They came out as soon as possible, replaced the coil and got us back in business. We've been a customer ever since. We finally were able to have them put in our DREAM garage door - sounds silly but we had an old one layer metal, uninsulated, bent door and our garage stayed dirty, dusty and HOT and COLD all the time. It was gross. SO, we were finally able to order a double layer, insulated door with insulated windows and a new "mac daddy" opener to handle the 309 lb. door. I'm so HAPPY!!! The garage stays clean, it's so much more secure and it doesn't get hot and gross - oh and it's SUPER QUIET!! The new opener came with a little camera so I can't sneak out and go shopping anymore without hubby knowing LOL. THANK YOU GUYS for giving us a wonderful product, great service and always prompt, courteous and exceptional service!! Oh, and a friend of our's told us he got a door from a different company and got half the door we did for $3K more! Great Price! Great Service! Great Product! Call MP!!

They also replaced some of the hinges and the rollers, and the garage door opens and closes smoothly and silently. This time was for a broken torsion spring. I highly recommend MP Garage Doors to anyone that needs a new door, or repairs to their existing door(s). Their prices are reasonable and they do extremely high quality work.

The technician demanded cash ($300) to get the needed springs. We should have ended the deal right then. He returned the next day and installed the springs and collected another$300 via credit card. The door was working but making a terrible noise. he said he could fix that for more money. We declined. Today the side of the door that did not have a problem is totally torn apart and the door doesn't work at all. We suspect the wrong springs were used and have called another company to fix the mess.

But what DOESN'T change is how Woodall's, in our opinion, takes care of our home. Our AC has had issues, and they had one fella at one time mess something up (only the one time) and they immediately had someone else come out and fix his mistake. I have used Woodall's since we purchased our home 9 yrs ago, we utilize the "ESA" program which gives us 2 checkups per yr, priority service and a discount if we have a situation come up - at the time of writing this it's less than $200 for the year for our home. BUT, typically between every 6 months checkups they do such a good job we rarely have an issue. The issues in the beginning were due to the homeowners prior to us NOT paying for a routine service on our unit. It's 10 yrs old and still plugging. We just recently had Woodall's install an attic fan at a very reasonable price, and OH BOY did the house cool down!! Al gave us tips on insulation in an older home, suggestions on how the vents in the individual rooms should be arranged for maximum air balance. When Mike, our regular ESA tech told me about the "Halo" air purifier, we asked Ryan about it and did our research and decided to have them install that as well. When the guys come out they're always nicely dressed, clean cut, polite, never a foul word and leave everything as if they'd never been there, except for the exceptional tuning up of our system. I try to allow them to come early when it's hot outside, and I try to have cold bottles of water for them too. I'm very grateful to have them taking care of my home.
