But what DOESN'T change is how Woodall's, in our opinion, takes care of our home. Our AC has had issues, and they had one fella at one time mess something up (only the one time) and they immediately had someone else come out and fix his mistake. I have used Woodall's since we purchased our home 9 yrs ago, we utilize the "ESA" program which gives us 2 checkups per yr, priority service and a discount if we have a situation come up - at the time of writing this it's less than $200 for the year for our home. BUT, typically between every 6 months checkups they do such a good job we rarely have an issue. The issues in the beginning were due to the homeowners prior to us NOT paying for a routine service on our unit. It's 10 yrs old and still plugging. We just recently had Woodall's install an attic fan at a very reasonable price, and OH BOY did the house cool down!! Al gave us tips on insulation in an older home, suggestions on how the vents in the individual rooms should be arranged for maximum air balance. When Mike, our regular ESA tech told me about the "Halo" air purifier, we asked Ryan about it and did our research and decided to have them install that as well. When the guys come out they're always nicely dressed, clean cut, polite, never a foul word and leave everything as if they'd never been there, except for the exceptional tuning up of our system. I try to allow them to come early when it's hot outside, and I try to have cold bottles of water for them too. I'm very grateful to have them taking care of my home.

I also did not want a drain in my yard and Mike made it so the drain would be located in my washer drain. Additionally, I requested an additional faucet for the garage to wash my cars with soft water. Everything was done exactly as I wanted it. It is now 2021 and my system continues to work flawlessly. I have recommended the system to several friends and they love their system as well. The best part is after a few years, I referred so many people that I earned back every penny that I initially spent. In my opinion, there is no better system for your water and no better program to earn back the money invested. We finally were able to have them put in our DREAM garage door - sounds silly but we had an old one layer metal, uninsulated, bent door and our garage stayed dirty, dusty and HOT and COLD all the time. Clearly, I was wrong (unfortunately I didn't take pictures). All I asked for was a simple apology to acknowledge their mistake. When I reached out, the owner flatly refused to apologize, stating "we cannot apologize." To claim an apology is off the table after compromising a customer's safety is an astonishing display of arrogance and disregard. Needless to say, I will never use Watson Glass Co. again, nor will I recommend them to anyone who expects professional service and basic human decency.

She came back at 2 for another man to tell her that a nickel sized crack where a rock hit was too large and that they could work on it, but wouldn't be able to warranty the work. I do not appreciate the customer service or them giving my wife with our three kids the run around. The crack still looks about like it did when we took it and we are out $65.
