years ago. Thankfully they had put a sticker on the inside of the garage door when the previous owners used their service, because our garage door broke ON MOVING DAY! They came out as soon as possible, replaced the coil and got us back in business. We've been a customer ever since. We finally were able to have them put in our DREAM garage door - sounds silly but we had an old one layer metal, uninsulated, bent door and our garage stayed dirty, dusty and HOT and COLD all the time. It was gross. SO, we were finally able to order a double layer, insulated door with insulated windows and a new "mac daddy" opener to handle the 309 lb. door. I'm so HAPPY!!! The garage stays clean, it's so much more secure and it doesn't get hot and gross - oh and it's SUPER QUIET!! The new opener came with a little camera so I can't sneak out and go shopping anymore without hubby knowing LOL. This is the second time I've used MP Garage Doors, and I've been extremely please each time. The first time, about a year ago, was to balance and adjust the garage door. They also replaced some of the hinges and the rollers, and the garage door opens and closes smoothly and silently. This time was for a broken torsion spring. I called around 11:00 AM and they were able to get here by 2:30 the same day. Now that's service! I highly recommend MP Garage Doors to anyone that needs a new door, or repairs to their existing door(s). Their prices are reasonable and they do extremely high quality work. read more

I had to delete my first review once I realized this company is DEFINITELY NOT 5 stars! They replaced my 2 garage door openers. I knew they didn't deal with warranty/insurance companies so I never asked them to submit a claim. But my home warranty needed verifying information - name of company, license #, & serial #'s, etc about the garage door openers installed). I had to ask them to just submit a form providing this information so I could get reimbursed. They REFUSED! The woman I spoke with told me she doesn't have the information - including the serial #'s for the garage door openers. WHAT?!?! A company installs a mechanical device in my home and they don't even know what they installed???? WHOOPS! 5 stars just went to 1 star. I advise yelp review readers to check around! I am new to Dothan so based my hiring of this company on yelp/google reviews. So I hope my review encourages at least one person check around before hiring! read more

Just this last weekend I unfortunately smashed my garage door with my Toyota. 4:30 pm, Saturday, I am at a loss for what to do. Luckily my longtime girlfriend recently went through much the same. She used MP Garage LLC and was happy to recommend them. I left a voice mail around 5:00pm Saturday and by 7:25 am Monday they were on the phone with me...sent a crew to asses damage...made a Wednesday appointment for a whole new assembly. By noon the new door was up...all old materials carried away and I could not be happier with the quality of the door or the cost, which was very reasonable. WOW Cannot recommend this company any higher.If I could give a 10 I would. We had to go out of town when our garage door broke. Left a message via website , Charlene called while my daughter and I were on the road. She diagnosed the problem right away and gave me an estimate. She knew we where on the way to Texas for a funeral and sent someone out. Yes, I backed into my garage door. Yes, I should have opened it before exiting garage. Good news: This wonderful company (the owner did this job) was prompt, courteous, honest, and competent. For $85 two hinges were replaced,the door straightened, and all mechanisms oiled. The results have been amazing. No more grinding. We can close the garage door at night without worrying about waking the neighbors! Plans were also discussed, should this fix not last, about replacing two door panels. Since our builder didn't listen to us, and installed a builder's grade door, we decided to change it. From the first phone call till the install guys left, Top Notch Service. We had in mind a particular door, looking for insulating capabilities and matching the house. Mr. Mark came out to the house and did his measurements. Then we stopped into the showroom and worked with Ms. Charlene. She listened to us and what we wanted. She made some great suggestions and even guided us in saving money. Door and hardware ordered. The guys were here today to do the install. Fast, clean, and precise. They took the old door down and go the new one up pretty fast. No doubt these guys are very experienced in their business. They even ensured that the door was installed so pretty much, no day light could be seen, minimizing the chances of critters getting in. The made the adjustments, explained the settings, and offered advice to keep the hinges and such maintained. They also told me if I had any issues to call the office immediately. They cleaned up the area, ensured I was happy before leaving. I would not hesitate recommending them...terrific customer service! read more

Garage door was noisy opening/closing. Tech came and sprayed Garage Door 3 in 1 oil on the rollers. Charged me $65. Door is still noisy. Save yourself the $65 service charge and buy a can of the 3 in 1 oil for garage doors. read more

Called for replacement garage doors, gentleman came-measured-ordered. On the replacement day the men came, removed all the old tracks etc., and installed the new + new opener. No fuss no muss no mess left behind! An absolutely wonderful job! And the doors look and work great! read more
