But what DOESN'T change is how Woodall's, in our opinion, takes care of our home. Our AC has had issues, and they had one fella at one time mess something up (only the one time) and they immediately had someone else come out and fix his mistake. I have used Woodall's since we purchased our home 9 yrs ago, we utilize the "ESA" program which gives us 2 checkups per yr, priority service and a discount if we have a situation come up - at the time of writing this it's less than $200 for the year for our home. BUT, typically between every 6 months checkups they do such a good job we rarely have an issue. The issues in the beginning were due to the homeowners prior to us NOT paying for a routine service on our unit. It's 10 yrs old and still plugging. We just recently had Woodall's install an attic fan at a very reasonable price, and OH BOY did the house cool down!! Al gave us tips on insulation in an older home, suggestions on how the vents in the individual rooms should be arranged for maximum air balance. When Mike, our regular ESA tech told me about the "Halo" air purifier, we asked Ryan about it and did our research and decided to have them install that as well. When the guys come out they're always nicely dressed, clean cut, polite, never a foul word and leave everything as if they'd never been there, except for the exceptional tuning up of our system. I try to allow them to come early when it's hot outside, and I try to have cold bottles of water for them too. I'm very grateful to have them taking care of my home.

I went in for a simple tire rotation. The staff weren't friendly at all or communicative about…read moreservices. I noticed after my tire rotation that my car drifted slightly to the right so I took it back in for them to check it out. Instead of communicating that they felt my car had no issues, they then performed a service on my car without my consent. when I question staff member Corey Blalock as why they put the tires back to how they were pre-service I was given different reasons. First he said it was because my tires were unevenly worn.( I have a 2025 nissan Sentra that had less than 5,000 miles at the time of service.) Then he stated it was because of the uneven roads of Dothan. When I questioned why they would put them back after I paid for the rotation, he stated they "fixed the problem/complaint I had"(leaving me to believe it was done out of spite because of my "complaint".)Then when I further pushed the issue about it, I was met with a condescending-attitude, with him stating that he could've charged me for a service I was unaware of and how they switched them back for "free" as if they were doing me a favor. He was not helpful at all and I could tell he did not care to fix the issue and I left without the issue being resolved.
